Not only did they refuse to even see me (scheduled a. 45 min time slot) they didn't comp my next appointment and charged me full price this has got to be the most predatory unacceptable Buisness practice I've ever come across completely taken aback best not be late because this Buisness has no problem taking your money without giving you anything in return would also like to point out the building they are in has 50 other businesses in it and it makes it a little complicated to find if not already been there.

My first visit was better than the second but I still love this place and highly recommend it. My first visit was better as I purchase a complete spa package with a massage, make up application, light refreshments, etc. It was amazing!!! For today's visit I just chose a 30 minute deep tissue massage. I was slightly disappointed as I was actually booked for an hour massage (I know, I shouldn't be complaining!) but it was more than I had planned to spend and therefore I was not prepared with a better tip for my massage therapist. I wish I was aware of that prior to going into the session. The receptionist was not very friendly and spoke softly so she was hard to understand. It may have been her first day because she was working with another person, but I feel that she could have verified what my appointment was so that I could have confirmed prior to me getting the hour massage and thereby having to pay for the full service. Nevertheless, I was still satisfied with my service. I had Linda as my massage therapist. Initially I was worried because I'm about 5'10" and she is about 5' and I was wondering if she would be able to use enough pressure but she did not disappoint!!! Lol she was awesome and I feel so great! I would recommend her for sure. Overall Kona Oasis is a beautiful spa and I would love to come back for more services. If you're looking to treat yourself, be sure to get a full package!!

That being said, my brows always come out perfect (getting them waxed it's always been 50/50) and it seems like it takes them a lot longer to grow back. This is also the only place I've gone for threading and the girl who does it is very sweet and like I said, always does a good job. Highly recommend.

There were a few hairs on the top that wouldn't pull and I told her it was okay and that we could just stop. When I got home, I noticed so much hair in other areas, I have at least 20% of my hair still left over and honestly I'm pretty upset that I even paid for this service because I've had brazilian waxes in the past and I've ALWAYS left with no hair leftover. I have NEVER cried after a wax appointment from disappointment until last night, I only got this wax because I'm going on vacation for my birthday in literally the next 24 hours and I knew I was gonna get in the pool at my hotel but had I known I would be leaving like this, I would've just shaved and saved my money. Again, she was a very nice girl but it looks like i'm ready for a 3-4 weeks touch-up and not like i just got a FRESH wax. I can't even come by to get a touch-up because I have work all day today and then I have to get my nails done after. Is there any way I can get a refund or at least a partial refund?

It's much better than going to the eyebrow places in the mall where you usually have three or four people in front of you! The same lady has done my eyebrows each time and her name is Raj. She gives my eyebrows a nice shape and does not make them too thin like some other places have. She is also very quick and precise. I appreciate this because I find threading to be pretty painful and I like for it to be over quickly. I can walk in and out within 10 minutes at Brow Studio 7. They have a rewards program. Every dollar you spend you get a point and eventually you can earn a free eyebrow threading. It costs $10 to get your brows done which is pretty reasonable. The lady tells me that I should come every two weeks, but I try to go every three weeks. The rewards program tells her the last time I was there. I don't really mind when she mentions it. Overall I'm glad to have found Brow Studio 7 because they do a great job and are very fast. No more waiting 30 minutes to get my brows done at the mall!

Absolute Perfection! Highly Recommend Di Lusso Salon! I…read morecannot say enough wonderful things about the Di Lusso Salon team and the incredible hair and makeup services they provided for myself and my wedding party on June 20th! I was a bit of a "laid-back" bride and was actually quite late to the game in booking my services. I met the Di Lusso team at the Pearl Street Wedding Event in the spring, and they were so incredibly accommodating, helping me lock in my date with less than three months' notice. Because I live in a different time zone from where the wedding took place, communication could have been tricky, but they were exceptionally responsive, kind, and professional over email from day one. I trusted them completely. Jen was our stylist, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC. She has a wealth of experience, is a true professional, and she matched the fun vibe of our wedding party perfectly. My trial on Friday was a lifesaver--it eased every last bit of anxiety I had. On the morning of the wedding, it felt amazing to just relax and know Jenn had everything completely under control. She went above and beyond, listened to feedback, shared her brilliant expertise, and kept us perfectly on schedule. We truly cannot imagine the morning without her! She completed my hair and makeup, my maid of honor's makeup, two flower girls's hair and even was able to touch up a quick curl on another bridesmaid. All in three hours! My husband and I had the most incredible weekend of our lives, and looking and feeling confident played a massive part in that. If you are looking for a talented, reliable, and genuinely kind team for your big day, book Di Lusso Salon!

The lady who did my threading did a great job with the shaping and even convinced me to get my first eyebrow tint. The workers will constantly mention the different services they have. Constantly. Every 60 seconds, they will mention it. I thought agreeing to the extra tint service would make it stop, but then another lady came over and shoved their menu in my face and went into another speech about the services they offer. The color she chose for the tint was too dark for my blonde hair and caused alot of laughter and teasing from my husband. I went home and scrubbed off as much of the tint with clarifying shampoo as I could so it was tolerable. It would have been beautiful with just one shade lighter. The biggest issue was the wound that was left from the threading. I couldn't get a decent picture of it, but it was very clearly from her pinching my skin too tightly in the one spot with the thread. It doesn't look bad, but hurts terribly even several days later whenever I try to put on makeup or moisturizer. It was just a mistake honestly... Overall, this threading was much less painful than others I have gotten. I would like to come back and give them another chance. Maybe it was just an off day.
