Worst pedicure I've had in a long time which is so disappointing because I was so looking forward to a good experience. For some reason the girl decided she was going to cut off the sides of my toe nails. I've been told multiple times never to do this because it can cause ingrown toenails, which I've never suffered from. Plus she hardly massaged me and the nail polish was all over my skin. Just so disappointed. Update after sitting for over 20 minutes (I was willing to stay longer to avoid smudging my polish) the girl came and sprayed my nails and put a plastic bag over my feet so I could put them in my socks and shoes... surprise surprise all my polish smeared terribly. I have to take it off and redo. I will NEVER RETURN. Not only do I have to repaint my nails but she has possibly ruined my nails

This was my first time there, I took my 5 year old granddaughter. They were very caring with my granddaughter. Did a beautiful job enjoy talking to them I will definitely go back.

It's been a while since my last pedi, and this experience did not disappoint. Cuticules were trimmed, nails buffed, leg massage was bliss, and the selection of gel colors was amazing. This establishment is clean with kind technicians. This was a visit home after my frequent Brooklyn nail appointments, and they could definitely rival the competition. Support this awesome business!

I went there for a nail fill and he cut the side of my finger with nail file and got a infection.

I live an hour away but I'm currently in Alden for work and needed a quick pedicure, opened yelp and saw this place had poor reviews but decided to try it out anyway since it was the only salon nearby. I ended up receiving excellent service! I called an hour before to see if they had availability, they scheduled me and serviced me as soon as I walked in the door. My nail tech was sweet, polite and professional and she gave me a relaxing foot and leg massage that practically put me to sleep and was exactly what I needed after a long day. The polish & pedicure job were both beautiful, I have zero complaints. Prices are fair and competitive (I had my gel polish removed plus a Reg pedicure for $28 total) Not sure why they have negative reviews because I will definitely be returning here when I'm in the area.

Kind and Clean! Absolutely my new favorite place. They take their time, and didn't feel like I was rushed out but spent the time looking at my nails and was completely done in just a half hour.

Conveniently located in East Aurora and more affordable than other area spas, but unfortunately the…read moreold maxim that you get what you pay for holds true here. I had a gel manicure and a massage done by the same person, which probably tells you something. The gel manicure looks awful - I can paint my own nails with more skill. Some nails are lumpy and uneven and on others the polish doesn't even come all the way to the tip of the nail. I didn't notice it until I got out into the sunlight or I'd have asked for them to be redone, but I don't really want to go back. The massage itself was just OK, but there was no discussion of what would be used (typically a scented oil of your choice, in my experience) and the massage therapist employed some kind of lotion that smelled cheaply and VERY strongly of fruit. Very cloying and the opposite of pampering or relaxing. I ended up going home and showering to get it off ASAP. The spa itself is rather odd. It is clearly a converted office building. The massage rooms are separated by yellow cubicle walls and there are fluorescent lights on the ceiling (not in use, thankfully.) No one else was there during my visit, but I can't imagine relaxing if one of the other stalls had been in use. It is nicely decorated, but it was obviously done on a tight budget. The reception area looks and feels like a doctor's office with slightly better furniture, and this is where you sit to wait for your appointment. No fluffy robes or cucumber water here! To be fair, it seems like the right intentions are there and the staff I encountered were friendly. If there were other reviews on Yelp, I probably wouldn't post one as it is not my intention to bash them. But as a consumer I want a better experience for my money, so I cannot recommend it to others.
