Entrance. It's in a nice plaza

Another required pre-vacation pedicure visit. All went well. Good, efficient service.

The entrance... looks can be so deceiving!

What a beautifully looking place with complimentary drinks!!! That's the only reason they got 1 star. I paid $55 for a Voesh Deluxe Spa Pedicire because I wanted a nice massage, which I explained to the host that checked me in. The nail tech barely rubbed my feet and when I complained she acted as if she didn't understand what I was saying. The host came over, I told him I thought I was supposed to get a massage. He acted as if he didn't comprehend as well. Then he said a massage would be more money, WOW... The polish job was horrible, I could have done a better job polishing my toes with my eyes closed. Update... upon complaining to the manager I was only charged $35 and I will be repolishing my own nails.

Visited for a manicure and pedicure. It ended up costing a few dollars short of $100. That's not even the most upsetting part. The pedicure was okay but very basic for requesting the $60 Voesh Pedicure. No scent option was given, no callus removal, my heels were not scrubbed with anything but the salt scrub. They're still rough as sandpaper. My toe nails weren't even clipped! There were a lot of things lacking except the girl being super nice. Then my manicure was just throwing paint on my nails. No cuticle removal, I had to ask for them to be filed and the lotion was put on my hands where I had to rub it on my self, then 2 seconds later I was told to go wash my hands. The polish didn't even last! By the time I grabbed chicken for dinner and came home, it was all chewed up and chipped like I was never there. I will not return, and for spending just a few dollars short of $100 I recommend looking for somewhere else.

If I could rate lower I would. First, I'd like to say that I gave every opportunity for the business to fix their mistake and they let me walk out the door without fixing my manicure or offering me a partial refund. Though, they were very unprofessional from the start as this was my first visit so I didn't trust that they could fix the problem I'd rather just get the refund and get them redone elsewhere. I spoke to them over the phone and went there in person. My friend and I went to get a mani&pedi done for her birthday. We had an appointment scheduled. When we walked in, they told us to select our colors which we did. I walked in already knowing what I wanted to do and got the polish and was brought to a nail tech that my friend and I had to share. Our tech stated that he couldn't do what I wanted done (coral, white & glitter ombré and offered something else instead since the length of tips I wanted was "shorter". I wanted an almond-shape to my nails since it was recommended, but wanted the nails shorter. He stated that they couldn't be shorter- which was fine, but didn't suggest if I wanted a shorter length what other shapes would look good on my fingers and with the altered design - coral with glitter ombré The glitter was thrown on basically any which way, none of it matches. How it's an ombré is beyond me. My nails are filed and painted crooked, and look like stick on nails that I painted myself. When I pointed this out, I was told that this is the best work in the area, I've been to other places but this is the first time I got tips added to my nails and the only reason is because I broke a nail too short and wanted my nails the same length for an upcoming vacation. I normally don't get designs and stick with neutral sparkles on my finger nails and try to keep my natural nail. I've just started getting my nails done within a year and didn't do so consistently throughout this past year. So I'm very inexperienced and relied heavily on the expertise of the nail tech. He walked away to work on another client in the middle of my manicure and my friend's manicure who he asked someone else to paint her nails in the middle of hers as well. When it was time for our pedicures, they didn't have two nail-techs working on us. Instead, there was only one and he was going back and forth, no hand washing, glove changes clipping and cleaning our toe nails & feet. Luckily we knew each other and knew we were clean and weren't concerned with "germ sharing". I found this to be extremely unsanitary. Everyone around us was offered a beverage alcoholic or otherwise since it was a bar, but we were not. We also weren't offered the hot towels that others were during their pedicures. Another tech eventually came to do my friend's pedicure but she was too busy talking to everyone around her and didn't focus on her client. She also took 3 phone calls while completing a manicure next to us. She was very unprofessional. I understand emergencies may happen but, it didn't seem like one at all. We had an appointment but walk-ins were assisted before we were with pedicures. They also got different techs. My time is very valuable as I work in the healthcare field and staffing is down significantly so I work an average of 30+ hours of overtime a week and as a manager, I get called in pretty often. (Another reason I just wanted a partial refund and to go somewhere more convenient).

Had a first time pedicure with Queen who was friendly and very professional. I was complimented the next day. I will definitely be back.

As a longtime European Wax Center customer, it's time to look elsewhere. I've been a member at this…read morelocation since 2017, and the service and EWC products overall have gone down substantially--to the point I attended the Main Street location for services (ultimately the same). I just waited 15 minutes for a service (eyebrows) that takes the same amount of time. While I'm appreciative of the $10 credit towards products after inquiring at 3pm why I'm still waiting when my appointment was at 2:45pm, the end result is no longer worth the investment. I only had one service left (today) on my wax pass and will go to a technician who specializes in eyebrows. What I got today was wasn't bad but meh. One significant difference I've noticed over the years is how quickly hair grows back (for eyebrows and south of the border). With a company that's releasing 50 different "slow growth" products under the sun, this makes sense to keep customers coming back for waxes and products to reduce growth. (Not seeing the result you want? Buy more products.) Kudos to those who do see results, but I've body washed and polished. Hasn't worked for me, and one of the products might've caused a rash. The *biggest* issue I have with EWC as a whole is that, for south of the border waxes, waxers don't get all of the hair which requires you to come back in for a touch-up appointment. (If you didn't know, you have five-ish days to rebook an appointment for missed hair at no cost. Not sure how or if this is advertised. I only found out last year.) And I'm not talking about someone popping in with hair as thick as a hedges. Without fail, there's almost always a small section that was missed or not thoroughly waxed I find when I get home. (I've had different EWC waxers at different locations. No one gave me a mirror to inspect.) It happened last month at this location and previously at the Main Street location before that. Having to schedule touch-ups after waxing gets annoying. There's a limited window to do so, and if the service did what it needed to do in the first place, we could all save time wasted redoing the entire appointment. *Another* issue I have is that waxers have but so many times they can wax an area. So if they wax your leg, and after the number EWC says is the limit, you have to come back for a touch-up. One waxer at this location last year tried to *tweeze* remaining hair on my cooch before she told me about the touch-up appointments. There wasn't a chance in this world I was sitting through that! My hair (*with* "slow growth" products) almost always grows back less than a week after my wax. What's funny is I started purchasing an at-home wax kit two months ago to give myself a south of the border wax. Not only did it last longer than EWC, but it was a third of the price. Also echoing another review of how rushed waxers get. Speaking to some waxers, their schedules are packed, which means stronger chances to wax off something by mistake or not do the best job. The turnover at EWC is WILD! There was a time not too long ago when the person I saw was gone, so I got someone else. That someone else left (for whatever reason), so there was someone else. Not the same as it used to be, so it's time to move on.
