She has a very limited availability and they struggled to find an appointment for me but did manage to get me in after a couple of weeks at 3:00pm. They later called me to see if I could move my appointment up to the late morning, which I wasn't able to due to my job, but offered to come in at 2:30 pm instead. Wasn't a huge deal, but the receptionist sounded kind of disorganized and made the scheduling seem like more of a hassle than it needed to be. Massage day, I was greeted by Karen who was very friendly and professional. The space is very clean, calm and relaxing.... almost like you are going to a resort. The massage was just what I needed, she applied the perfect pressure and spoke a bit to me, but not the whole time so I could relax. I know I had some tightness in my shoulder and upper back, which she advised in coming in monthly to get worked out. The prices are a bit steep for me to come every month , but I might consider getting one done quarterly so I'm not so tense (two desk jobs will do that to you!) I would recommend this place for a treat your self (YOLO) day that every women (or man) deserves at least once in a while!

Just enough "small talk" but also allowing us to be quiet or just chat amongst ourselves. They provided all the services I've come to expect in a pedicure, including lengthy massage, exfoliation, hot towels, etc. My feet have NEVER felt so smooth as they did after this particular pedicure.
