Apparently, performing a hair cut for a person of asian decent is a difficult task for some hair stylists. Nevertheless, Shelly gave me the perfect hair cut. Even though, I was not sure of the type of hair cut I wanted, she walked me through the hair cut. Secondly, she made sure of what I wanted by "gelling" my hair because I usually gel my hair. Because of her caution and precision, she gave me my perfect hair cut. My hair cut cost me 22$, and the service provided was definitely worth the money. Furthermore, the staff was very nice and attentive. Additionally, I thought the interior was lavish and peaceful.

I really like Lotus and was shocked to see there wasn't a review yet!…read more The interior isn't huge but they make really good use of the space and you never feel cramped. The ceiling is gorgeous and open-air up to the wooden rafters and there's a ton of natural light pouring in from all directions. The staff is great - really friendly and attentive, never makes you feel uncomfortable, and has taken me on last minute appointments more than once, staying past closing time. My first visit was for a little spa-party with some girlfriends where we all got combinations of manis, pedis, and massages - and it was a wonderful day. They made sure we were all kept engaged with each other and timed it just right so we weren't all sitting around waiting for the last girl to finish up (no one ever wants to be that girl). They let us bring in finger sandwiches and mimosas and all that stuff that makes a spa morning fun. I've been back a few times since and have always enjoyed it. I don't know if they actually remember me or if they take great notes - but either way, it's a great business plan to ask me about whatever it was I talked about last time, and it makes me feel special and important every time I visit. My one regret is that Lotus isn't a little cheaper... or I'd be there more often! Not to say you aren't getting what you pay for, I just wish I could spoil myself more often I guess. This is definitely a place to check out.

Absolute Perfection! Highly Recommend Di Lusso Salon! I…read morecannot say enough wonderful things about the Di Lusso Salon team and the incredible hair and makeup services they provided for myself and my wedding party on June 20th! I was a bit of a "laid-back" bride and was actually quite late to the game in booking my services. I met the Di Lusso team at the Pearl Street Wedding Event in the spring, and they were so incredibly accommodating, helping me lock in my date with less than three months' notice. Because I live in a different time zone from where the wedding took place, communication could have been tricky, but they were exceptionally responsive, kind, and professional over email from day one. I trusted them completely. Jen was our stylist, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC. She has a wealth of experience, is a true professional, and she matched the fun vibe of our wedding party perfectly. My trial on Friday was a lifesaver--it eased every last bit of anxiety I had. On the morning of the wedding, it felt amazing to just relax and know Jenn had everything completely under control. She went above and beyond, listened to feedback, shared her brilliant expertise, and kept us perfectly on schedule. We truly cannot imagine the morning without her! She completed my hair and makeup, my maid of honor's makeup, two flower girls's hair and even was able to touch up a quick curl on another bridesmaid. All in three hours! My husband and I had the most incredible weekend of our lives, and looking and feeling confident played a massive part in that. If you are looking for a talented, reliable, and genuinely kind team for your big day, book Di Lusso Salon!

Unfortunately, I did not see any improvement at all after completing all of my sessions. Throughout the process, they took photos at each visit, but when I asked to review the before-and-after results at the end, they refused to show them to me. This was very disappointing and felt unprofessional, especially since tracking progress is such an important part of these treatments.
