I was fascinated to hear that their wax was custom-made, free of parabens, and their patent formula leads directly at the end of the hairline, and not on the skin. What helped me get through the pain was having the image of ripping off a Band-Aid in one quick motion. This is an honest review, and I'm going to say that getting a wax you will experience and amount of pain but it's not insurmountable. If you have a high pain tolerance, it's no problem. I was also fascinated to see the amount of products they sell at the center. I was also happy to see that they were free of parabens and harsh chemicals. I found Erica and gave her a call and although she had a wedding booked later in the day she offered to get up early and accommodate our bridal party.
