Melissa said brown or light brown whatever shade your eyebrows are or whatever you want, but when I got there and I laid down on the table, she said only thing she does is black. I said well OK . I then asked if my eyelashes are long enough for this ?she said "yes they are ". One hour later....once She gave me the mirror . absolutely nothing changed. Only thing different was she got black dye on my waterline on my top lid but none on the other lid my eyelashes did not curl. They didn't look any different. I mean, the did didn't even set in .. Maybe my eyelashes were oily ...She should've washed them out and I don't know but they did not make me pay for them so they're pretty good about that even the receptionist must have seen that it didn't take. The girl that was doing my eyelashes was not very friendly either.

What helped me get through the pain was having the image of ripping off a Band-Aid in one quick motion. This is an honest review, and I'm going to say that getting a wax you will experience and amount of pain but it's not insurmountable. If you have a high pain tolerance, it's no problem. I was also fascinated to see the amount of products they sell at the center. I was also happy to see that they were free of parabens and harsh chemicals. I had not one concern or area in need of extra attention, and at my first appointment I received a small goody bag of after-care products. Her prices are very reasonable and her skill is excellent. She has appointments throughout the day, making scheduling around work a breeze & she is located within a salon. Her room is bright, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I found Erica and gave her a call and although she had a wedding booked later in the day she offered to get up early and accommodate our bridal party.
