I've been going here since just after they opened about 7 years ago or so for facials, spray tan and waxing. the duo who run this spot are the best two ladies, so accommodating and make you feel completely at home, like you're the only client they have for the day. they are extremely knowledgable about their services and make you feel incredibly comfortable. I found Buffalo Skin Boutique via a yelp search, so thank you in advance fellow Yelpers for writing reviews! First off, this is tucked away on Ashland and so you may miss it if you blink! I was greeted by Amanda and her adorable little chihuahua! Amanda checked me in and answered all of my questions. She walked me into my room where she made me feel very comfortable! I got a bikini line wax, which normally is painful if you haven't gone in a very long time (I have not!) but to be honest, Amanda was so quick and used some really great wax so I didn't feel much as she was going through the process. It was so easy to book the appointment and the owner actually greeted me upon arrival (which you know I love). Bring on the summer - I simply love the service at this skin boutique. This was my second time visiting them for leg/arm waxing and both times I've left the place feeling like a million bucks. Pros 1) Both times I've been able to get same day EVENING (after 4:30pm) appointments - it is so imp to me to be able to get waxing done on a weekday after work. 2) I've sensitive skin and each time I've seen other places for waxing I've left with skin marks due to very hot wax. However at buffalo skin boutique I've only had good experiences - no bumps/no rashes/no marks. 3) lovely people, you can have a great conversation and they provide very good service. this is exactly how a "botique" place should look like, my first impression when i entered was "WOW" the place is small and very nicely decorated. the lady who is at the reception desk was very nice. i did a spray tan with one of the girls and she was very nice, professional and friendly. the tan looked very good and matched my skin tone. it lasted for over two weeks and faded perfectly. it didnt have spots or lines or any ugly stains on. and the price was very resonable. 30$ for a whole body tan (for a nice place and nice tan like that i would gladly pay more lol). yes! i am definitly going back! read more

This afternoon was my first visit, I scheduled the customized facial with Ashley. Due to Covid, masks had to stay on but she modified the treatment and also upgraded mine with microderm & LED light therapy.
