I'm in town from LA and needed a lash fill on a hybrid set. The tech I spoke with on the phone was super rude telling me how my lashes are jacked up because someone else did them. How could he know that when he hasn't seen them? I get my lashes done every 2 weeks by the same person for over a year... my lashes are fine I've just had some shedding and need a fill. But he informed me it's an additional $20 for him to work over someone else's work. At which point I told him no thanks, I'm good. I found the experience to be pretty obnoxious. It's just lashes. Booking was super easy, I sent a text and didn't have to wait long for a response. I was scheduled about a week before Christmas. Unfortunately my technician had an emergency and had to cancel my appointment. I personally understand and wasn't too disappointed. What impressed me was how proactive he was about reaching back out to me and ensuring I had a new day and time that worked well for me. A +. Now on to the service. I met Arun for my appointment. He was very nice, knowledgeable and more importantly, honest. I truly appreciate his assessment of my natural lashes, the options he presented me and felt like he wasn't just out for a sale but genuinely proud of his craft. I saw so many good reviews from this studio so I called and booked an appointment with Arun. While he is very nice and responsive, the service I received was subpar to say to least. The lashes he put on are already falling out in clumps despite strictly adhering to the studio's policy (no water, steam, heat for 24 hrs). I went with a $220 red carpet package and quite frankly I would feel much more red carpet if I just had on mascara for my event as opposed to choosing GlamHerLash. I've brought this to the company's attention, but wanted to caution potential clients. I'm also convinced poor technique was used because my eyes have been bloodshot and extremely irritated since the service (and I regularly wear false lashes and don't have generally sensitive eyes). Despite my disappointment, I called Arun to see if I should get a fill (after one day) because I was so dissatisfied with the longevity of the lashes. He proceeded to talk badly about other accredited companies & also did so while I was getting the service. He used terms like "awful" to describe the other lash technicians at competing salons. Not only is that commentary unprofessional (and in some certain instances unsolicited), but it was also unhelpful considering he was booked out and I had one eye with significantly less lashes than the other eye and JUST wanted them fixed by an accreted studio in WNY (regardless of his opinions of other technicians). I'm including a side by side so you can see how bare one eye is in comparison to the other. This is two days after I got them done. Note this is a red carpet package which is supposed to give you intense volume (not bald patches after 2 days). Will be getting my fills elsewhere in the future.. read more

GlamHer Lash Studio is very clean and I love the decor and the chic-ness of the space. Alicia is very accommodating and friendly. She ensures that everything is clean and sterile which is great. She also charges less than the typical salon/spa where they may not be doing lashes all day long - this is also why I choose to go to a nail salon for my mani/pedis and never a salon/spa where the technician could also be a hair stylist or masseuse...etc. Not that I don't think some people can be really good at everything they do, but I just prefer people who specialize in one area. I can't help but fall asleep every time I go there - it's nice and relaxing. When I got the full set I went with silk lashes, they were good but turned out to be just a little too thick/heavy for my weak short lashes. So when I went for a fill I upgraded to the mink lashes and I like them even more! I definitely recommend GlamHer Lash Studio! Just make sure that you remove all eye makeup before you get there. I've never had any issues since I use wipes to remove makeup before I go. Obviously, if Alicia has to spend time removing your eye makeup - YOU DID NOT REMOVE ALL OF IT. I don't think anyone enjoys spending extra time on "pretending" to remove someone's makeup just so that she can make you feel bad? My first full set visit was about 1.5 hour including filling out the paperwork and discussing which lashes and styles I wanted...etc. The fill visit was about an hour. The only part I hate is when those tapes come off from underneath my eyes at the very end - but hey, pain is beauty! read more

Starting on my first appointment, I have always had my questions answered and have had spectacular results. I get compliments daily on how my lashes look, and I feel comfortable in this cleaning, relaxing studio. Narcissisism the word for Aaron. The lashes were nice, but the fee is always questionable and you have to listen to him for an hour. He's the best, just so him. I stopped going when he cancelled 3 hours before our appointment and said he was sick, which I can understand, but could not reschedule within a reasonable amount of time so was going to charge me for a new full set of lashes instead of a fill. They are quite expensive so that would be $150 instead of the$80 fill. He said it wasn't his fault he was sick. Really? It wasn't my fault. Marissa is amazing at lash extension. Period. She is a great listener when it comes to my preference on lash extension. She takes time doing them and I really respect that she takes this work seriously though it takes long (2hrs for a full set). It is hard to work with my type of lashes and eyeshape because my lashes are short and my eyes don't have double lids, which means she really needs to get in the corners of my eyes. Five stars, hands down! I was seeking painless options (preferably non injectables) to assist with my "unhappy bottom half" (nose down). I get Botox frequently however I noticed the bottom portion of my face had started to become less attractive. I heard of Glamherlash from a friend who began with their lash extension services years ago. She advised me that they now have additional services and I should have a consult for enhancing my lower half. Upon consultation, Alicia took the time to discuss my needs and achievements. She suggested Needleless Lip Filler and Plasma Fibroblast for my smile lines. We both agreed a luscious pout would brighten my face and the plasma would correct my smile lines. I must say both services had very minimal pain and the results are amazing! I love my new lips and the Plasma Fibroblast has erased my lines! I plan to skip the Botox and schedule an appointment for my forehead and crows feet next! This treatment is a miracle! I definitely feel more youthful. The salon is quaint and stylish and the staff is friendly. Their prices are also great; especially comparable to constant Botox and lip fillers; I have saved in the long run. Alicia is very nice and pleasant. Her studio is clean and nicely decorated. You can tell that she is just starting out her business and is working hard to succeed. I have gone to her about 3 times and my only complaint is that there is always something that seems to be my fault. Either I didn't get all my mascara off, or I need to bring my own eye makeup remover since her remover makes my eyes insanely itchy, or my real lashes (which she curled) curled so much that she can't attach the fake lashes. As a customer, this was not a pleasant feeling. Also, it seems to take an exceptionally long time to get the individual lashes applied. I have heard that the first time it can take anywhere from 1-2 hours, but it seems like 2 and a half hours is a little long for a fill. The first time I went, applying the individual lashes took way more than 2 hours so I wasn't able to get my complimentary arm massage because my "two hours were up." In most salons, there is no time limit, it's based on when the lashes have all been applied. I gave this place a couple chances, but I won't be going back. read more

Was really hoping to like this place as I was looking for a new spot in Buffalo. The staff was very pleasant. But unfortunately the service was really subpar. I ended up losing a lot of my own eyelashes due to poor application. One lash was clump together and three of my natural lashes in many places. Lashes were flip down word and constantly going in my eye. Lashes were applied to my lower lid by accident. The person applying my lashes had a very heavy hand and it felt like they were pushing my eyeballs into my head. Very expensive and definitely not worth it. They don't have many eyelash options and are not very communicative about what look you're going for. Also they use scissors to trim the extensions and I think they may have cut my natural lashes accidentally. False lashes were applied so far down on my natural lashes they looked grown out. read more

She took the time to walk me through all of the different options and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I was on the fence about having lash extensions for a long time before I took the plunge. I had my first set done at a salon last fall, and they were pretty, but they didn't last long and took over 3 hours to apply! I decided to come to Alicia for my next full set and have been here every 2-3 weeks since. It takes about 45 mins and it is seriously the best investment. I am a mother of two, and don't have time to put on a face every day. With my lashes done, I look so much more put together even when I just get out of bed. This was my 2nd time going back but this time it was unfortunately with Arun. My 1st appointment he had to cancel because of a home emergency. Even though he canceled the same day I understood things do happen. After a week I gave him a idea what I wanted. After the service they were curled so tight you would've thought It was a roller set. Hideous!!! He explained why he picked that particular lash. I told him I wasn't happy with it but he said they wouldn't be as tight after a few days. He was wrong. I went back as scheduled hoping to get a different curl but he explained that I had to wait because he didn't want to damage my natural lashes. He knew they weren't going to look any better. So we schedule something a month out. He sent me a text almost 8pm at night. I was trying to get a flight back home but the flight was canceled. I can admit lashes was the last thing on my mind but I replied right away. He told I knew I wasn't going to make it back the whole time and I would need to make a deposit the next time andwas very very nasty.
