I really wanted to like Natalie. I had my lashes done by her 3 times. The first 2 times, she was great. Lashes were great. The third time I went to see her, I had a 5:15pm appointment for a hybrid lash refill. She was preoccupied with trying to get her car window fixed, so she was on the phone and trying to deal with the guy doing the repair, all while doing my lashes. She only did my lashes for about 20 minutes and it wasn't great. I get it, it was a rough week for her, we all have those. I wanted to give her another chance, so I booked another appointment about 4 weeks later. She canceled at the very last minute, so I rescheduled. I went to the location, rang her on the intercom, no answer. Did that about 3 times. No answer. Texted her. No answer. Finally after about 10 min, I called her. She asked if I got her messages/phone calls about rescheduling (which I didn't because I believe she did not call/message me) and I said no, and I asked if she had any availabilities for the next day. We rescheduled for the next day for 5pm. Went to her location, did the same thing: rang her on the intercom, texted her. Nothing. So I left. An hour later, she texted me saying that I should reschedule. I feel like I gave her more than a couple chances to try and keep me as a client but it didn't work out. Customer service is so important especially if you're running your own business. I am an understanding person, if she was just truthful and honest with me, I would've given her another chance. read more

I wasn't sure about the tint at first since I already have dark lashes, but Natalie told me several of her clients with dark lashes like the color pop, and I have to say I'm sold! Natalie was very nice and professional during my wedding makeup trial. I am not sure if she was having an off day because there are some good reviews here but she didn't match my skin with the face makeup and what she applied made me look sickly. Overall, just felt like I looked less pretty with the makeup than without (and my groom who picked me up from the appointment agreed). When I look at the pictures of what Natalie did vs the woman who did my makeup on my wedding day, I think it is easy to see a big difference.
