I called at three different times . Morning at 11:38 am , 3:40 pm and 3:42 pm. It was within regular working hours of the business and In addition I also contacted the business on the form that's available on your website two times and one time via email on Aug 2nd. It's been about two years and I still can't get over how badly my eyebrows came out for all the money I paid. I see all these amazing comments and feel like I got cheated. I have alopecia and all my eyebrows fell off and I was having such a hard time drawing them in evenly and making them look realistic. I decided to finally set an appointment here based on all the reviews and had such high hopes. My first appt I talked to the girl and showed her pictures of how my eyebrows looked before. I told her I liked the ombré look but also wanted nano so it could look realistic since I had no hair. I thought we were on the same page because she was so excited. The first clue should have been when she drew the outline of my eyebrows practically up on my forehead, having no idea where an eyebrow should naturally be. I told her they weren't up that high and she fixed it and did an outline. With the outline it's hard to tell exactly how they'll actually come out but I was happy with the shape so we started. When she was done I was excited to see but when I looked in the mirror you could barely see any of the lines they were so light and she didn't do any shading. I was kind of in shock on how it was nothing like how we had talked about. I honestly didn't even know what to just get out of there because I wanted to cry. I left and did cry and then later the next day text her explaining how unhappy I was and sent her pictures of her own clients and how I thought we had talked about them looking. She assured me in the next appt we would totally be able to add shading and make them how I wanted. My next appt I came in with my brows colored in, mind you I had to color in the shape she had originally made. I told her this color and style was what I wanted and thought I was going to get the last time. I also showed her the pictures of her clients and said I wanted it like that. She again assured me she would be able to do it. She asked me if I wanted my brows how I came in with and I assumed she was asking about the style and color which is what we had just been talking about so I said yes this color and ombré. When she was done i liked it more than the last but they were also very big because they had just been done and she had already told me they shrink so I wasn't worried. When my eyebrows started healing is when I noticed the disaster she had done. They were absolutely horrible and I was mortified. They were so close together, one brow was a different shape than another and higher than the other. When I text her my concern she said she made my eyebrows how I asked for and did what I wanted. I told her she didn't map them right and it was obvious and she said she didn't map them that she tattooed on top of my make up I came in with like she asked. I was shook. I told her why would she ever think I didn't want her to map my eyebrows and that I expected to as a professional to want to show a reflection of her work by making sure I didn't have eyebrows that weren't the same! I couldn't believe it. Every other brow person I've talked to have assured me that they would never NOT map their clients eyebrows! She did offer to give me a complimentary brow removal session after some back and forth texting but to be honest I didn't want her anywhere near my brows anymore so I didn't take her on that offer but I'm still so mad that I paid her for the session and touch up just to end up looking so stupid. I hate my brows and have to use concealer and brow pencil to fix them every single day. I wish o would have had the amazing experience everyone else has had but unfortunately now I'm just stuck with hideous brows. read more

I made the mistake of going in without makeup (I should have had my brows filled in the way I wanted them). But through photos and conversation, Rhena gave me the look that I wanted. Note, if you've had any type of microneedling before, no matter how long ago, there's an extra charge. So plan accordingly because the procedure isn't cheap. But so far, I'm happy with my results. I searched for months for a brow artist that had experience in dark skin, oily skin and who had clients similar to me with little to no eyebrows and Maya was the only artist I could find. I followed her work on Instagram for months before making an appointment and after she consistently posted client after client with perfectly arched and pigmented brows I knew she was the one for the job. Originally I had to book my appointment 3 months out because her schedule was booked and then I had to wait another 5 months because of the pandemic shut down.
