Getting a lash lift was something I've been interested in for quite sometime now. I've done false lashes, glue on, and gossimers but as much as they look beautiful I'm never too thrilled with the maintenance and my work has a strict policy against them. So I took to yelp and had Polish & Glo sleeping in my bookmarks for a few months. When I was ready to schedule an appointment, I was able to go onto their website and make an appointment for the same day. I was hesitant that the appointment wasn't going to get approved because it was for about six hours later but I received an email confirmation within the hour. The location is in a large activity building on the third floor. There is no public parking in its private parking lot so your only option is street parking however there's plenty of spaces available and it's on a busy road so make sure to remove all belongings and lock your doors. You'll head to the elevator located on the inside of the complex and will need to use the push box to gain access to the building. The suite is cute. Small but the interior is both inviting and relaxing. It was a pleasure meeting Natalie. She was very professional and pleasant. My appointment lasted about an hour and it was so relaxing that I'm pretty sure I was snoring. But the results, they were wonderful! I have very short lashes but the lift was well worth it! I also picked up the lash conditioner and will pick up the serum later this week. I definitely recommend if your interested. read more

It's the following day post services, and I noticed that Nathalie went overboard on the exfoliating. She did both a 30% glycolic peel +dermaplane. My skin is not only has massive dry spots but she burned me. The texture of my skin is rough like sandpaper which was not that way prior to my facial. I have to wonder if she actually has an esthetician license. I didn't see one and by law it's supposed to be visible for customers to see. read more

Do not book here unless you want Natalie to reschedule you 5 times 30 minutes before your lash appointment. I was booked for Monday at 10 AM. At 9:30 she cancels saying she has a scheduling issue asking me to come in at 4. At 3:20, she calls me and cancels asking me to move it to Wednesday at 10 AM. Tuesday morning she calls me but I'm unable to answer. I give her a call back and she said I'm confirmed for Wednesday at 10 AM. Wednesday morning she calls me asking me to move it to the afternoon at 2 PM. At 1:10, calls me again telling me unnecessary personal information asking me to come in tomorrow. I say I can't make it, hangs up on me abruptly. There is no problem with not being able to have an appointment or having scheduling issues. But the frustrating matter is that she doesn't say no to an appointment and cancels it 30 minutes before, messing up someone's day as well. Maybe I caught Natalie during a bad week because her reviews are fairly strong. I would be careful when booking if you have a busy schedule yourself. read more

If I had read the one star reviews for this establishment I would never have gone. Natalie is a skillful aesthetician but her service is highly inappropriate. My first visit there was a bike race directly in front of the area of the studio. I was two minutes late and called Natalie to apologize and ask the exact location of the studio. She said she could see me from the window. And i shpuld pull in . It was not easy for me to find where the studio was. There was no map nor directions given. GPS does not pinpoint her location. When I finally found the space, knowing she could see me from the window I had to call again because I did not have, in her confirmation text, the code to the door. As I called to get said code, she said you are running so late now it's almost a no-show. I shared that I couldn't come in because I didn't have the code. She said oh and gave it to me. There was no apology no understanding no compassion and she had been watching me from the window so why she didn't direct me when she could see that I was walking around lost and then want to charge me seems extreme. She could've come to the bottom of the stairs and waved me in direction in a timely fashion. Once inside the studio she continued to be rude and aggressive. When I asked her if I could share what I was looking for a lash lift she said no. When I referred to what I had had in the past and my previous practitioner who had moved out of town she chastised me for using the word practitioner and told me it should be aesthetician . I was shaking at this point. With the threat of her keeping my money I went through with the appointment. She had my credit card information. She told me I should sit still , i was shaking in fight or flight, in a blaming tone she told me otherwise she couldn't do the lash lift properly. After the session she tried to sell me products and indicate that I should give her a large tip. Luckily I had my wits here and did not do either It was later that I read the other one Star reviews and understood that I'm not alone in this experience. I will be reporting Polish and Glow to the Better Business Bureau. I hope you do not have to suffer because you have read this review. I 100% do not recommend this business read more

Natalie is an amazing - it is really rare to find a very experienced lash technician who knows what she is doing. She has 15 years of experience. My lashes look beautiful, natural and tailored to my Asian almond eyes! I've gotten my lashes done for job interviews, vacations, and parties - so nice to not have to wear make-up during these times. I was nervous about lash extension especially the health of my natural lashes, but my natural lashes have always looked great after the extensions. Making appointments is really easy as well through the site, and I looooove the text reminders for follow-ups etc. The studio is brand new and is gorgeous - loft style! I am in SHOCK!! they called me an hour before my appointment and said "yeah you're a b*** and you should shoot your self in the head" .. mind you, this was my first interaction with this place. I immediately hung up and drove over, the suite was locked and nobody answered my calls! They already took my card info online!! UPDATE: she called me after my appointment time to tell me she's going to charge a late fee. When I told her what the receptionist told me, she said "there are no records of anybody calling you today" and that she would proceed with charging me anyway. Came here for my first lash lift ever and I can finally say I love it! Natalie was very nice and explained the process to me as we went through it. She also explained after care for it, and recommended products for me to use if I wanted longer, stronger lashes (with no pressure to purchase). I had a fantastic experience with Natalie! I initially came to her for a lash lift and tint and then followed up with a makeup lesson ahead of my wedding. The lash results were awesome - I love rolling out of bed and having great lashes. I've done lash lifts a couple times on myself and while I was technically able to curl my own lashes, the results that Natalie got were dramatically better and the process infinitely less stressful. The makeup lesson was very nice - as someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup or know a lot about makeup, it was very informative and confidence boosting ahead of doing my own wedding makeup. After a shower, so many lashes fell off. I've been getting my lashes done for 5 years, and this is the most expensive set I've gotten. I made the appointment because she was available when my regular girl wasn't on a holiday. I asked for a natural hybrid which took about 90 mins. I was a little confused when I first saw in the mirror because it didn't look like I got extensions. I asked if she can add more at the ends which she did.
