I honestly thought this place was closed down years ago, but I'm glad it's still around! It's located near Great Mall. .I ordered half sushi rice and half mixed greens, with one scoop of salmon, one scoop of tuna, and one scoop of spicy salmon. They had a lot of sauce options here which definitely made me want to come back to try out the different combinations. The fish tasted fine and had a decent texture. I ordered almost all the toppings except the ones that cost extra (avocado) and the pineapple. The poke bowl was very flavorful and it was a good quick grab & go meal. I ordered it spicy and it was definitely spicy. I wished they had wasabi as a topping though. This was the first time I'd seen a poke place have macaroni. However, the macaroni was okay and wasn't anything mind-blowing. I enjoyed the chipotle mayo sauce which I haven't seen at other poke spots. It gave it a good kick. The owners were really friendly and the portion sizes were really generous. I'm surprised they were able to fit the lid on after putting on everything. I couldn't even finish the whole bowl in one sitting so it was nice to have 2 meals instead of one. I usually go to Poke House for poke but I was in the area and saw good reviews about this place. I would actually rate the food 4/5 but I think (not certain) this is a mom&pop restaurant and the service was super nice. They also sell boba here but I didn't try any. I got a medium bowl which comes with 3 proteins, and the large comes with 4. We also got a rainbow roll to-go just to try the sushi here. The poke bowls were a 4.5/5 for me. The fish has good texture and there was a good amount of it, and they had a variety of sauces and toppings. I got the shoyu and ponzu which tasted great with the fish. I wish they had more dry topping options like furikake or seaweed strips, I feel like that was what was missing from my standard poke bowl. I got edamame, cucumber, crab meat, and seaweed salad as toppings and I liked how the seaweed salad is a free topping, at most places they charge you extra for that. Additionally, they had hamachi as a poke fish option which was great. I'd rate the roll a 3/5. On the roll they had salmon, hamachi, and tilapia where usually on rainbow rolls there's additional fish such as tuna and red snapper. The roll pieces were also a little small, but overall it tasted fine. I just think the poke was much better in comparison. read more

We came around 8 pm. Never been here before but I've seen it around for a long time. It's tucked in a plaza I don't really drive by often so I never got to try it. Fish portion was really good. The regular size bowl is kinda flat and I feel like I could have used more rice. Overall the fish and topping portions are good, but it's like smushed in a really tiny bowl. Avocado is extra and it looks like a lot in the photo but it was a very tiny avocado thinly sliced, and spread out before they put it on the bowl. The mango sauce was surprisingly really good. One thing that I didn't like though was some bites of yellowtail tasted kinda fishy. I didn't notice this til the end and then i lost my appetite. The salmon is good though. They had dine in tables and everything was pretty clean. However we decided to take it to-go. The lady serving us was very nice. read more

I had to take a break when eating my bowl to finish it because there was so much. I wish they had octopus as a protein option though. Sauce was alright but wasn't spicy enough to my liking, even with the spicy mayo and spice level adjustment option they have. There are a ton of choices, the fish is pretty fresh (although sometimes not as flavorful as the more expensive places), and you can go hard on the toppings. They also have sushi and you can make a CA roll + poke bowl combo if you're feeling feisty. Sadly the CA roll was a bit meh when I tried it. All in all, a solid place to stop by for a quick, very filling, and relatively affordable workday lunch. read more

I can finally confirm this is my favorite poke spot. The owners are incredibly sweet and friendly. She will also give recommendations on sauce combinations that I would have never thought of or chosen and it always turns out so good! I especially love that they have the Korean style mixed grain rice as a base option - way better than the typical brown rice base that other poke places offer. The owner also generously packs the bowls which makes it well worth the money, while other places considerably skimp out on their portions and continue to increase their prices. Stopped by to grab poké bowls for lunch. I normally go to Poki Run as it's close to Teasociety and grab both. I decided to branch out today to try poké here, located close to Great Mall. The shop had a variety of options aside from poke, including sushi and boba. I'vehad the boba here and would say it's mediocre, but their poke is the star of the show. There were a variety of options, and I started with a half and half base of brown rice and lettuce. I noticed their brown rice seem to be the Korean purple rice, which is a nice change from what I normally see at poke spots. My proteins of choice were ahi tuna, salmon, and yellowtail - all seemed fresh and were tasty. I topped it off with various veggies, crab salad, seaweed salad and their mango sauce. They also had some more unique toppings such as macaroni and Hot Cheetos. All ingredients were fairly fresh and tasty. Portion for a regular bowl was very filling, I was stuffed! I'd come back. I would recommend skipping the boba and coming here for the poke bowls. read more

So I came by this morning and was greeted very warmly by the young lady as she had her face mask on and social distance is in place. I chose the regular bowl $13.95 with three scoops and for drinks I had the apple green tea regular size for $3.95 which was far cheaper than its competitors. Hoere's what I had starting with the base: Sushi rice with a hint of vinegar Toppings: Crab meat (mild) Avocado four slices (free) other places will be an additional charge Sweet corn Pineapple Macaroni Edamame Seaweed salad Protein: Ahi tuna Salmon Cooked shrimp Tofu Sauce: miso dressings Sesame shoyu Dry toppings: Furikake Fried onions Sesame seeds For a regular size bowl it was more than enough lots of protein low in fat and carb along with all the toppings and definitely a good workout meal. I think that house should be their iconic flavor, but this is not too good. Their house spicy sauce tastes like sriracha. The flavors do not blend too well together. Was not a fan.
