I chose this company for three reasons: (1) the quote was in line with the amount my general contractor told me to expect for the work; (2) the response to my initial inquiry was prompt and professional; and, (3) Ed, the representative with whom I worked, was patient and thorough explaining all facets of the job. This included reviewing in advance some common issues with old clay pipes that can be discovered when putting in a trenchless system. Accordingly, I had a good sense of the base cost as well as a few variables. Once I made my decision and gave the green light, the work proceeded quickly and efficiently. Bottom line, Mark and Mike (father and son) came out to replace my leaking 18yr old water heater and they were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Bear with me, I originally called and reported my leak to my home warranty through AHS last Thursday the 3rd, I was supposed to have been contacted by the "assigned plumbing company" within 24hrs. No one called me the following day, so I made the effort and called them. Well they say they couldn't replace it until the following Tuesday, 4-days later?! They came out as a courtesy on Saturday and stayed for 5 minutes and said, "Yep you need a new water heater." No really??? The weekend passes, Monday passes by no call or update, Tuesday now comes and passes by and I call the "Other" plumbing company for an update, no one answered and I left a message and come Wednesday still no call and I contacted my insurance company who said, they just submitted the repair estimate?!?! 6 days have passed no one called or attempted to fix our leaking water heater, this is where Mike and Mark come and save the day! I called today at 11am, they said they could be at my house between 2-4pm to replace my water heater. Mark said he'd pick up a new 40gal heater on the way to be prepared (I gave him specs of old one), they were waiting in my driveway at 3pm when I drove home from San Francisco. 1.5hrs later they had finished a job that I've been waiting to have done 6-days ago. Not only was I super satisfied with the work, they cleaned up extremely well and hauled my old unit away. But I had a few more plumbing questions and they helped me trouble shoot those items without charge and saved me even more $$$! I can fully understand why this company has ALL 5-star ratings, they deserve 6 to be honest! had bad experience with first plumber, then decided to stick with same company but ask for more experienced plumber and had an equally bad experience. problem: low water pressure in shower first bad experience: plumber came over, inspected the valve, said he would need to find new valve to get water pressure back up. left house. did not call or email until i reached out several days later to see where things stood. waited. waited. finally he came back out, and replaced the valve. didnt fix the water pressure. said he was stumped and that his hands were tied. then he left. second bad experience: called and asked for most experienced plumber to come out and examine shower. told him to speak to prior plumber to get up to speed before coming over. he did not do that. came over and had no idea what problem was that his colleague had been working on. he examined the valve, said he was going to call delta (valve maker) and troubleshoot the issue. also had him look at some faucets to replace with newer ones. he left. he emailed about a week later with faucets to sell me but without mentioning the main water pressure question. i asked about the water pressure. he didnt respond. emailed again...no response... this is pretty terrible read more

These guys were awesome! Water was turned off by CCWD mid Friday morning due to a leak by the meter. First call was to these guys. Told the cost to do leak detection would be maybe 295/hour and then a quote. Could get here between 3-6 same day. As an aside this was the Friday when COVID 19 caused the national emergency. Mark called to say he might be EARLY! He got here and it was a smaller fix so no detection needed. Gave me best mid and worst case scenarios. 595 if easy. Maybe 2k if they had to jackhammer sidewalk out. He said he'd think good thoughts and get it done the easy way. BAM within an hour we're back on and Mark is writing an invoice. 595. Would give 10 stars for responsiveness, professionalism and fairness. My wife just told me she thinks we used them before and had the same great experience. Again. Super high recommendation.
