I recently had a major sewer line repair done--two breaks outside my home--and after getting four bids, I am incredibly glad I went with Plum & Order. Tony was the last plumber to evaluate the problem, and he immediately saw everything that needed to be done. I had not told him anything about the other quotes or methods other companies had offered. Yet, his price was significantly better, and his confidence and clarity put me at ease right away. The crew who did the digging were careful and respectful of my yard and new turf. Tony personally did the main plumbing work, with a competent assistant plumber Ryan. They worked smoothly together, and Tony explained every step to me without making it feel overwhelming. What was a big deal to me felt like a normal day's work to him--in the best way. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in doing it well. Even after digging five feet down! the whole work site was orderly and when they were finished my landscaping looked exactly as it did before they started, including the artificial turf, just as Tony had promised. What started out as a stressful, expensive surprise turned into a really positive experience. I felt listened to, the work was done professionally, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and upbeat. Even though it was still a financial hit for me, I walked away feeling relieved, confident, and grateful I chose Plumb & Order. I highly recommend them! read more

Here's the review I provided for Plumb & Order on my Facebook page: Austin friends, I just wanted to offer a plumber recommendation, in case you should need one. The company, Plumb & Order, had a good review on one of our local groups and in a Reddit thread I reviewed. We needed a new water heater. I called Monday and they scheduled us right away - and even offered to come the same day. There was no charge for the visit to look at and provide us with a quote, which was completely different from everything else I was seeing in the reviews I was reading. While their estimate was quite a bit more than the last time our water heater was replaced - because my husband did it himself (!) - it was over 30% less than the lowest quote we had already been provided. Because the price was so good and with the good reviews I'd already seen, we scheduled them to do the work. They came out yesterday. They were on time, ready to work, friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was done by noon. I was surprised to learn they actually are based out of Round Rock. Not once did they flinch at coming all the way to far southwest Austin. So if you are in the greater Austin area and need a plumber, I highly recommend you consider Plumb & Order. (P.S. I am not getting anything for this review, I just happened to be that impressed with them.) read more

One of our outside water faucets broke and started spraying water ...just as we are about to head out on a 3 day trip. We connected with P&O through PreFix, our home repair manager. They walked us through turning off the master valve. We provided them with pictures of the issues and to come thee next day since with the main valve shut, and us being out of town, it was not critical. The next day, they reached out to us to let us know they were on their way. Even sent us a link so we can track them in real time. Wyatt was assigned the case and he called us right away when he go to our home . He explained the issue and walked us through the work he was going to be doing. The faucet/tube broke clean almost flush with our brick wall. We were either expecting an expensive fix or having to cap the pipe. What was able to install a new faucet, without touching the brick. He even closed an open pipe that was near it, making the whole areat look great. Nice touch! These guys and gals are awesome, courteous, prompt and very competent. Our new go-to team for all plumbing related issues on projects. read more

Awesome guys and great service!! I had a horrible odor coming from under my kitchen sink, saw these guys as highly recommended on the Nextdoor app, so I called to book an appt on a Thursday but they weren't going to be able to make it out until Tuesday. I got on the books with them, but unfortunately, I'm impatient and was so tired of the horrific smell so I had another plumbing company come out. A total waste of time and money! He literally did nothing but smell under the sink and tell me he would have to come back with a camera and I would have to pay another dispatch fee. Absolutely not! Plumb and Order came out on Tuesday, as scheduled, with ALL of the necessary equipment they needed to find the problem, and they did not leave until they did! They were super thorough and continued to provide updates about what they were doing. He even left to buy more smoke bombs to see where a possible broken pipe was and he came right back. They really care about fixing the problem correctly the first time and hopefully not having to come back. I really appreciate it! read more

Our handyman service recommended Plumb & Order when we had a drain clog they couldn't handle. They scheduled us and gave us a call when they were able to squeeze us in earlier than expected. They were efficient and nice, so I asked them for a quote for a pressure reducing valve, which we'd been needing. It was much better than the two other quotes we'd gotten, so I scheduled the installation. What do you know but another drain gets clogged shortly before someone comes to install the PRV. I ask if he can take a look even though I'm sure he has other jobs to get to, and he gives it a solid shot and doesn't charge me when he can't get it. They get someone else out the next week with the big guns who takes care of it, and doesn't charge us for scoping the drain with a camera since that didn't end up helping. All in all everyone from there has been super nice, good at what they do, reasonable to schedule, and prices have been fair! read more

I had an excellent experience with my water heater installation! After getting quotes from four different companies, Plumb and Order stood out as my top choice in terms of their 5 year labor/parts warranty, availability, and the high quality of products they offered. The technician, Nate, was outstanding--he arrived on time, was highly professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I really appreciated his thoroughness, and the clean-up afterward was great. Wyatt from the office was equally helpful, patiently answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Even with a last-minute change order request, they were able to schedule the installation the same day, which was incredibly convenient. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend Plumb and Order to anyone! read more

My mother's house needed extensive repairs in the attic due to the big freeze in mid February 2021. Kirk and Wyatt came to her house the same day that I contacted Megan. This fast of a response was Amazing since there were so many broken pipes in the Round Rock and Pflugerville area. All Plumbers were very busy /at capacity during this time. Kirk and Wyatt worked diligently and were able to complete all of the repairs by end of next day. Not only are Kirk and Wyatt very professional and courteous, they did Great Work and a Very Reasonable price. I will Call Plumb and Order every time I need plumbing services. In fact I am going to hire them this month to replace the hot water heater at my house as well as add customer shut-off valves. I Highly Recommend Plumb and Order. Contact them and you will be glad that you did. read more

I needed a new kitchen faucet and sprayer I purchased on Amazon installed. I was going to have the disposal replaced because it had made such a racket for the last year. The plumber listened to it and said he could save it. He reached down into the disposal and pulled out a small, soft plastic piece. Turned it on and now it purrs like a kitten. There was no charge. I was able to send the new disposal back to Amazon. I'm super pleased with the service. They are now my go to plumbers. I had tried to contact my 2 standby plumbing companies. One never answered. The other returned my call the next day. Very "Austin" of them both. Plumb & Order is new. I felt like they want me as a customer. They are aware of how plumbers in Austin treat their customers. Their approach is better. Try them. read more

We've now had Plumb & Order out for three different jobs. One was a stopped-up tub in our house's main bathroom. One was re-mounting toilets (including the flanges in the floor) after a flooring install in an old rental of mine. One was a re-attach/repair of a spigot for the back yard that had been broken off. Each time, dispatch was able to accurately receive my inquiry, I got an accurate estimate and they showed up on time and ready to go. Kirk assessed each job, provided me some options and got right to it. He even gave some suggestions for the "what next" for when I get around to a full remodel when I asked. He and Wyatt got my renters flushing again in no time, my shower drained, and the back yard gardening has water access again! read more

Our only toilet had what seemed to be a clog that would not clear. Called roto rooter and had them come out. They gave me an incredibly high quote just for a camera to see what was going on. At the time we were on a very tight budget and all seemed lost. Took a chance and called Plumb & Order. Not only did they arrive fast, They were able to determine it was a faulty drainage pipe and Made me an excellent offer to get it all fixed for less than what Roto rooter wanted me to pay for just a camera inspection. I was treated with respect when I was really having a hard time and they found an way for me to get the issue resolved quickly and professionally. I found my forever Plumbers! Thank you again Plumb & Order! :) read more

Plumb and Order was absolutely incredible! We had been dealing with an ongoing problem with our salon's shampoo bowls for years, and no one had been able to properly diagnose or resolve it. Their team came in, identified the issue, and finally fixed it. They were knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about finding the right solution. The difference their work has made in our day-to-day operations is tremendous. After years of frustration, it was such a relief to work with people who truly knew what they were doing. I cannot recommend Plumb and Order highly enough. They've absolutely earned our trust and will be the first company we call for any future plumbing needs! read more

So happy we used Plumb & Order! Kirk fixed an unusual issue with our water heater that another plumbing company had failed to figure out (they told us just to buy a bigger one!). The service was exceptional from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment within a week after another plumbing service told me I'd have to wait at least one month. They were communicative about when to expect the plumber (even got a link to track his location) and showed up when expected. Kirk was very experienced and figured out our issue based on knowledge of our specific water heater model. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend Plumb & Order to anyone! read more

We own ToddPilates & Barre Fitness studio and we need quick service when our toilets are out of order. We had a leak in the tank, that forced us to turn the water off and wait for it to be serviced. Megan with Plumb & Order put me on the schedule immediately and said we would be the "last job of the day." She said they would call when they were on the way. Guess what, they actually called me and then texted me a link to track the plumber so we could see exactly where he was and when he would arrive. They fixed the problem for a fair price and recommended we quit using Clorox toilet tank tabs because they eat away at the seal. Great experience, highly recommend! read more

These guys are awesome. I had a slab leak and their quote was well below what others quoted while some companies would not give a quote over the phone. Once the slab team arrived they assessed the issue and stood by their quote. Here comes the good part. As they got into the job they realized they could minimize not only the cost but the damage done to the sheet rock in my home by not doing a total reroute. This had a potential savings to me of $2500. Without a doubt I will be using them again. Two words I would use to describe Plumb and Order - honest and quality. Do not hesitate to give them your business. read more

After I read a lot of the reviews I call this company. Kurk answered, I hope I got that right because he was so amazing. You are righ when you said they are not scammers. I went thru all my events that has happened with the house and other company that came out and he confirmed that I needed a new pump. Being $6700 it's frightening when you're quoted that kind of money for a filter pump. I felt complete honesty and knowledge coming from this guy. Thank you for being so gracious and taking your valuable time answering all my questions! Support Local Businesses!! read more

Plumb & Order has helped me out several times - twice w major leaks (waste & water in - fast & efficient repairs), and lastly w a quote for my new house. The water heater doesn't meet code. They came out, we talked through options on tank/tankless, location, minimal fixes to get it up to code. They even came up with a few options I hadn't thought of. I'm still waiting to close, so haven't used them for this yet, but just to have someone think through the process with you was extremely helpful. I'd recommend them read more

Went way above and beyond. Andres had promised to come over and help me out with some plumbing work that was discovered during the countertop replacement and was holding things up. Even though it was a very busy day for him he still showed up and got the job done. He showed up at mid night and did a quality job so that my remodel could continue without interruption. Also came back later and fixed other plumbing issues that were discovered and with quality. Will always call him in the future for all my needs. read more

I was really happy with my experience. I am a landlord living in another city and they were very understanding about that. I sometimes have trouble with that. I left an email asking for service to replace a garbage disposal in the evening and they called me first thing in the morning. They were out there that same day! The service was fast and my tenant was happy with the service. Cost was reasonable. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge me up front. Thank you very much! read more

Our main pipe bursted and water was spilling into the yard. (Luckily no home water damage). Called Plumb and Order on a Monday at 2pm, they told me they will have techs out to look at it between 8 am to 12 pm the next day. Techs showed up at 8:30 am to verify the issue. After a quick talk of the issue-after verification-and typical pricing for similar work, they got to work and finished in less than 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the work done and will be using them exclusively from now on. read more
