My water heater decided to die and Plumb & Order was one of the places that I decided to get a quote from. Their plumber was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He brought up points and solutions that other plumbers did not. As for the water heater itself, it was a long wait, but it would have been the same from any other company. I had been given quotes for three different types of water heaters and I chose a 50 gal water heater since that's what I originally had. After some time waiting for the heater to be delivered to them, they themselves offered to install a better tankless heater at the price of the heater I was originally quoted for since they had the tankless in stock. I got to save more too since with a tankless heater there was a rebate. Every time I tried to get ahold of them whether through email or calling, I did. Great service and company. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Plumb and Order. Wyatt and Thomas came out, I had a issue with a valve on my tub that was stripped and he quoted me $240 bucks for the work. It took longer then he thought and twice as long 3 hrs! I thought to myself he is going to charge me for 3 hrs. Well Wyatt is a MAN of his word, he said $240! While doing so, he took the initiative to notice a different leak on my property that the City of Austin would be responsible for and contacted the City to fix the problem. They came out and checked them out, fortunately or unfortunately the sinks weren't stopped up any more, although they did locate a monster hair ball which wasn't helping anything. One of my hot water heaters died. I have a home warranty plan and Kirk from Plumb & Order to take a look at it. It had to be replaced, which wasn't cheap though thankfully the warranty paid for the new heater. When they replaced it, they discovered that the pipe to the roof was closed off which means that the heater had been spewing carbon monoxide into my attic for who know how long. It took some doing, but Wyatt was able to get onto the roof and unjam it. They didn't charge me a penny for the extra work! I highly recommend them. read more

Our sewer line started backing up on Mother's Day and we were desperate to get someone out as soon as possible! Called our homeowner warranty company, who electronically assigned a plumbing company to us. Called them, left message, no response ever. Alleviated the issue, billed us a VERY reasonable rate, and also gave us a full detailed report to provide to our city plumbing (who ultimately had the responsibility to fix the problem.) They arrived quickly but I feel like that's where the good ends. Didn't wear masks when they came to the door. When they checked out my leak outside they really didn't seem to know what the problem was, had to call the boss and then quoted me a lot of money per hour. Second , you quoted me $250 per toilet install which is ridiculous. Plumb & Order is a unprofessional company harassing me. Beware. Who can trust this type of behavior? Called this morning and the guy that answers the phone told me he installs toilets for $250 each. I said wait but my toilet cost less than that! What a rip off. The Plumb and Order crew showed up on a Sunday to stop a leak coming up from the slab. They were quick to diagnose and got the leak isolated. Then we scheduled a day to come out and reroute. They explained everything as they went, did a good job, and we're professionals. And you've got to admit, they have a cook name. read more

We hired Plumb & Order to perform a standard hot water heater flush after a few years of neglect due to black deposits forming in our tubs. The technician informed us that the deposits were from the heater and that replacement was needed. We knew this was a likely cause based on age and the sub-par reputation of the heater brand (Eff Bradford White). We agreed to the replacement. They were able to accommodate the replacement that day. Note that our heater is in the attic which required removing the attic ladder and trim. Were they the cheapest? Probably not. However, they knocked it out in way day and I cannot tell that the attic ladder nor trim were disturbed. Fast forward a couple of months. I'm out of town for work and my wife discovers a slab leak on a weekend. She calls Plumb & Order based on our previous positive interaction. They get us lined up for an early Monday morning appointment and immediately bypassed the slab leak. In addition, they set us up with a company to perform the water mitigation that subsequently is performing the repairs from the slab leak. Overall we had an excellent experience with Plumb & Order and they will be first on our list for plumbing needs from here on out. read more

Highly recommend! I had really low water pressure in my kitchen sink and I had another plumbing company come out to "fix" it. They told me it would be the same cost to replace the faucet as it would to blow out the lines to find the blockage. Since that plumber made the water pressure worse trying to assess the issue, I decided to contact someone else. Plumb and Order answered the phone after hours and was able to give me a general quote over the phone. We got an appt set up and they showed up on time and fixed my problem for half of what the other company had quoted. He also took a look at my water heater and gave me a quote to replace it which was half of what I had been quoted by another company 6 months ago. We had an aging water heater that we had serviced about a year ago. This spring it stopped working again. After a poor experience with another local company (they didn't even do diagnostics - just stood there and speculated about what might be wrong), we called Plumb & Order. They came out same day and did a quick and easy repair, basically the same thing we had done by someone else last year. We asked for a replacement estimate but thought we might get another 6 months before having to do anything. Nope - two months later it gave up the ghost. The leak was hard to locate initially as the builder and/or former homeowners left a disconnected pipe that became a problem once we bought a fridge with water line. Plumb & Order literally saved our house! We actually called them to get a second opinion and thank goodness we did because the first vendor said we needed to tunnel under our home foundation to fix the broken main pipe (we had a toilet that was backing out and mud/dirt was present which led to the conclusion that the pipe was broken). The first vendor said it was going to cost us 5 figures and couldn't even locate where the pipe was broken because he did not bring a camera to look inside the pipe!! Then Kirk with Plumb & Order came to the rescue! He brought all the right tools including a camera and within an hour located the broken area in the pipe! Then he gave us a couple of options for moving forward which were exploratory but would at least give us more information so we know what steps to take next. So he did a little digging around the cleanout to see if the broken pipe situation is something he can fix. It took less than 2 hours for him to give us a firm answer and ultimately he was able to fix the pipe the same day. My husband and I are so happy we found Plumb & Order. Also, Kirk was fun to talk to!! Trying to find a plumber you can trust is so hard but looks like we found the one!! read more

Our sink was backing up. I ran a 20' snake down past the trap and couldn't clear it. This was not an emergency, but Kirk got to me the next morning (less than 24 hours later). Wyatt came out to fix my kitchen drain that wasn't proper height due to installation of a deeper sink that was done by another business. It involved cutting through back of cabinet to replumb and reconnect drain at the proper height in conjunction with the clean out line on outside wall. Luckily, he managed not to disturb any of the limestone rock on outside wall, in the process. He also found a small leak in the line to the dishwasher and fixed that as well. He was a very polite young man and was properly attired with mask and shoe covers. The installation was top notch and at a very fair price.
