Whether you're a fan of their signature spicy sauces, sweet & savory mixes, or just classic Buffalo, they've nailed the art of balance between flavor and heat. It's been a while since I've stepped in at any Pluckers and why I did that, I don't know. Their wings are still a solid choice if you are in the mood for one. This time we've mixed it in with a burger since I can't remember if I've ever had any other item from the menu besides wings and beer. It comes with a chicken wing, fried pickle, 2 strips of bacon, spicy green beans, and olives and the drink itself is almost secondary to the feast. Food was alright, service was absolutely fantastic. We started with the mac and cheese bites, and ended up ordering some wings and a salad. The salad was tasty and filling, however my chicken had numerous bits of cartilage and the texture made me slightly lose my appetite. My friend's wings were really salty and uneven, as if only certain wings got the seasoning and it was not mixed well. However my drink was probably the worst part, i ordered an old fashioned, however it was so poorly made, extremely oversweetened and watered down, and the glass was cracked too! I sent it back and had it taken off. Not sure if i'll be coming back, the server was so sweet and attentive however the food and drinks had a room to be desired. The service was amazing. My dad was in town from the WestCoast and we wanted to catch the game. A couple of my patients have told me about Pluckers but I never had time to stop and check them out until now,since I was hosting. Zakiya was an amazing hostess/server and have great recommendations. I made an online order at Pluckers in Addison. The order was paid and was confirmed for pick up at 5:57PM. Due to Super Bowl traffic in the parking lot, I was able to checkin at 6:03PM. An employee was outside of the front door of the restaurant checking in all of the to go orders. I was instructed to wait outside of the restaurant on the side walk and I would be notified when my order was ready via Text. All to go orders waited on the outside of patio area until they were notified. Once notified, the were allowed to wait for their orders inside the patio area. After over 30 Minutes, I checked back in and was told there were two orders ahead of me. Over the next 20 minutes I checked back in with the employee several times, given the same information until I asked if there was someone I could speak regarding my order. Finally, a manager met me on the sidewalk outside of the restaurant (because we were not even aloud to wait inside). She asked what name the order was under. She went inside and a few minutes later she said the order was not in the system and she questioned if I made my order at the Addison location. I was able to produce confirmation and she said she would check on my order. She left and came back to inform me my order wasn't in the system but she would have it made for me in 10 minutes. She brought my order at 712PM and apologized for my wait and wanted me to verify that the order I made was for today's date (insinuating it was somehow my fault). She never asked me to come inside while I waited, never offered me anything to drink while I waited, never offered to comp my meal, give me a gift card or even take the time to try a calm me down. She never took responsibility for the problem and only gave an explanation that there must have been an "I.T. issue" and she has opened a ticket. Customer service at Pluckers in Addison is terrible. The manager did not take ownership of the problem and did not provide me a SINGLE REASON why I should ever revisit this restaurant. read more

Absolute WORST Pluckers EVER! This place does not follow food safety nor does it have any cleanliness standards. My daughter was served expired orange juice on "accident", and when I brought this up to their so called Manager Bruce he simply disregarded the fact that they did not meet their daily food inspection standards in order to prevent selling expired product to their customers. The Manager Bruce also did not show a slight bit of empathy or concern on the fact again that they served my daughter expired product. The orange juice was so expired that it had fermented and started to create gas bubbles as it was poured. HORRIBLE PLACE!! read more

They have the perfect crispy skin, and the hot sauces we tried were a great selection, and each wing had the right amount of coating. I like spicy, so my selction was the jamango jerk, which is made with authentic jerk seasoning imported from Kingston. It had a subtle sweetness but ended more on the spicy savjey build-up. The second order had half and half of the mangonero: Mango + Habenero, which is our go-to pick. This gave me exactly what I wanted. The other half the Maple Chipotle: A sweet, syrupy glaze with a smoky chipotle kick landed too much on the sweeter side than I would have liked. I can 100% see this place being crazy packed during a great sporting event. There are TVs everywhere. Lots of seating. The ambience is sports bar. Our service was great. Starting with the terrible service we had to ask other employees cleaning tables or the bartenders to get our waitress for us. We've had to send our food back the first time because it was dead cold in the middle ( holy macaroni) aswell. We've had a party of 9 and the location had only but a few other tables.
