We arrived and checked in right on time as we were next in line. They stick to their waitlist which is awesome. I had the steak and eggs and my wife had the mini pancakes with the old fashioned breakfast. The steak and eggs come with a side of your choice , I opted for grits. The steak was very tender and flavorful (surprised) and the potatoes had the perfect balance of crisp and tender with light salt . My wife's enjoyed her eggs, sausage and pancakes. First time here. Joined the waitlist since it was a Saturday. The estimated timing was to a tee. We were seated and greeted by Ramone. He was very friendly and checked on us often. Such a delicious brunch here. We put our name on the waitlist and was seated within a few mins of arrival. I got the Avacado toasted with added lox and passion fruit smoothie. It was sooo good. Scrambled eggs are the best way to go because if ordered over medium they can go either way from over easy to over hard. Also there is inconsistency in the size of portions. Sometimes the steak is big. Sometimes the steak is small. Sometimes the steak and eggs gives you one scrambled egg. Sometimes it gives you two or three. Although there was enough noise from customers, a little music would be nice. Mimosa flight: 10/10 would recommend. It's also a great money saver because one mimosa is $8 so if you're with someone or a group, this is the best option. The old fashion: 9/10 everything was cooked as requested and had good flavor. The pancakes were not mini but appreciated the portion size. Steak skillet: 9/10 flavor and presentation wise this was amazing. First visit to The Brunch District yesterday and I couldn't have been more pleased. There's so much to review about this place. The menu had a nice variety of both food and drinks. The restaurant itself was spacious enough that you could have a discussion without a room full of loud chatter. I had the quesadilla and it was amazing, I had to get it to go box because it was so much food. My side item choices were fruit, salad, or potatoes and I chose the fruit. I then asked the waitress, Carmen, if chips and salsa were an option and she told me that was not a menu item. Within five minutes, she brought me back a dish of fresh tortilla chips and salsa. I can't remember the last time someone went out of their way just because I made a request that wasn't on the menu! It's little things like this that make customers return over and over again. I also found the restroom spotless and freshly cleaned. I seldom leave restaurant reviews, but this one was worth the review. Bon appétit. read more

Came to Dallas for a trip and a family friend mentioned to come try this spot for breakfast and let me tell you it did not disappoint, first of all the place was beautiful and super clean, all the workers and servers were so nice and kind to show us the popular dishes and her recommendations, we all listen and we couldn't regret it. Service was good but I marked them down because no one at the table liked their food. My mom & I both ordered the avocado toast. I added tomatoes & feta to mine which helped. It was VERY bland. My husband ordered the crab cake Benedict & he also complained of a lack of flavor/seasoning. My daughter ordered waffles, eggs, & bacon. She ended up only eating the fruit because everything else didn't taste very good. Ambience is very fun. There are Vogue shots along the wall with neon signage.
