I treated myself to brunch here and had a fantastic time! It was moderately busy but it was still early, so when I arrived I was seated immediately. I chose a seat outdoors to enjoy the first fall morning. I'm glad I did because the weather was perfect! I ordered the Spuds scramble with cheesy hash browns topped with fried egg whites and added veggies--tomatoes, onions, asparagus and mushrooms. Also, the OMG Bacon was too hard to pass up! Coated in sriracha maple syrup and sprinkled with brown sugar and chili flakes--it was too hard die for! But before all of this, I ordered a Rum Punch! Now this was a little different from ones I ever had. It had orange juice, triple sec and white rum. Although I enjoyed it, it was missing the punch that would've brought it all together. All in all, the service was great--host, server and food runners were dedicated to ensuring I had a great experience and food came fast--the atmosphere was bright, welcoming and cozy and the location was convenient. Having eaten at Snooze's in other states we were happy to find one for our last meal in the Dallas area. Unfortunately we left Dallas very disappointed. No one loved their meal, there was food left on all plates when we left. The hashbrowns that came as a side were way over seasoned. The ingredients in the breakfast burrito were very clumped and not spread out. The OJ was clearly not fresh squeezed, tasted like it was from concentrate. We paid for extra protein in multiple dishes but we are not convinced that they were added. (If there was sausage in my breakfast burrito, they must have used the smallest grater to add it. I didn't see it nor taste it but wasn't willing to tear apart my burrito to search for it). The one highlight was the service. This experience may have us scroll past future Snooze AM's in our future travels. read more

I've had their catering before and that was excellent. Dining in was a different experience, service was terrible. Our waitress basically forgot about us, ordered our food, had to ask her a few times for condiments, and she basically took forever with everything, including the check. Very disappointing as I do love their pancakes. We had the breakfast sandwich-lacked flavor, and the pineapple pancakes-delicious and fluffy. Decided to have brunch here today. We've eaten at 6 different locations but not this one. We have never been disappointed....and today was NOT the exception. We split the protein omelette; very good, especially with their salsa. I will say the hash browns were a bit meh. Here's a pro tip...you can thank me later. I got some more hash browns but it wasn't what I expected either. For their best food on Doordash, I'll need to try something different. Our first time to this location, after having visited several others. Even though there was nobody waiting, and several open seats, there weren't any for our group of five, so we were quoted 30-45 mins. It was in the range when we were seated. I'm not sure what it is about Snooze, but even if they're not busy, service is real slow. We eventually ordered and got our drinks, but then we waited a really long time to order. From there, it's difficult to get service to return to get refills. Being able to get coffee and water at a breakfast spot when you need it...or before you need it....is important, I had a build-your-own omelette, even though they don't include it on the menu, and it was really good. I liked my upgraded-cost biscuit too, and glad I got that over the English muffin. The side potato cake thingie was fine, but not as good as the last time I had them. My wife always gets a Benedict and liked what she got. My daughter got a Denver omelette, and agreed on the potatoes, but she thought her biscuit wasn't wonderful. We went for brunch during the week and we didn't have a wait. We were quickly seated in a booth, but we did have to move our table to fit the car seat in there. We both ordered drinks (juice and a latte) and both had the spuds deluxe. The juice I had was so yummy and refreshing! The spuds meal was really good and filling and I had about half of my dish left over for dinner later. We were there for two hours catching up and everything came out quickly and we weren't rushed to leave. I've been to Snooze before but never this location. Food - Snooze is all about breakfast and brunch, so if you're a fan, this is a great spot. Remember that bar? They crafted me a perfect Iced Café Mocha. Topped high with whipped cream and lined with chocolate syrup, this delicious libation was the perfect prelude to my OMG French Toast. The fresh brioche was buttery and soft (not soggy), stuff with mascarpone cheese, and it sat in a bath of sweet cream and strawberries. I used the French toast to soak up all the sweet cream like a sponge before taking each bite. Oh, and don't forget to order a side of bacon. The thick, smokey slices offered up some salt that cut into my sweet bites. Good eats. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. Snooze has a great rewards program and app. Every now and then you'll get a coupon you can redeem for a free item (e.g. OMG French Toast), and you can even get in line. I'm not even a big pancake person, but the pancake flight was incredible! The texture was just right, not overly sweet, and the flavors really popped. I loved the flavored butters they provided for each unique pancake flavor. In addition, i got The habanero pork belly Benny. the creative twist on Eggs Benedict was hearty, super filling, and the flavors were phenomenal. I also tried the espresso martini, which is more reminiscent of a boozey latte (probably some Baileys in there), sweeter than expected but still solid. Located in a strip mall in Addison, Snooze is a breakfast place with a touch of 1960s style. The breakfast menu has all of the usual suspects pancakes, omelets, benedicts, etc. They do put their own twist on the ingredients and presentation of these items. I ordered the Smashed Avocado Benny. Eggs were perfectly poached. It was like having avocado toast, which I adore. I would have preferred not having the "Everything" seasoning because of the salt, but it is to be expected when eating out. My husband's Ham Benedict didn't impress him. He said the shaved ham was just lunch meat. Needless to say, he won't order it again. He also cautioned me against getting the Chile Verde Benedict. It's not really a benedict, but more of a breakfast taco/chalupa. The staff were all very nice, well versed in the art of conversation and communication. Food and drink orders were taken and delivered promptly. Presentation of both were nicely done too. Our friend didn't like the taste of her specialty mocktail, Butterfly Lemonade, but it sure was a pretty purple hue. After a sip, she asked the waitress to take it away and bring her OJ instead. The waitress was patient, polite, and followed the directive in a professional manner. Maybe it was the pear and butterfly pea flower that was off putting. In any case, there was no challenge, no questions asked, just good service. Snooze has its own app. You can make a reservation through the app so that you aren't waiting at the door for an hour or more. Also, when you join the Snooze club, you get a free pancake flight to use within a month of joining. I'm super excited about this offer. One of the pancake options is a pineapple upside down pancake. That just sounds like some 1960s fun. While this is not my favorite breakfast joint, I do look forward to coming back for the pancake flight. Lots of scrumptious options to try. read more

There should be consistency in regular menu items. I always get shrimp and grits. These shrimp look uncooked, not seasoned and the plate is drowning in what appears to be oil. Service here is easily top five I've experienced. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. We had real conversations, and it felt like they were actually excited to have us there. The food just didn't live up to that same energy. Nothing was bad, but it felt a bit uninspired. The dishes seemed more put together than thoughtfully created, and the menu didn't stand out much either. Parking is super easy, and the surrounding area is honestly the best part. There are a lot of cute outdoor spots nearby that make it worth the trip. I probably wouldn't come back to eat here again, but I would definitely come back to the complex. I asked about the ingredients in the breakfast because of a food allergy. The person assisting me assured me what it was with confidence, but unfortunately, 2 bites in, my body almost immediately showed signs of allergic reaction. The ambiance is lovely, and we appreciated the playful theme behind the Snooze name--it adds to the experience. I ordered the sweet potatoes with pickled onion, asparagus, mushrooms, and eggs, and the combination was absolute perfection. Not only delicious, but it felt nourishing and great for gut health. Ryan was our server and he was fantastic, and the rest of the service team was equally awesome--friendly, attentive, and welcoming. My only complaint was the restrooms. I'm a stickler for clean bathrooms because they truly elevate (or detract from) the overall experience, and unfortunately these needed a thorough cleaning. The toilet bowls were noticeably dirty. This might be an unpopular opinion but snooze isn't my favorite/go to brunch place. I know people love snooze but I feel like the food is just okay. It's not bad but it's also not very memorable in my opinion. I wanted to give it another chance so I went to brunch with my friend the other day. My friend loves their shrimp and grits and I'll have to admit it was pretty good! But I'm personally not a big shrimp and grits person. I got the eggs Benedict and they weren't bad but it also wasn't the best I've had! The customer service was great though and I like how we can place our names on a waitlist before we get there so we don't have to wait too long at the restaurant. I'll come back if a friends wants to come here but there are a lot of other brunch spots to try in this area as well! read more

I was down in Dallas for a day of shopping with a friend and we grabbed brunch here. She has a gluten intolerance and they have good options so that was awesome! The cafe was spacious and cute with a retro vibe and table or bar seating. Our server was prompt and friendly and the menu looks amazing! There were so many options on the menu from omelets and Benedict's to pancakes and waffles and many fresh healthier options as well. They also have a ton of brunch cocktails to choose from. We both got mimosas in different flavors and they were delicious, I loved the pomegranate one! She got the cottage cheese bowl and I got the prosciutto Benedict and both were absolutely fantastic and large portions. They offer gluten free toast and made sure to have her food prepared carefully and it had a toothpick indicating that it was an allergy plate so this was all very thoughtful. Even if you get a wild pancake flavor -- like limeade... was very surprised at the taste. I've tried there breakfast bowls and there tacos which are also delicious. There lattes are creamy. There refreshers are made perfectly & lets not forget about the yummy on the tap champagne... 90/10 mimosa 10 out of 10. I couldn't rave about this place enough. Snooze is my favorite place for brunchy food! Being vegan, it has been a trustworthy and delicious source of tofu scrambles. I know many of you may yuck my yum but until you try it, don't knock it. They get the tofu seared off so nicely with a great choice of mix in options. It used to be directly on the menu. Then they switched it to a side note off of another menu section where they said, "make it a tofu scramble". Today, it was completely gone! GASP. I asked the server and they said, no problem you can order it anyway, so I did. Then she came back about 10 minutes later and said, "they are out of tofu". Well here's how I imagine that happens: it's not on the menu so they don't stock it. Please guys, put it back on the menu. You can freeze it if needed or run to Whole Foods (same parking lot!) and pick some up when needed. I'm very disappointed about this. I got the sweet potato dish instead which was just ok. Once you take the egg off, there's not much left besides sweet potatoes and a few, scant veggies. I can make that at home.
