It was designed to help you get your day off to a great start. From the lighting to the wall decor to the upbeat employees. The service is fantastic here. The moment we were seated by a very warm and welcoming greeter we knew this would be a positive experience. Then Junior, our server, came and introduced himself and said he would be taking great care of us today. He set the standard high for himself and delivered! Our food was fantastic! The best brunch place we've been to so far. Not busy at all as it was a 10-11am morning during a weekday. Atmosphere is very joyful, pleasant, and beautiful in general with the sunlight shining in. Service was immaculate. Everyone was so so friendly, welcoming, and smiley. Our orders came out pretty quick for being so fresh. Warning: servings were quite large (a lot larger than it seems) but it was so worth it. Food: Crab Cake Benedict: flavorful, crunchy, and fresh-- highly recommend. it was really unique but so satisfying Chicken Fried Steak: texture wasn't salty or too crunchy-- it was the perfect in between. Very flavorful and the gravy was a great addition to enhance it. Grits didn't even need any flavor or butter it was already delicious Atlantic Benedict: AMAZING. It's just what you'd expect from a smoked salmon-cream cheese bagel. Cinnamon Roll French Toast: sweet, filling, and delicious Southern Benedict: very filling, crunchy, served hot, sooo flavorful with the potatoes as well For the amount of dishes we ordered, we only have good things to say about them. Upon arrival I was greeted , and seated in a timely fashion. My server was Kayla and she is amazing. If the Owner is reading this (you have an absolute Gem working within your staff please know that and give her the praise for fulfilling her duties with grace). This was my first time visiting and actually having a day off. She explained the menu to me as I was between two options. Let me tell you I ordered and was on my phone, within maybe 6-7 mins my food was being placed in front of my by Kayla. She checked in on me often to make sure my meal was good, and to see if I needed anything else. Needless to say my eyes were bigger than my belly but the food was amazing. Next, I had the hardy boy scrambler and my date had the crab Benedict. Both were a 10/10. Super fulfilling. Skillet comes with pancakes & so does the Benedict! So good. Quick and easy stop at this restaurant for brunch, staff is polite and responsive when you call. We were added to the waitlist promptly and when we arrived, the hosts were alert and helpful. Next time we will bring our puppy as their outdoor seating looked inviting. Ambience is bright and clean, booth seating was comfortable, and our waiter was prompt and knowledgeable. We went with the Iron Man scrambler, which comes with a side of mini pancakes or toast, added turkey sausage for the side. Along with that we ordered the chicken fried chicken and selected fried okra for the side. The fried okra is probably the best we've had in Dallas! I opted for the omelette with hash browns, it was decent, no major issues, I had to apply salt to my preference but that is to be expected. I was also given a side of fruit. It's located in a shopping center next to Tom Thumb. It's not a large place but certainly enough room to accommodate a few large parties. I ordered the veggie skillet with mini pancakes. Of course, the awesome waitress we had asked if I wanted to add anything and I HAD to add bananas and Nutella. I did not regret my choice. The skillet was just perfection. So savory and it was prepared very well. And the pancakes hit the spot for sweet. My friend ordered the Tuscan omelet with grits. They have a full bar if you want to make your brunch a boozy one. Everything was well done and the service was good. This place just opened. It was only the second weekend and it was pretty full of people. It's beautifully decorated. A great place to meet your girlfriends. The hosts were very welcoming, and we were able to sit fairly quickly even with a full house. Our waiter was pretty attentive although my husband's order came out wrong, they quickly fixed it. We were a party of 5. We ordered biscuits & gravy, stuffed avocado, brisket benny, breakfast sandwich, and cinnamon pancake as well as shared the Nutella & banana waffles & crepes. I had the Meat Lovers Skillet, my wife went with the Carnitas Skillet, and our kids had the classic kids' breakfast with an extra egg. We all absolutely devoured our meals. Our kids usually aren't big on potatoes, but they couldn't get enough of the house potatoes here -- that alone says a lot.
