The food was fantastic, especially the Eggs, Eggs, Eggs with chicken fried chicken. However, there were a few issues that I wanted to address. First, our eggs were over easy instead of over medium. It was a minor issue, but it was still noticeable. The server was less attentive than our last experience. He avoided our table and went long periods without checking on us. When he did, it was a quick check-in that we had to stop him from leaving. Another issue was the server getting mixed up about making sure we had sugar-free syrup. My partner is a type-1 diabetic, and ensuring we got the right syrup was a problem. The server at our last visit didn't hesitate to get us the correct syrup. The syrups were also ice cold. I think if the restaurant took the suggestion seriously, they should train their staff on food sensitivities and the importance of understanding requests from people who need special care. Perhaps they could also implement a system where they stretch the sugar-free syrup at the table or serve it in different-style or color ramekins to lessen confusion and make things easier to manage. My partner used the regular syrup this visit, but I stopped the server to make sure it was correct; it wasn't. They did remake the pancakes, but they didn't bring butter. The quickness of the server almost made it impossible to get what we needed. Despite these issues, the ambiance was nice, slightly trendy, and had great vibes and decor. I will still come back, but there needs to be some improvement. read more

Today I took some friends here because my last to visits were great. Well, today fell very short. I was so disappointed. My food was barely lukewarm. The sausage gravy lacked sausage. Our waitress was great though. Oh and the grits tasted fake. I don't think I'll return. I didn't take any pictures this time. read more

The Brunch District is an incredibly modern, hip spot for brunch, and the food is absolutely delicious! I went with the migas and added chorizo, though brisket was also an option, along with a couple of other choices that slipped my mind once I heard chorizo. These migas were probably some of the best I've ever had at a restaurant. They were packed with flavor, especially thanks to the salsa. You get a choice between red or green salsa, and I went with green, as I think it pairs better with eggs. For drinks, I ordered a Bloody Mary and a coffee on the side. The Bloody Mary was super flavorful, with bacon, cheese, and green olives adding a great touch. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of room for large groups, or you can sit at the bar if you prefer. The service here is great as all the staff here provided a delightful customer experience to everyone. I had breakfast here by myself and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll definitely return if I'm ever in town again! read more

This little gem came with a recommendation. I suggest you call in to get on the waiting list as this place filles up fast. Upon arrival we took a seat waited for about 10 mins before we were seated. Waiter came shortly after..Promptly brought our coffee and water. We waited for a few before ordering. Settled on the chicken fried chicken, eggs, cubed potatoes and mini pancakes( they seemed full size) ..Food came out hot and fairly quickly..The chicken was seasoned good the gravy could of been seasoned a little more eggs were scrambled good, cubed potatoes didn't have much seasoning however salt and pepper helped. I will say the food proportioned very well for the price you definitely get full the coffee was good the ambiance was a good. Our waiter was mediocre I understood it was busy we ended staying a little past 2:30 closing time we appreciate they didn't rush us out. I would definitely return and i do recommend giving this place a try. read more

First visit to The Brunch District yesterday and I couldn't have been more pleased. There's so much to review about this place. The menu had a nice variety of both food and drinks. The restaurant itself was spacious enough that you could have a discussion without a room full of loud chatter. I had the quesadilla and it was amazing, I had to get it to go box because it was so much food. My side item choices were fruit, salad, or potatoes and I chose the fruit. I then asked the waitress, Carmen, if chips and salsa were an option and she told me that was not a menu item. Within five minutes, she brought me back a dish of fresh tortilla chips and salsa. I can't remember the last time someone went out of their way just because I made a request that wasn't on the menu! It's little things like this that make customers return over and over again. I also found the restroom spotless and freshly cleaned. I seldom leave restaurant reviews, but this one was worth the review. Bon appétit. read more

I love a great breakfast place and The Brunch District was love at first bite for me! But I was already falling in love before I tried my food. When you walk in the place it is light and uplifting. It was designed to help you get your day off to a great start. From the lighting to the wall decor to the upbeat employees. The service is fantastic here. The moment we were seated by a very warm and welcoming greeter we knew this would be a positive experience. Then Junior, our server, came and introduced himself and said he would be taking great care of us today. He set the standard high for himself and delivered! Our food was fantastic! I ordered the Denver Omelette and it was light and fluffy, just how I love omelettes. The ingredients were freshly prepared. The flavors blended sensationally! And the breakfast potatoes...amazing! Truly a great experience and I am excited to come back soon! read more

The best brunch place we've been to so far. Not busy at all as it was a 10-11am morning during a weekday. Atmosphere is very joyful, pleasant, and beautiful in general with the sunlight shining in. Service was immaculate. Everyone was so so friendly, welcoming, and smiley. Our orders came out pretty quick for being so fresh. Warning: servings were quite large (a lot larger than it seems) but it was so worth it. Food: Crab Cake Benedict: flavorful, crunchy, and fresh-- highly recommend. it was really unique but so satisfying Chicken Fried Steak: texture wasn't salty or too crunchy-- it was the perfect in between. Very flavorful and the gravy was a great addition to enhance it. Grits didn't even need any flavor or butter it was already delicious Atlantic Benedict: AMAZING. It's just what you'd expect from a smoked salmon-cream cheese bagel. Cinnamon Roll French Toast: sweet, filling, and delicious Southern Benedict: very filling, crunchy, served hot, sooo flavorful with the potatoes as well For the amount of dishes we ordered, we only have good things to say about them. I'm not a breakfast person but this is going on my top favorite restaurants. This has to be the place we stop by after all our early morning flights! read more

Upon arrival I was greeted , and seated in a timely fashion. My server was Kayla and she is amazing. If the Owner is reading this (you have an absolute Gem working within your staff please know that and give her the praise for fulfilling her duties with grace). This was my first time visiting and actually having a day off. She explained the menu to me as I was between two options. Let me tell you I ordered and was on my phone, within maybe 6-7 mins my food was being placed in front of my by Kayla. She checked in on me often to make sure my meal was good, and to see if I needed anything else. Needless to say my eyes were bigger than my belly but the food was amazing. The decor in the restaurant is very cute ,chic, and airy. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy brunch where and I'm looking forward to trying different menu selections. . Thank you for the amazing good, and customer service. Kayla .. thank you read more

Quick and easy stop at this restaurant for brunch, staff is polite and responsive when you call. We were added to the waitlist promptly and when we arrived, the hosts were alert and helpful. Next time we will bring our puppy as their outdoor seating looked inviting. Ambience is bright and clean, booth seating was comfortable, and our waiter was prompt and knowledgeable. We went with the Iron Man scrambler, which comes with a side of mini pancakes or toast, added turkey sausage for the side. Along with that we ordered the chicken fried chicken and selected fried okra for the side. The fried okra is probably the best we've had in Dallas! No chalula at the table but they do have it in the back, and there were no useless up-charges for things like ranch and such. Lastly, the bathrooms were clean and well-kept, big plus. Looking forward to making this a regular place for weekends in Addison! read more

We stumbled in here and were seated immediately despite it being so busy. Kate was phenomenal!!! She made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. We started with the red velvet French toast. Literally don't need a knife, ITS LIKE BUTTER!! So delicious! Warm and fulfilling; comes with 3 pieces. Next, I had the hardy boy scrambler and my date had the crab Benedict. Both were a 10/10. Super fulfilling. Skillet comes with pancakes & so does the Benedict! So good. We also had 2 breakfast shots and 2 winter wonder lands and a grinch stole Christmas and a Mrs. Clause mimosa. Sooo freaking good. 10/10 will definitely be back. read more

Everything was great. Using the waitlist is very important as it will reduce your wait time once you arrive. We were seated within 20 minutes of arriving. We placed our order for mimosa flights and food. Everything came out quickly. JR was our server and was very thorough. Food came out quickly, and there were no complaints. Overall, we would definitely return. read more

The Brunch District - Eggs, Benedict and crab Benedict. Mimosa flight. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Addison, Texas

The Brunch District is one of those places you almost don't want to share with anyone because it's just so good. There was a wait when we got there so I guess the secret is out! It's located in a shopping center next to Tom Thumb. It's not a large place but certainly enough room to accommodate a few large parties. I ordered the veggie skillet with mini pancakes. Of course, the awesome waitress we had asked if I wanted to add anything and I HAD to add bananas and Nutella. I did not regret my choice. The skillet was just perfection. So savory and it was prepared very well. And the pancakes hit the spot for sweet. My friend ordered the Tuscan omelet with grits. I'm not an omelet person but took a bite and thought it was really good. There is a full bar so it's got everything you need to have a fun and memorable brunch - great service, great food and booze. Definitely worth a visit! read more

The food and service were amazing, even on a busy day like Easter. The food is fresh and the ambiance is homey!

Amazing day to get out and discover new places and new faces!! When the waitress came back with the ticket, Today was well spent on Brunch with my son. The place was already bumping, people everywhere. It was a 30 minute waiting period. It was well worth it. We had the best time and the atmosphere was awesome! Friendly people. It was a celebration for my son's birthday!! The waitress was right on time. We ordered a great meal, steak, chicken apple sausage, French crepe with fresh fruit and best eggs ever!! It was served fresh and hot. I love this place!! As we waited on our ticket, the waitress came back and said someone paid for our meal. I was so amazed. It was heartfelt. Thank you friend!!! I will return again for sure!! The mimosas were excellent. Try it and you love it. read more

Food Being a Texan, the food portions were smaller than I would have expected. I opted for the omelette with hash browns, it was decent, no major issues, I had to apply salt to my preference but that is to be expected. I was also given a side of fruit. Service The location was very crowded when I got here, and there was little space to move around but there were definitely brunch vibes for people to enjoy and be social. Ambiance Small location, lots of noise and motion. Bright colors and high energy, there is also an outdoor section if a person does not want to be indoors with their meal. Just don't expect any elbow room. read more

This is an excellent understated brunch spot. We had the Sweet Combo 2x2x2 and the Atlantic Benedict along with a cappuccino and a mimosa. They have a full bar if you want to make your brunch a boozy one. Everything was well done and the service was good. The place has more of an upscale casual mom & pop vibe to it than a trendy upscale one. It was exactly what I was looking for at the time and I highly recommend it. I've been here once, but loved it! Nice candor with the bartender, good food, nice portion, stout Bloody Mary. Nice overall. I'll go back.

This place just opened. It was only the second weekend and it was pretty full of people. It's beautifully decorated. A great place to meet your girlfriends. The hosts were very welcoming, and we were able to sit fairly quickly even with a full house. Our waiter was pretty attentive although my husband's order came out wrong, they quickly fixed it. We were a party of 5. We ordered biscuits & gravy, stuffed avocado, brisket benny, breakfast sandwich, and cinnamon pancake as well as shared the Nutella & banana waffles & crepes. The presentation of food was amazing but food was okay in taste, not terrible nor amazing, but good. I would definitely come back when I am in town again. read more
