Even if this is the only place available, do not take your vehicle here! I was approached by the owner one day driving with visible collision damage on my car. He suggested I bring my car to him for repairs and I did. What a MISTAKE! The owner, Giovani kept my car for too long, then did not even repair the door correctly. I couldn't open it or unlock it upon it's return. Fail! When I brought it back to re-repair my door, I asked him to replace my front brakes and pads. He took 2 weeks and still did not fix the door. My brakes started squeaking loudly, they were grinding fiercly. He would not replace the brakes. He insisted I return the car to repair the door a 3rd time. He kept the car an additional 14 days and still did not replace the brakes, he did not repair anything he promised. This man is a liar, a scoundrel! A scoundrel is a person who behaves very badly towards other people, especially by cheating or deceiving them. I gave my car to Giovanni July 2023 and didn't get my car back until July 2024. He has my car for an entire year without working on it then had to finish it in a week because I was moving. This made them take short cuts like replacing my lights with incredibly dim lights, not replacing the fog lights and just putting something to cover it up, my check engine light was on because they didn't replace the active shutter or the car "wouldn't be ready in time" and they never secured my battery to my car. It took them about a month to finally get the active shutter put in and when I told them about my battery they said I just need to buy a bracket. When I told Giovanni his employees said that he said he would come "later this week" to fix it. That was the beginning of October and he hasn't reached out to me at all. He told me the battery is new but the mechanic I went to to check his work said most things he replaced on my car is used. He let me use a rental car since he had my car for so long and it got towed with all of my stuff in it. I'm realizing I'll never get that stuff back. Every time I had to reach out to him I had to harass him before he would respond. It is just such a hassle to deal with them I would avoid it. read more

I got into an accident, which was not my fault. A gentleman was there during the time of accident and he was kind enough to help out. He took me into his care. Giving me all of the signs of good intentions. In the meantime, I went to his collision and he did take good care. But I was not happy with the time and work. Took over 30 days for the repairs and they did not do any justice for my car. It came back with missing windshield spray on the hood of the car on the driver side. Missing emission label on the hood of the car. They took my back seat apart and did not try to put it back correctly. They did not try to replace the front license plate. He kept delaying weeks after weeks. I wish I did not go there. I could have gone elsewhere that my insurance, had referral me to. Not a happy customer. read more

So I got into a pretty bad wreck, so I decided to work with them with my insurance claim. The experience was absolutely terrible. My car got delayed 3 times, they also haven't fixed the inside of my trunk hatch cover, seat and the hatch button to open the car. The owner has just been making up excuses for the past 3 months for this. He's been trying to get out of fixing my seat. He tried to get me in to fix the hatch and hatch button, but I refused because he said the seat wasn't in yet. He told me seat was delayed about a week. So I told him let's wait till the seat arrived to do everything at once, didn't make sense at all. When I said that I heard the slight annoyance in his voice, he definitely didn't like that. " I wonder why". He's was obviously just tryna get out of fixing the seat. My insurance paid for a new seat and he just bent it back in place which it is bending back down now. I'm contacted him multiple times, majority of the time he never answer. If he does he says he has a doctors appointment. Every-time that was his excuse, I get it people have stuff going on.
