Pizzava is amazing! They have great crust, they're thorough, and for late night pizza I am in awe. My boss wanted to add on garlic knots last minute to a large work order so I freaked and immediately ordered through Grubhub. They said the knots would be delivered before 11:30 which was perfect. I added on a meatball sub pizza just in case the pizzas from the other place weren't up to par. It was beautiful and the knots were fantastic. Everyone raved about the marinara sauce. Great job! read more

Really appreciate Shannon's response! My boyfriend and I will return together so he can try it next time

I was very impressed with the quality of pizza and service we received here the other night. My girlfriend and I stumbled in here at 2:30 am on Saturday night and ordered the steak bomb pizza. Not only did they have it made in 8 minutes flat, but they upgraded our medium to a large at no extra cost. The staff were incredibly friendly, offered us a ton of ranch for free, and then to top it all off, offered us a second pizza that had been called in and never picked up for free! Will be coming back here for sure. The pizza was delicious too! read more

3.8 -- Pizzava is our go to pizza spot! I have to take a pause on eating dairy, but I love that they have a vegan cheese option that actually tastes good! The cinnaballs are also sooo delish and not to be missed! Taking a star off for order accuracy though--I'd say every third or fourth order we have has something wrong with it, namely missing toppings. For example one time I got pepperoni and mushroom, and it came with only mushroom. A pretty big bummer considering that we aren't asking for many to begin with. read more

First time ordering pizza from Pizzava. Very friendly staff! My wife and I both agreed that the pizza was delicious! We were just very unsatisfied with our delivery. Our pizza was delivered to us in shambles, (See pic) and our salad wasn't delivered with our order, which we paid for. Definitely would give more stars if it wasn't for our "dropped" pizza and missed salad. *Review Edited* wow! Customer service is top notch! The owner replied apologizing for the mistake and we were given a full refund for our order! Changing my rating from a two star to a four star! read more

Pizzava - How our pizza was delivered... - Pizza Near Me - Reno, Nevada

When we travel, we try to find the best pizza in the area. We saw great reviews for Pizzava in Carson City, so we tried it. What a find! The pepperoni pizza very very good. The cheese was flavorful, and the crust was perfect. The young man at the counter was friendly and personable. If we are ever in Carson City again, Pizzava will be on our itinerary! read more

My friend had a coupon for 15% off his order here, so we ordered some pizza togo! 3 of us split a medium Buffalo Chicken pizza and a large The Boss. It was the perfect amount for 3 people! They have a lot of variety on their menu. Ordering online was easy. Our total was only $41 which I thought was very reasonable. There is no indoor seating, it is more of a pickup or delivery place. The pizza tasted good, they both had ample toppings and were cooked appropriately with no burnt ends. It's not my favorite pizza I've had in Reno, but I was full and satisfied after finishing this meal! I loved the ranch and highly recommend getting extra sides if it for dipping. I swear pizza places always have the best ranch! They gave us packets of crushed red pepper and Parmesan but the Parmesan was in a thick plastic pouch with no tear perforation--it was almost impossible to open. I look forward to trying some of their other pizza flavors in the future! read more

We order delivery a couple of times a month and it's the best and most consistent pizza every time. We love it. Great customer service and fast deliver. read more

This is supposed to be a "late night" service place. Unless you order from a third party service don't expect anybody to attend to within 20 minutes. This is an abomination to late night service in Reno. It's pathetic to what it used to be five years ago with places such as Noble Pie and Golden Flower. We came to order wings and it took 20 minutes to service us and it took another 20 minutes to actually get wings in town so you might as well order from any third-party service and cut the business completely out of it. We were trying to do the right thing by coming in and ordering from the business directly, but they are obviously uninterested in our direct business. So from now on, I'll be ordering, if I ever choose to order from them again, from DoorDash. The wings were OK at their finest, but definitely not a place. I would choose to spend my money again. read more

Called because our house was showing out of the delivery range. We had just had our flights canceled over and over again and a 6 hour travel day turned into a 30 hour nightmare. They graciously agreed to deliver to us anyway and we are so grateful. The delivery driver was so sweet and wished us a better rest of our day. Food was great too! read more

Great food really good wings. The service is always expedient and the people are friendly.

Sadly I was a bit disappointed with our pizza today. We ordered the 4/20 deal that was advertised on their website but when we got there they had no idea what we were talking about and they had to ask their manager. Once we did get it the pizza was sad and tasted a bit stale. We did also order the cinnamon balls and those were delicious! But unfortunately the pizza was a miss today. read more

I love pizza. This is a known fact that I immortalized by tattooing a New York $1 slice on my foot. I love all pizza, not just $1 slices. But I am also discerning in my pizza tastes, when you've eaten as much pizza as I have, you learn a thing or two. Pizzava stands the test of taste and time. The test of taste is that fresh out the box experience. Generous sauce, the perfect cheese balance, edible crust (yeah, I sometimes throw away the crust to focus on the headliner), and an appropriate amount of toppings. The test of time, it tasted good the next day. The generous sauce really helped with the test of time because sometimes the sauce is overcome by the crust and cheese after a night in the fridge. Not so! I was just as pleased day two as day one! read more

Objectively speaking, this is a local business with easy access to food late nites and personal sized pizzas. That being said, they have a long list of specialty pizzas and even split flavors for me on my 7in pita pizza. The food came out hot and together but not equally good. The chicken was just passed the point of being done and therefore had a very rubbery which cant be covered up if you don't have sauce. The chicken needs to cook for 4-7 minutes longer than what is is being cooked now. Now! Professionally speaking, food is supposed too much satisfy and comfort, this only made me suck. This is my worst review and that worst food within 10 blks of peppermill... I shoul have eaten at the resort but I wanted to eat local. read more

If you're looking for a high quality pie with fresh ingredients look no further!! The pizza here is some of the best if not the best in town. If you're thinking about trying pizzava you better run not walk into this pizza place. Also if you're anything like me with late night munchies this place is open super late! If I could give 10 stars I would! read more

Pizzava - Pro tip- order a regular pepperoni Instead or double pepperoni. No point in paying extra If you get the same amount of Pepperoni either way. - Pizza Near Me - Reno, Nevada

We ordered a vegetarian "garden" pizza for delivery. I requested peperoncini instead of green bell pepper, and kalamata olives in place of regular black olives. I also requested to add feta, but I don't think it was. I would have gladly paid for it, had that been an option! The online delivery menu could use more options to customize. The was THE BEST PIZZA we have had in a looonnngggg time. Plus homemade ranch for the win! read more

I would have given 5 but getting the pizza was kind of chaotic - kid on the phone was nice but got my number wrong - ordered a soda that was supposed to be 20oz a 12 oz can showed up - the delivery girl was sweet - at the end of the day I'm writing the review because the pizza is f$&@ing DELICIOUS & cooked well - I will 100% be ordering again Really generous with toppings and cheese. Pizza is okay - wings were a big no. The pizza is straightforward - a good amount of toppings too. It's a good late night option because they're open so late. The wings were just drenched in sauce and the fry was off. We didn't enjoy them. read more

We ordered pizza and boneless wings for delivery. It was alright, not my fave though. There were green peppers on the bbq chicken pizza which seems random but the pizza was good, cheese, crust, and sauce all good. The chicken was ok, we would have liked bone in wings but they weren't available for delivery (or maybe sold out) and so we settled on the boneless buffalo - the sauce just seemed like an afterthought and breading was soggy. read more

Looks like SABRI and his crew are at it again. You may or may not remember April of 2020 when the good people of Pizzava-Reno donated 270 pizzas to the workers at Saint Mary's hospital. They did it again this afternoon and tonight. Free pizza to both shifts at Saint Mary's in Reno (I have it on good authority he covers all the hospitals, in time). Looks like we're visiting Pizzava this weekend. Good news for folks in Carson City and the surrounding area, they've opened a location on William street to save you the drive north. Thank you, Sabri! read more

Great, fast order to-go on a busy Saturday night. The selection of custom pizzas was creative and the wings were good too. Lots of shopping options in walking distance for the (overall short) wait time. Overall delicious pizza with a soft crust and great topping selections. I'm about to say something very controversial...BEST CALZONE IN RENO. There. I said it. We've had it delivered twice now and each time perfect! We are mostly vegetarian, so we stick to the veggie option. Love that is a no sauce style with marinara on the side. BTW their marinara is MONEY so order extra. I love that they partner with Uber Eats so I can enjoy them while I'm Not going out as often. Seriously sooo good. read more

Pizzava - Giant veggie calzone. We pooped in the oven to reheat after delivery. Still perfect!! - Pizza Near Me - Reno, Nevada

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon after work and it was not busy. Ordered a simple medium pepperoni pizza and a drink. The total was $15 and some change. The pizza was good and the dough had a good flavor. The buffalo chicken wings came out to be $10 and some change. They were okay, nothing special. I would recommend this place, especially since they are open till 3am. P.S: If you like to drink soda from a soda machine, they don't have one. At Pizzava, they only sell drinks by the can. Nonetheless, it was nice to see that they had a water filter. read more

GURLLLLLL!!!! Wig snatched!!! I can't even believe how good this Pizza is!! But before ya girl gets too excited, let me break it down for ya... It's getting close to midnight... I had a VERY long night driving down from Tahoe in a chained up Prius during a snow storm after the Super Bowl. Chains I couldn't get off, left me stranded at home once I finally got there. And food was literally all I could think about. Late night munchies, you win... Time for delivery! First, I jumped on to Pizzava's website where I received a 20% off coupon for my first order with them! Next, I switched on over to Yelp to check out reviews, pictures, and to see what everyone was diggin' on. The steak bomb and the Alfredo's seem to be a hit, so I chose a small Alfredo Penne pizza and added garlic! It had penne pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and of course my garlic! Since I had 20% off I decided to treat myself to a dessert. Cinnamon balls with sweet icing it was, and it was time for the waiting game. Estimated delivery time had them arriving around 12:30/12:40am...but they had it done MUCH faster. Soon the little truck on the website was in route and my order was here by 12:10, much faster than estimated. The pizza was garlicy, cheesy...the penne was cooked well and the sauce was creamy and decadent. The corn meal crust added that familiar pizza crust texture I love and the actual crust was crispy and cooked perfectly. The Cinnamon balls were crunchy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside with a thin crunch of sugar and cinnamon on top. Perfectly oven baked, drizzled in EVOO and topped with cinnamon powder. Served with a cup of white icing, these were AMAZING all hot and fresh. Like seriously... I need these in my life every time I've had a hard day! All in all I'd say Pizzava is one of my new late night favs and honestly I'm super excited to order again. read more

By far my favorite pizza place in town! They do what they do and that's pizza (might add that the garlic knots and cheesy breadsticks are pretty clutch as well). They are located in midtown in a cute little pizza shop. Parking is not plentiful (it's midtown - never is). Most of the time I order through DoorDash to keep it easy. Always hot, fresh and well made! read more

Pizzava kills it again! I honestly believe they are the best pizza place in town! My husband went and picked up cheese pizza for him and our grandson and backyard and boss pizzas for my daughter and me, and I always forget how much I've missed it when I haven't had it in a while. I love to hear how much support they got today! They definitely earned it! read more

Review #203 - 2020 After our 3.5-hour long drive into Reno on Thanksgiving night, I wasn't in the mood to hunt for food so I let my husband & the kids decide on what they wanted to eat. Unfortunately, most places are closed on Thanksgiving Day so it was already going to be hard to find a place that's open, let alone at 10 PM. Luckily, they found a place that was still open until 1 AM & had some pretty good reviews to back it up. They do offer delivery, but just not to our hotel. Darn it! So, they placed an order for a large half pepperoni and cheese (for the girls) and half spicy Hawaiian pizza with alfredo sauce, per my request. I went with the chicken alfredo since I'm not a big fan of pizza; but I'm willing to eat it, if it's made without marinara sauce. We arrived about 25 minutes later and picked up our order. We were all starving so we decided to just sit and eat in the car, which was a very good thing, because we then realized it was not enough food for the 5 of us. The girls attacked the pepperoni and cheese half while I took a slice of the spicy Hawaiian and it was very tasty. Sadly, the pizza was a lot smaller than we anticipated so I felt like I was stealing their food. Their large is more of a medium compared to most places. Unfortunately, since everyone was starving, I didn't get a picture of the pizza. My chicken alfredo was pretty good, but it was a little dry so it could've used a little more alfredo sauce. My husband then picks up his phone and places an order of spicy chicken alfredo for our son, since he liked mine, but his was actually much tastier because it had the perfect amount of sauce and a kick of spice. He also ordered a Bolls calzones, which he seemed to enjoy. I took a small bite of the breading and it was actually very moist and buttery. He ate less than half of it since he over ordered the second time around. The food is actually good, but portion is pretty small for the price. Next time we're back in Reno and craving pizza or can't find a late night food option, we know where to turn to! read more

Ordered our usual Backyard and Alfredo chicken. We also added a Hawaiian. More people for dinner means more variety of pizza. Backyard was cooked perfectly. Combination of sausage, onion, pepperoni, and mushroom (no green peppers for me) was great. Just enough topping on a perfectly cooked crust. The Alfredo Chicken Spinach was tasty and with generous toppings. The Hawaiian was not my favorite but my friend thoroughly enjoyed it. She's a bacon, ham, pineapple fanatic. She claimed the leftover 3 pieces as well! Staff are always friendly and courteous. They are more than willing to make helpful suggestions. I always think I will branch out and try other menu options, but when we have favorites that are so yummy, maybe next time. read more

They gave us plenty of time to ask questions about the menu. Pizzava offers seating area indoors and outdoors which is shared with Under the Rose brewing company. We opted to sit indoors at Under the Rose and pair our pizza with a beer. The XLG pizza serves 2-4 people. The slices are huge! Wow !!! We were next door earlier in the evening for one of Paul's Beer UYEs. And now down to just four of us we went next door to Pizzava. I'm sure I have mentioned it before, but I'm not really a traditional pizza fan. I don't care for red sauce. Pizzava offers three sizes- 12" $14, 14" $16 and 16" $18. Sixteen specialty pizzas that have choices from red, Alfredo, BBQ or none. There are also five breakfast pizzas, seven calzones, three pastas, and other sides. Katie created her own pepperoni that looked fully loaded with meat and cheese. I went with the XL Alfredo Spinach- so cheesy with plenty of mozzarella, creamy Alfredo sauce, spinach, roasted red peppers and minced garlic. Plenty for four fabulous meals all week. And it was ready and very hot in under 15 minutes. There are a few tables inside, and some on the front sidewalk. Open from 11a to 2a, they have a big delivery area !! Would I order again ? ABSOLUTELY!! Tough decision to get the delicious Alfredo Spinach again or try a different mouth watering creation. read more
