I tried a place new to me tonight: Pizza Guys. I saw a Facebook Special (40% off a large 3-item): Pepperoni, black olives, and mushrooms. They offered delivery and dine-in, and I chose the pick-up option. The crust feels undercooked and doughy, there's very little sauce (kinda dry), and on most slices, the cheese and toppings stopped about 3" from the edge of the crust. I kinda feel like I received a large pizza with only 40% of the toppings. read more

Without running Christmas errands and decided to pick up a pizza for dinner. I've never been to pizza guys so I decided to give them a try. I ordered a lunch combination which was about $27. I got it home and it was chock full of ingredients lots of sausage, pepperoni, olives, onions, everything you'd want on a combination pizza with lots of melted gooey cheese. I will definitely be trying them again. Their service was fast and efficient, and it was plenty of parking outside. They even have an area where you can eat inside if you don't want to take it home. I'll give them five stars. read more

The delivery driver was so nice and found the place without a hitch (which can be hard to do when you live downtown). Also, I could get that cheesy garlic bread for days!! This new Pizza Guy's on Plumb Lane has been open about a week. It's so good we've already come back a 2nd time with friends. Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean & fresh. We've tried the stuffed crust pizza, calzones, huge chicken wings, salad & cheese bread.. ALL EXCELLENT. The best/most memorable has been the staff & service. Everyone smiles and communicates exceptionly. During both visits, a staff member named Jason has come to our table and asked each one of us how we were enjoying the food and service. Found this place online while searching for a new pizza joint to try. Online pricing is inaccurate, so don't go by that, but definitly go!!! Walking in their lobby is quaint and their music is up. We were helped almost immediately despite them being semi-busy. Lemon Pepper Wings: TRUE lemon pepper wings which has been fairly hard to find here in town. Suoer fresh, hot and great flavor!! Cali Pizza: My only suggestion would be to ADD BACON, but I am a big back and I do love me some bacon lol. Their white sauce was nice and thickly applied and the toppings were fresh. For office training and lunch our bosses were nice enough to buy us all lunch. They order MANY pizzas from the Pizza Guys. It was my first time trying them. I was blown away. I am a big fan of pizza and they nailed it. The pizzas were delicious! We had a variety of different pizzas, even gluten free. Everything was great! All the toppings tasted super fresh. The delivery was perfectly on time. All the pizzas were still piping hot! The delivery guy which I found out later was the owner Tahir (sorry if I spelled your name wrong sir) was incredibly kind. I recommend them over other quick large franchise pizza places such as dominos or Pizza Hut. Try them out. They are willing to work with you on delivery as well. We used them for a work event and we were out of their range of delivery and when we called them they were happy to make it work and deliver to our office. Check them out. So I ordered a pizza from these guys for delivery thru YELP ! Yelp partners with grubhub to make this happen. I never received my delivery and my card was charged $37 ! I contact Pizza Guys and I am told I need to contact grub hub?!? Grub Hub paid Pizza Guys for the pizza so I am supposed to contact grub hub , get paid by them , and they will claw back money they paid pizza guys ?!? So dumb! I called Pizza Guys today and simply asked if they would make it right by giving me a pizza and they wouldn't do that! Just visited this new location for the first time and I am so impressed! Family run business, they make their dough from scratch every morning and freshly cut veggies daily! And they have gluten free options! The owners were there ensuring a smoothly run business. For opening only a couple weeks ago, they were surprisingly busy. With the new dine-in feature they had plenty of capacity for the group of 21 people that came in while we were finishing up! Great experience and will be back soon! read more

First and last time at this place. The place looked clean. The dining area was alot like any other fast food place. The service was just mediocre. We ordered a large Pepperoni Trio Stuffed Crust pizza then found ourselves a table. We got our pizza in about 10 minutes so that was nice but we were the only people eating in at that time wich was about 6pm Friday night. The pizza looked and smelled great. However, when we went to pick one up it completely went limp. The only sturdy part was the edge. Probably because it was stuffed crust. I tried to eat mine with a fork but I couldn't cut it so I ate it with my fingers, one bite at a time, as it totally fell apart. It tasted really good but it was just too messy for my liking. We won't be back. It was not worth the price we paid. I put this place at the same level as any Pizza Hut. read more

The inside is really great too and love the style with wood and metal inside. Lastly the service has to be TOP TEIR. The menu was phenomenal with the wide array of choices and the ability to create your own or modify your choices. The friendliness and great customer was top notch and having the ability to order online with menu items, time and date you want to pick up your order or having it delivered. Got two pizzas from here. Had had no issue before. Took them all the way home and found out that one of them was incorrect and had an ingredient that I was allergic to: pork. I called to to say what I couldn't eat pizza because of the pork. Got transferred to a manager. I informed her that we stopped by the restaurant to pick up a pizza and then it was wrong. And then we drove it all the way home which was about 3 mi. It was a terrible traffic day and I did not want to go back to the restaurant. I asked if they could possibly deliver a replacement. She said they could. Then she called back later and said that we had ordered pickup in store and that she wouldn't deliver it. She was rather hostile about this. It suddenly became clear that she thought I was trying to get one over on her for their mistake on my pizza. I tried writing corporate and never heard back. I will not be reotorting to this the establishments and highly recommend again dealing with her in any way shape or form. This is the pizza guys located on plumb in the old shopper square. Manager is abrasive and judgmental and does not fix issues. The kids are baked. It took me 10 minutes before they would even come to the counter. And then of course the issue of a wrong order. the california garlic pizza is genuinely the best i have had throughout all of the locations this place has fresh food and it's really good service and the customer service is amazing and the garlic bread is so fluffy and is genuinely the best i have had these guys really do deserve a 5/5. aswell as the cookies are very fresh and very fluffy aswell they know what they are doing. read more
