Before today, I didn't even know there was a "PMDs" in Carpenteria! We were so HAPPY there was. The staff was fab & location is prime!. Brought the girls here for a quick bite. They had a blast! Even dances ‍. Goodtimes! We'll be back. THANKS!

After a night of bar hopping. Nothing beats a classic pepperoni pizza. We ordered delivery and it came in about 20 minutes for a saturday night. I love the thin crust on this pizza. The hot and steamy cheese pulls was definitely satisfying everyone's craving! I definitely recommend when you're staying in Carpinteria!

This place deserves 5 stars for sure! Wonderful, friendly service, a pretty decent salad bar, those awesome fountain drink machines, top notch pizza and open late! We were a party of two staying in Carpinteria for this Labor Day Weekend. Pizzaman Dan's was only a 3 min drive from our hotel. They have a large back patio for outdoor dining and with the cool Carp weather, it was the perfect place for dinner. The pizza was really hot. I felt the toppings were very generous. My 19 yr old son got the Meatsa pizza and I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ one. Oh man, never could I have imagined chorizo and BBQ chicken could pair so nicely with Ham and pineapple. It was amazing. Much more flavorful than the meatsa one (I had a slice of my son's) and honestly I just wanted more of the Hawaiian BBQ. My son thinks pineapple on pizza is a horrible concept but he tried it and he said it was good too! Highly recommend getting Pan style crust over the thin. We didn't get any thin but saw another table with thin and it just didn't look as good as ours did. This place reminds me of Pizza Factory only I think it's better. Seemed to be a local favorite and popular for families of all ages.

As an out of towner used to pizza places being dine-in with servers, the "order at the counter" concept was new to me. The counter person was friendly and patient. The food was excellent. We had the Meatsa personal pizza and Buffalo wings to share; both were good. As an east coast chicken wing connoisseur, I was surprised by the quality of these wings on the west coast! Good experience.

Large party area accommodating for gatherings.

A quick and easy spot to get pizza and salad. We have gathered there with a group a few times and it was good. Nothing fancy. The salad bar could use some sprucing up. Maybe some better lettuce but the salad bar is old school. Their BBQ chicken pizza is yummy. Good prices with the specials you have to mention.

$10 for this is a rip off, and getting the chicken nugget sized piece happens too often.

Best pizza in Carp. But low key I enjoy the salad bar. It's old school and rad. Open later than most places here so it's a plus.

Pizza was just ok. $30 for a thin crust pepperoni was a little much. Need to remove the $9.99 special pics on Yelp.

Excellent brewery spot with great beer & relaxed service!…read more Located against the railroad track on the back side of the building, it's a bit difficult to find, but just drive all the way in to the large alley, I guess Maple Ave. Nice wide open set up, perfect for a cold beer on a warm day. Wife went for the Crimson Horizon, and she enjoued it. I got a sip and it was smoother butterier than the Firestone cali squeeze? I tried the Avocado Honey Ale since can't go wrong with description of amber honey ale! Was told it was a version of their kolsch with local honey. Wow, it was smooth with a bit of sweet finish, so addictive!!! Still had hours to drive so couldn't just have as many as I wanted, but I checked online and seemed Albertsons sold it so figured I can just pick them up back at home. But the gentleman resting at the bar told me he delivers their beer but only up to the hills. I guess maybe available in stores up to Camarillo, but not over that hill/mountain. I had to have more of it, and they had 6 packs in the cooler for purchase so went for a pack. The green cans are such delightful vessels to hold the even more delightful liquid inside. Wife even cut out the top and using the cute cans as planters, lol! The cans poured out at home was excellent as well, very fresh and refreshing and could get tiny hints of avocado on sips. Just a great beer! After browsing the brewery, it seems avocado honey ale is their signature beer, so I got lucky to choose that from the menu, lol. While enjoying the beer, the amtrak train blew it's horn to leave from the Carpinteria station, so we rushed out to wave and enjoy seeing that go by right in front as well. I am sure the locals were shaking their heads at our excitement of seeing the train go by, one gentleman when leaving even complimented my kid's dance moves from when we were out there to greet and send off the train, lol! Awesome local spot and great folks, just a very relaxing spot to enjoy the delicious avo honey ale! Just hidden so maybe not many visitors to Carpinteria find it, but I picked it out from search for brewery and chose this over the other one on the main streets. What a find for an out of towner! Hope they can expand out or grow their delivery area, maybe get it sent to total wine which must have a distribution center. Otherwise, this is a must stop for any SB trips for sure!
