Far west end of town to be corrected. 34.4038 N, 119.5340 W In a cool little industrial area beside other local craftsmen businesses bringing variety of foods, drinks and spirits.

I love this place! Nice range of beers, flights, and they have a food truck right outside that is DELICIOUS BTW but I will save that for their review haha We got a flight. I loved the triple Belgian (only $7!!) taste a lot like delirium's. The hefenweizer was really good to. We got the flight to share and those were my two favorites. Friendly and informed staff to help with deciding beer for the flights Also i liked that they have a section on the patio where if one person wants a beer from Apiary (next door) you can sit across from each other! Turned out great for us, my husband liked their beer and I liked the brew lab so we both were able to get the beer we wanted and didn't have to choose which place. Can't wait to come back!

The chamomile flavor is strong with this but doesn't mix well for some reason. Abv 4.7%

I'm not the biggest fan of brewLAB's. I've tried to think of words to convey my feelings, and the best words I could think of are: incomplete, flat, not mixed together well, not brewed well, not brewed long enough???, amateurish, missing something Like...the flavor profiles of each beer were ALMOST there but fell flat somewhere. It tasted like a brewery still in training. I apologize, you guys. You may have to go back to the drawing board and take some classes or something. At least with Apiary...even though all their meads taste similar and probably use similar methods/flavor profiles, at least they have found a formula that works well enough, so you're swimming in the same nice pool. But here...some bro just tried and failed. I'm curious do you guys do taste tests for menu approval prior to making the beer available? Do you have a test committee of some sort? Is the beer even brewed long enough to give it a fighting chance of being proper, or is there some pressure to rush the process? Cause I can taste the lack of effort somewhere in the process. The best barbecue is cooked long and slow. You can taste if it was rushed. Same with beer or anything else. The chamomile beer here really disappointed me. It tasted like chamomile tea that gave up during the beer making process and just decided to present itself "AS-IS"...very watery and flat and the different things going on just didn't mesh well together. Everything inside of it was trying to be an individual instead of a team and you could taste the disharmony. No synergy. Lol. I hope you stay in business and get more practice. The place is super roomy and airy, which I like. Aren't you the same people who own Apiary? At least that's what I thought. If so, why does Apiary work and this place does not? I don't know.

I've been meaning to check this place out for years. Finally got to, worth it. This brewery is quite the hidden gem. It's in a commercial plaza in a warehouse not really visible from the road. Though the warehouse door is wide open, it still feels like a bit of a speakeasy which I enjoy. The decor is whimsical and industrial. There's a nice sunny patio along with a few indoor spots to sit. There weren't many other patrons on the Saturday afternoon I had gone (good ol' Covid) but the vibe was right. I tried two different beers and they were excellent. We sat indoors and still were able to feel that awesome ocean breeze. The bartender was friendly and let me in on some of the brewery's history which I enjoyed hearing about. The other beer choices looked incredible and I can't wait to come back soon.

Excellent draft beer. Love the vibe. The owners have humble roots. If you're looking for a local spot to relax and drink fantastic brews, this is it.

BrewLab is my favorite spot for a Friday afternoon brew. Their menu is ever changing and it's always good. Enjoy a flight or by the glass while sitting out on their patio playing board games. BrewLab is located an industrial area of Carp. Street parking is easy to find. I would recommend arriving early to secure a table. I like to sit out on their patio where they have wild hops gorwing. BrewLab is dog friendly and they bring in food vendors or food trucks on the weekends. Highly recommend!

What small operation has 3 saisons on tap? This place does! This awesome place came highly recommended by one of the barkeeps at another local establishment. So happy we decided to scoot over on a hot Friday night. If you're a saison fan, you must try all three: Incandescence (crisp), Resilience (dry and fruity), and Llama ( infused with Tican espresso beans). Pura Vida! Also tried the Green Room ( fresh and hoppy). Everything was excellent and the environment super personable. The space is in an industrial area with lots of nondescript buildings, so unless you are really looking for it, chances are you'll probably miss it. Seating is at a premium, so if you find a stool, consider yourself lucky and plant yourself there. Also, pretty much every part of the decor is functional. I made the mistake of turning on what I thought was a decorative spigot and ended up with a face full of water. My bad :P I was hesitant to mention that you should visit on a Friday, because Fire and Wine catering is there serving up some mean pies. I would hate for this place to get too, too, too crowded. Overall, effing great place.

Excellent brewery spot with great beer & relaxed service!…read more Located against the railroad track on the back side of the building, it's a bit difficult to find, but just drive all the way in to the large alley, I guess Maple Ave. Nice wide open set up, perfect for a cold beer on a warm day. Wife went for the Crimson Horizon, and she enjoued it. I got a sip and it was smoother butterier than the Firestone cali squeeze? I tried the Avocado Honey Ale since can't go wrong with description of amber honey ale! Was told it was a version of their kolsch with local honey. Wow, it was smooth with a bit of sweet finish, so addictive!!! Still had hours to drive so couldn't just have as many as I wanted, but I checked online and seemed Albertsons sold it so figured I can just pick them up back at home. But the gentleman resting at the bar told me he delivers their beer but only up to the hills. I guess maybe available in stores up to Camarillo, but not over that hill/mountain. I had to have more of it, and they had 6 packs in the cooler for purchase so went for a pack. The green cans are such delightful vessels to hold the even more delightful liquid inside. Wife even cut out the top and using the cute cans as planters, lol! The cans poured out at home was excellent as well, very fresh and refreshing and could get tiny hints of avocado on sips. Just a great beer! After browsing the brewery, it seems avocado honey ale is their signature beer, so I got lucky to choose that from the menu, lol. While enjoying the beer, the amtrak train blew it's horn to leave from the Carpinteria station, so we rushed out to wave and enjoy seeing that go by right in front as well. I am sure the locals were shaking their heads at our excitement of seeing the train go by, one gentleman when leaving even complimented my kid's dance moves from when we were out there to greet and send off the train, lol! Awesome local spot and great folks, just a very relaxing spot to enjoy the delicious avo honey ale! Just hidden so maybe not many visitors to Carpinteria find it, but I picked it out from search for brewery and chose this over the other one on the main streets. What a find for an out of towner! Hope they can expand out or grow their delivery area, maybe get it sent to total wine which must have a distribution center. Otherwise, this is a must stop for any SB trips for sure!

This is a family owned/operated wine and beer tasting room located in Carpinteria, with their vineyards located on nearby Rincon Mountain and in Paso Robles. Cool vibe entry area, with a large, garage-like back room and outdoor tasting areas. Parking available both on street and in a private lot in back. WINES: We were fortunate to have Jill, co-owner with her husband Edward, pour for us and the service was excellent. We tried 5 wines from the tasting menu, a '22 Storytime Rosè, '22 Susie Q (white Rhone blend), 2020 Dusty Vinyl (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre red blend), '19 Tempranillo, and a '19 Monk (Bordeaux red blend). In addition, Jill also poured us a '22 Syrah. Again, all the wines were well-made and flavorful. We took advantage of the waived tasting fee and took several bottles home with us. You can also purchase wines by the glass or enjoy a bottle onsite. BEER: New since our last visit, Jill and Edward decided to brew beer, so we also decided to share a tasting. All ingredients are grown on their property and they're currently pouring a Lu Lu Lager, a Monk's Ration (Belgian Ale), and a Sal's Stout. The pours are generous and easily enough for two people to share a tasting. We're not huge beer fans, but these, especially the lager and the ale, were so refreshing and full of flavor. They're sold in 750ml bottles, and we took a couple of these home as well. I highly recommend a visit to Rincon Mountain Winery's tasting room. You won't be disappointed!
