Worse location I've ever been too. Idk how they got the order completely wrong . They didn't give me thin crust . Gave me two reg pep pizzas when I ordered one . Ordered and paid more for crazy crust and they didn't do that either just half pep and jalepenos. We have been to a ton of different locations and I'm so shocked this happened to us . My family has been coming here for years as a nice budget pizza place. Staff are always fast and generous with the food; super nostalgic getting two large pizzas for the best value in Carp while other spots prices have skyrocketed. Kept us fed and always looked forward to it with my siblings as a kid. This location will always hold a special place in my heart and i'll take advantage of it for as long as it's around as the cheapest, most consistent pizza in town. read more

This pizza is okay if you're just wanting to fill up on nothing really but bread and cheese. I got their Thin cheese. I have also purchased their Hawaiian and sausage and mushroom but in truth it's just not fulfilling pizza and I feel bad after eating. The apparent manager it's not real friendly got to say. This is the best Little Caesar's that I've ever been to. There were ample toppings, it was cooked perfectly and fresh. Yelp said they closed at 11, they actually closed at 10- it was about 9:30; even ordering late, everything came out amazing. The cheese stuffed crust was perfectly melted and I just can't explain how satisfied I was. The staff was friendly and efficient. More than once I caught myself thinking, "this is 5 stars..." I went to buy an extramostbestest and the guy said to just get the regular pizza and he would give me wings for 5$ . I stated I was not therefor wings but I had gone there to buy an estramostbest pizza he said there was no time to make it currently it is 9:30pm they close at 10:00pm . They have 30minutes to closing, pizza is done in 15minutes tho they do not have to clean the inside of the oven. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied I'm now taking my family to Rustiz pizza . Never passing by little Ceasars in carpinteria again . If you want to save money in gas and time and disappointed go to Rustiz they will treat you well and give you exactly what you order and they won't try to force something on you that you are not there for . This is my favorite pizza place in town, the customer service I receive is always great! I'm vegan, and the awesome employees here are always happy to make me a pizza with the vegan cheese I bring in! Customer service was awful. The first time I ordered online the order didn't go through so after waiting an hour I had to place my order again. I will say the woman who helped me with that was wonderful. But after waiting another hour for my food to be delivered I called the Carpinteria branch to inquire about my food only to be told by the guy working that it had been sitting there for the last 20 minutes and that GrubHub was at fault because they hadn't picked it up yet and then it wasn't his fault because he was just a worker so when I asked to talk to the manager and the guy I was talking to said there was none. He refused to give me the managers name and he also refused to give me his own name. He suggested I call the company and yell at them, though he was the only one with a raised voice. After being hung up on a total of four times, I sent my husband To just pick our order. After hours of waiting I figured my kids had had enough! I went in & was waiting for them to make my pizza & as I was waiting someone that works there came in but it was her day off & she went to the back & all of the employees were talking instead of working. I dont care for this location as the pizza is often cold and what I would call "par-baked" but my son likes it so we will go. But this last visit was the last straw for me. After waiting in line to pickup my order for an extended amount of time because the lady in front of me was asking a ton of questions (which I dont mind, waiting our turn was something I was trying to teach my son) the guy at the register stopped helping us and started serving the lady behind us in the middle of our pickup. I dont know if they were friends or if he was just choosing to help her as she addressed him in spanish but he dropped everything with our order to get her what she wanted, and then cheese, and then peppers. I was very disappointed. We waited patiently for our pizza and were just treated very poorly. I should have just told my son no and gotten the frozen pizza from Albertsons that would have been a much better quality and cheaper, where I know we would have gotten better service.
