Hot Sweet and 12" Medium Hot Sweet & Spicy Pizza

Great Pizza!! We ordered the Hot Sweet & Spicy which was delicious!! Staff is friendly and provided great service. There is a large outside patio with ample seating as well as plenty of indoor seating. They serve draft and bottled beer and wine

    Gluten free margarita pizza medium

The gluten pizza was perfectly cooked and was tasty overall. Definitely we will be back for more Margarita pizza.

    Large cheese pizza.

No visit to Carpinteria is complete without having a meal at Giovanni's Pizza. Their pizza is simply amazing, and being from NY, I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur. The service is outstanding and everyone who works there is friendly. The restaurant is immaculate and parking is easy. We look forward to our next visit.

    Giovanni's

Giovanni's exceeds every expectation when it comes to customer service, quality of cuisine, ambiance throughout their indoor and Al fresco dining areas. The new location is bright, decorative, classy, family-friendly, conveniently located, offers ample parking, and offers the perfect place to enjoy lunch or dinner. Shawn and family have clearly dedicated so much time, energy and creativity to Giovanni's here in Carpinteria. I highly recommend this restaurant to my fellow authentic pizza lovers! Bravo Shawn!! 5 Stars ***** Thank you for your sunshine smile, Shawn! We love Giovanni's

Mini pizza is a great deal IMO and I love the new location with the soft serve (also a great deal). Everyone there is always super friendly.

The food and honey are fresh and delicious, and their honey hand balm is soft and deeply moisturizing. Their staff are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet and you can tell how passionate they are about the business and making a positive impact on their community. At one point they noticed I didn't get my order in time, and brought out an extra slice to thank me for my patience, which goes to show their attention to making their customers happy and quickly correcting any mistakes. Food was extra fresh and absolutely delicious. Pepperoni Pizza - 5/5. Soft sourdough crust and mini pepperoni cups. Salad - 5/5. Fresh. Croutons and ranch made in house. Cookies - 5/5. Pizza, salad and soda all great but Friday night's late Fall service deserves honorable mention and recognition. Firstly, my order was taken with accuracy and attention. Was already willing to throw a couple bucks tip but no digital option for that. Young man at the counter let me know he greatly appreciated the sentiment none the less. Impressive. After experiencing an epic journey across their vast landscape of salad bar spread, I was posted up at one of their 2 touch screen soda taps when I heard my name called letting me know my pizza was ready. I was still at the soda tap vacillating between another 6 ounces of Vanilla Cream or maybe Orange when the same young man working the register came all the way over to make sure I had heard my pizza was ready. That's when I started to realize I definitely made the right choice coming to Pizza Man Dan's tonight. As with any great story we experienced a great ending after my niece's greasy fingers and waxed cup turned into ice on the floor. When alerted, the same guy from behind the counter lept into action addressing the cleanliness and safety issues we had created and was very gracious about the whole thing. Top notch Dan! Well done cultivating a service culture that promotes in house family dining. I'll remember to bring cash for the jar next time

Our server gave us a few recommendations, and we ended up ordering the Fish Piccata (the fish of the day was halibut), fried potatoes, and the uni. For a place called "Little Dom's Seafood," the menu barely offers any seafood at all; no clams, no crab, no lobster. Just one fish option, oysters, and maybe a shrimp dish. The rest is pizza, salad, and pasta, which felt misleading. The only thing we enjoyed was my youngest's spaghetti and meatballs. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce was great, and the meatballs were genuinely delicious. Everything else missed the mark: * The fish crudo was so heavily seasoned and oily that you couldn't taste the fish. * The margherita pizza was undercooked. * The fish sandwich was drowning in sauce, and the brioche bun was soggy and greasy. * Even the Diet Coke tasted watered‑down and off. Service didn't help. We waited far too long despite the dining room being mostly empty. We were told they were "really busy," but there were plenty of open tables. For $165, the value just wasn't there. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was a genuinely poor experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't return. Oh wait the bathroom was exceptionally clean and well equipped that was a great experience and the restaurant looks great and has very comfortable tables and seats

Excellent brewery spot with great beer & relaxed service!…read more Located against the railroad track on the back side of the building, it's a bit difficult to find, but just drive all the way in to the large alley, I guess Maple Ave. Nice wide open set up, perfect for a cold beer on a warm day. Wife went for the Crimson Horizon, and she enjoued it. I got a sip and it was smoother butterier than the Firestone cali squeeze? I tried the Avocado Honey Ale since can't go wrong with description of amber honey ale! Was told it was a version of their kolsch with local honey. Wow, it was smooth with a bit of sweet finish, so addictive!!! Still had hours to drive so couldn't just have as many as I wanted, but I checked online and seemed Albertsons sold it so figured I can just pick them up back at home. But the gentleman resting at the bar told me he delivers their beer but only up to the hills. I guess maybe available in stores up to Camarillo, but not over that hill/mountain. I had to have more of it, and they had 6 packs in the cooler for purchase so went for a pack. The green cans are such delightful vessels to hold the even more delightful liquid inside. Wife even cut out the top and using the cute cans as planters, lol! The cans poured out at home was excellent as well, very fresh and refreshing and could get tiny hints of avocado on sips. Just a great beer! After browsing the brewery, it seems avocado honey ale is their signature beer, so I got lucky to choose that from the menu, lol. While enjoying the beer, the amtrak train blew it's horn to leave from the Carpinteria station, so we rushed out to wave and enjoy seeing that go by right in front as well. I am sure the locals were shaking their heads at our excitement of seeing the train go by, one gentleman when leaving even complimented my kid's dance moves from when we were out there to greet and send off the train, lol! Awesome local spot and great folks, just a very relaxing spot to enjoy the delicious avo honey ale! Just hidden so maybe not many visitors to Carpinteria find it, but I picked it out from search for brewery and chose this over the other one on the main streets. What a find for an out of towner! Hope they can expand out or grow their delivery area, maybe get it sent to total wine which must have a distribution center. Otherwise, this is a must stop for any SB trips for sure!
