Omer immediately canceled that pizza order without checking if it actually belonged to me. A moment later, the actual owners of those pizzas walked up, confused about why their food was being canceled. Omer had wiped out another customer's order without verifying their identity first. It was completely unprofessional, and I felt terrible for the innocent customers who lost their food because of his carelessness.
