Today a pizza was ordered from this location at 11:10 am and it didn't even show up until after 2 pm which if it was going to take this long it should've been communicated. We called several times to check on the progress and see what was delaying the delivery and I believe on the third call they said that the driver got lost? the people on the phone were very disrespectful and not understanding at all. I've been hesitant to review this place for a while, because deciding what start to give it has proven a difficult task for me. I settled on a 5 star though. The place has unlimited potential but more "behind the scenes" issues than anywhere else but the staff in store is fantastic and the product they make CAN be good if you know what to order. But beyond those issues, their thin crust pizza is absolutely fantastic. It's the best pizza in Spokane Valley hands down which is why I keep coming back. It's the best thin crust type pizza in the whole Spokane-CDA area and the location is very convenient for me so it's a nice bonus. The prices are phenomenal too. I love some of the more expenses places, but sometimes it's annoying looking at your credit card statement. Never here. One of the best cost to value ratios in the country. For example one of the issues, their website is complete garbage. I go there now to verify things for a review. You go the menu tab, and there's no information on prices, sizes, or crust styles. You go to place an order to preview it, and you can't access it because it's not during business hours. Like what? So you have no idea what sizes or prices would be. Other issues this place has are that on Doordash, they don't assume that you get cheese on your pizza. I got burned once by assuming that by clicking pepperoni I would get a pepperoni pizza. I got dough, sauce, and pepperoni. I guess it was my fault for not verifying I need to include cheese, but I've had to do this anywhere else and I've been to literally hundreds of pizza shops. The other style pizzas they have are just not that good. Maybe like 2-3 for the thicker style and 3 for the regular. It's a bit confusing that their thin crust can be so good and the others can't..... but it's been a solid 5 star. So basically, check this place out, only get their thin crust pizza, and if you order through door dash make sure to select cheese and you'll have all positive experiences! I think if they pushed this their average rating would be much higher than it what it currently is. Don't have a picture right now, but the next time I order I'll take one. read more

The place is very clean, and the employees all seem pretty friendly. Interesting to note that all but one employee has LONG hair. Not that it's a bad thing, just interesting. Anyway... There was a time when you could not have paid me to eat Pipeline pizza, or as I used to call it, Slimeline. They finally broke out of the idea of being the cheapest pizza around and now Pipeline actually tastes pretty good. I am knocking one star because in exchange for better tasting pizza they jacked the prices way up! Right now they have 50% off carry out so that is a good deal, but that is only grand opening. After that, I don't know that I will be here much. And $3 for a two liter of soda? Um, no. I will go to Fred Meyer on the way home. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, my wife and I talked about ordering pizza from a local company and being that we have not eaten out in a few months, this sounded like a good idea. She had just gotten a notification on Facebook of order XL pizza and get cheese pizza for free. Our thought was that would feed everyone. So she ordered up the food for pickup at 6:00 PM. I arrived at the location on Sullivan and was handed a single pizza and when I questioned what about the cheese pizza, I was told that time that it was one or the other. And if that is what we wanted that is what we should have ordered. This was the resolution that I got, your wife did not add that on the site. Not hey, I know that there was a mistake and let's fix it. It was your screw up and we are not willing to help make it right. Oh, and when my wife called and they blamed on the IT people who built their website. Sad thing is that I actually liked their food when we would order out. read more

Went to the location for a carry out that I placed at the restaurant. The employee who took the order was initially less than helpful, and seemed irritated that I was looking at the coupon sheet instead of placing my order the second I walked in. I asked if they had an ultimate pepperoni pizza, and his response was "not anymore." I just said, well, can I just get a pizza with a extra Pepperoni? Which again, he seemed annoyed by. I paid for the order which was almost 30 bucks for a pizza and breadsticks, and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. I went back to my car and waited the 15 minutes, and when I came back in, I found out that they hadn't even started making the pizza yet, and was told it would take another 7-10 minutes. The problem here is that there appears to be zero leadership in the building, and everyone working seems to lack any motivation or care. read more

Great custumer service. Fast pick up. Very convientant online ordering system. The twists are my favorite. Bsst thing on the menu. 5 out of 5. Soft all over and crunchy on the sides and had extra seasoning. It was amazing. The pizza? Nothing special. The crust was supposed to zesty but it wasn't anything worthy of note. It was not terrible. It is for sure better than pizza hut. Wings are nit recommended. They hardly give you any for what you pay. Costco frozen wings taste way better made in the air fryer. Skip the wings. Not worth it. I'm usually a huge fan of Pizza Pipeline at party's and such, so tonight I decided to splurge a bit and get some for myself... well, first off, the man on the phone was quite pushy when I was asking questions about delivery times and such, but I didn't see it as a huge deal because of course it was getting pretty late. When the pizza arrived, I was greeted by a very kind delivery boy, who gets a solid 10/10 from me, but to my dismay the pizza wasn't up to the quality I was expecting. The bacon was burnt, there was a lot of visible grease coming from under the pizza, and the crust wasn't up to its usual standard. All of this wouldn't usually bother me, but for the price I paid I was slightly disappointed. I hope it'll be better next time! :) read more

They screwed up on my order 2 nights ago, over $30 pizza. I called right away, person I spoke with put me on hold, talked with a manager, asked me if I wanted to wait for another pizza or get one credited to my account. I chose to get one for the future. I just called, not only do they not have the notes showing my credit, they don't even show my order. I have bank statements to prove. The most expensive pizza in Spokane! I paid $32 for two medium pizzas. I tried to be nice and inquire why they were so expensive and the guy says "QUALITY NOT QUANTITY" in an agitated voice. Problem is, it isn't a nice place; it is a pickup joint and delivery. No ambience included, etc. Thirty two dollars and no delivery! Brought them home and there wasn't quality and there sure wasn't quantity! Go buy 5 little Cesar pizzas and still have more change in your pocket. The people there aren't so pissy either. read more

My favorite pizza place in Spokane. The pizza is great, the pepperoni has a little added kick, and even the seasoned crusts are tasty! Plus they seem to always be open, much later than a lot of their competitors. Their $5 lunchtime deal (three slices and a drink) is unbeatable, especially when you factor in the quality of the pizza. The garlic tricky stix (with some marinara for dipping) are an absolute must. My only gripe is that they don't have any locations in the Seattle area! Although maybe it's good that they don't... Ordered here for a work event. Only ordered 2 medium pizzas and bread sticks. I put our order in online, at 10:10AM. Asking for delivery at 11AM. I did receive a call from them shortly after placing my order that they didn't think they could deliver by 11, but it would be shortly after 11. I was okay with that. At 1145, still nothing. I called and spoke with someone, and they told me the pizzas had left and should be there in 10 minutes. After multiple phone calls, and another hour, we finally received our pizzas at 1240pm. One might wonder why it would take almost 3 hours from the time you place the order to receive this order. From what I was told, they had several large orders this day and apparently couldn't handle the work load. This was my first time ever trying them. The pizza was good. We tried the garlic chicken and Sicilian. However, I probably won't order here again because of the time it took them to deliver. It basically ruined our work event. They did give us a full refund, but only AFTER we called the corporate office. It was never offered prior to that. Very disappointing experience. read more

Both were very small, and the crust was dry, hard, and very dark brown. Looked like they were last nights leftovers.
