Three weeks ago, we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to grab a Giant for dinner. Relatively busy, but not crazy. Person taking the order and slicing the meats was professional and friendly. The person working the toppings found it much more interesting to chat up the person behind me in line rather than complete my sandwich correctly. Very specific about light juice and he was drowning it because he was still chatting up with the other person. I had to remind him from the register that I asked for light juice. Had I not already paid, I would have left; instead of offering to remake the sandwich, he wrapped it, soaking wet, and slid it across the counter. It was inedible when we got home, so it went into the trash, $21 wasted. I contacted corporate, but never got so much as an email from the local store. 2nd time in this Jersey Mikes. Quality sandwiches made with fresh meat and veggies. Very clean and the customer service was outstanding. I only go to Spokane 3-5 per year. I plan to make this Jersey Mike a frequent part of my trip planning. Friendly servers with positive attitudes. read more

Cha-Ching! Stupidly expensive. And you can tell it's now owned by a financial group. Portions are smaller, bread is used that is nearly stale, ingredients are a little different. Used to be expensive but pretty good, now it's expensive and not worth it at all. Shame. read more

Food I ordered a gluten free regular sandwich #7. Service The server asked me if it was a preference or for allergies. I said it was for allergies. Then he cleaned the equipment mediocrely with a dirty towel, which he used before to clean the counter. I asked him to clean the equipment again, which he did ( with the same towel). I ate the sandwich, but two hours later I was very ill and did not stop vomiting until I got rid of the whole sandwich. I am wondering if Jersey Mikes has an on-site supervisor. I nomally get cold sandwiches but wanted to try something new. I went for the #55 Big Kuhuna which is a chicken cheese steak with peppers, onions, mushrooms and jalepenos with American cheese. I added a little mayo to the bread to keep everything moist. The sandwich came out hot, creamy and oh so delicious. On the door there's a huge sticker "SKIP THE LINE, ORDER ONLINE" well that's false advertising because they will spend every last minute of the allotted 15 minutes waiting around to bring you your sandwhich, even with no one in line read more

My sandwiches were supposed to be made without onions. I drove all the way back to the store to get them remade. I was not rude, mistakes happen, and I was prepared to wait. When I brought my order back in the girl at the counter was very rude. Then a guy called me up to the counter and proceeded to disect the sandwiches in front of me and tell me none of the sandwiches had onions on them. Then he changed his mind and said only 1 sandwich had onions and that he would only remake one of my sandwiches. All the sandwiches had onions on them, Im not a liar. If I am paying $40 for 3 sandwiches I expect that they will be made right. He was very rude and accusatory to me so I asked for a refund. Wildly inconsistent. The sandwiches are often thrown together... literally. Stuff hanging all over the place so badly you have to push stuff back in to the bread before you try to pick it up. Employees often seem to be in a bad mood, and seems like a lot of turnover. Which would explain the sandwiches. Sometimes the place looks a bit dirty, which I can excuse during busy times, but often things are slow and nothing is being cleaned up. There is so much potential for a great sandwich place here, but it seems the franchisee is making enough money to not actually care. I can think of a couple of sandwich chains that had this attitude that no longer exist. I wonder if Jersey Mike's will end up another footnote in history? read more

Very slow skipped my sandwich and helped other people. My food got cold waiting for my other sandwich to be made. Bagger made a mess rolling my sandwich up cut it in horrible positions. Very slow service and un skilled. read more

The facility was dirty. Every time we go there its dirty. We got food poisoning last night after eating there. I won't be eating there again

We stopped there during a slow time for a quick sandwich. The food prep area was dirty. I ordered mayo on my sandwich and boyfriend did not. Employee went to cut his sandwich after mine with mayo on it with same knife. Cross contaminated utinsels and prep area. Not once did we see the knife cleaned between the next customers or even counter wiped down between orders. On the way out also noticed that nothing in the eatinf area seems to be wiped down either. Tables were dirty, garbage can tops were dirty, tables not neat. Seemed to be enough employees during our time there to do some cleaning as there were not any customers when we came in. read more

They are ALWAYS out of white bread when we go around 6:30-7:00 PM. Get it together Jersey mikes and bake some ahead of time when you see you're running out. Who wants to wait 25 minutes for white bread. Aside from their white bread shortage they have amazing fresh sandwiches and they never disappoint ( unless they don't have bread) also it wouldn't but such a big deal but their wheat sucks and I have a picky eater at home. read more

Just walked out. I stood in line behind a man in line. FIVE employees ignored him for at least five minutes. I did a mobile order for a regular sub and a mini sub and they were both made so well! There was nothing mini about my mini sub, it was piled high with meat, honestly too much meat! I noticed my bread wasn't cut to size either so I'm wondering if they have mini bread loafs now??? Anyhow, I thought my sub was a regular because of how heavy it was, I only finished half of the sub. I also liked that the bread wasn't soggy like it typically gets from Jersey Mike's. This was hands down the best location I've been to and the restaurant was also clean. read more

Super quick and delicious! If you're in a bind and need lunch fast then this is the spot. A luxury subway and worth the price. The staff is friendly as well. Clean location. I tried the Philly sub and it's amazing. I don't think I will ever get a Philly cheese steak anywhere else. They pile on the meat and cheese and it's beyond hearty and savory. I ordered the extra large size and half was fornlunch and other half for dinner. The sizes are HUGE. I also tried a cold Italian sub and also equally delicious. Definitely worth a try and an awesome option for quick food in Spokane Valley. read more

I like their sandwiches, they are very friendly, but... they are very slow. Do not try to grab a quick sandwich here during lunch hours. It took 25 minutes today from the time I walked in the door, for 1 small sandwich, till I walked out the door with my sandwich. Their line/wait time management is terrible. When I walked in there was only 3 people in front of me. One had a very large order which should have been a call-in or catering order. Like everybody else, they were probably short handed. For the entire time I was there, one man (I believe it was the manager) was only taking orders and slicing meat. He probably had ten to twelve sandwich orders behind mine partially prepared and he wasn't helping out with completing final prep, and nobody else was working on completing the orders either! So excited to get a Jersey Mike's in town! There's probably not a lot of explanation that needs to go on, it's a sub shop. Sandwiches galore! My favorite is the Italian sandwich, hold the Capicola because it really is spicy! My husband loves the sub in a tub since he's trying to watch his carbs. Fun friendly place for lunch or even to stock up for a road trip. I like to order my sandwiches "Mike's Way" (standard fixin's) but they will make your sandwich any way you want. read more
