Men's bathroom stall... no way to lock it
Zahariel L.

Oof. Mixed review here. The vibe of the main area is great. Food is always exactly what you expect from a Panera. But... the bathroom situation is *rough*. The Men's room has no lock on the stall. Just a nice big gaping hole with direct line of sight to the door leading into the bathroom. I come here often enough to know that, while the bathrooms are always subpar, they're usually more functional than this. When it's fixed, I'll update my review. But for now... yikes.

We love the sip club! We've been traveling for two months now and have visited over two dozen Panera locations. We placed our order in the app, walked inside grabbed our cups and got some delicious caffeine. This location was clean, order process was quick and easy (always is at every location) and the coffee was delicious.

Really what a joke !!?? This is the picture you advertise and this is the sandwich I got !!?? Just keep ripping the public off like everyone else!! Thought you were better than this Panera ??

Tried AGAIN and food was so bad. Very small salad for $17 and the apple was completely soggy. I desperately want to like Panera but it's tough.

The sturdy flatbread box. It keeps the food warm!

For me, Sunday is pizza night. I was on a long trip from Canada and arrived at my destination in Spokane Valley, WA. I wanted pizza but didn't want the wait or a greasy Pizza Hut clone. So, I thought I would try the flatbreads at Panera. The drive-thru at this location was efficient, friendly, and helpful. The flatbreads can be ordered as a whole pizza or 1/2 as a "pick two" combo. I chose the entire pizza as I had a salad in my cooler that I would eat along with it. My order was the chipotle chicken (without the bacon). The flatbread comes in an excellent sturdy box that keeps the food warm. Once back at my hotel, I could check in, settle into the room, and get ready to relax after hours on the road. The food was still warm! The crust is crispy but does not have much taste. However, the sauce has a subtle flavor that enhances the cheese, chicken, and tomatoes. I devoured it with relish. As my family can attest, Panera is not my "go-to" place when I travel. But I have to say that their flatbreads are a great alternative when you have a craving for pizza. It deserves to be taken seriously over the pretenders like MOD and others.

This is $12 at Panera.

The overall food experience is pretty good, a bit overpriced, but good. The staff, even after a few visits, seems dysfunctional.

Three stars - Fine I…read morewent here to catch up with a former professor. There is a lot of parking, and it is next to the Spokane Valley Mall. We went right where it opened, and it was very quiet. I was honestly surprised to see how rundown the restaurant was, specifically the seating. There were several booths where the covers were ripped and/or tattered. Our waitress was friendly, but the service was a little slow. And the food was fine.

We walked in and felt a bit unorganized, it wasn't clear if they were understaffed or what. Patrons were kind of standing around, waiting to be acknowledged. When was our turn, there was no warm greeting. We were just bluntly told that we could just go into the bar and see if there was a table because she didn't see one ready. I'm usually pretty understanding if people are short staffed or super busy. But I've had better service at a fast food joint, but I did when I walked in this place. Honestly, if I wasn't so tired at that point-I would've walked out and just gone to the mall and see what other chain restaurant I can eat at. We found a table in the bar area. Up to this point, our experience was not a positive. Enter Sean. Sean was our service in the bar area and he was outstanding. Warm, personable and professional. We ordered some calamari and the Kahlúa pork tacos , along with a couple of cocktails. Both dishes were quite tasty. Early impression, greeting, and indifference entering the restaurant= 1 star The bar area experience thanks to Sean = 4.5 stars

We were seated very quickly and they let us know it was happy hour. So there were lots of awesome deals. I started with a few drinks, only $8 on happy hour menu, and comes with two whole shots each. They were very strong, but delicious. The inside was very nice and had nice lighting and booths. I got a few appetizers to try a variety of the happy hour deals. I got calamari which came with jalapeños and it was amazing and the sauce was delicious. And the sliders were amazing and the sauce paired perfectly. For the main dishes we had fish and chips, which were very crispy which I love. They also gave a ton of sauce which is great because I love tartar sauce. The fries were a little too salty but still good, and the slaw was perfect and had an Asian style to it. I also got a French onion soup which was savory, cheesy, and perfectly salty! I thought it was delicious. The mussels were my favorite dish. The sauce was outstanding and paired very well, and the baguette was toasted to perfection. I would return to get it again. Our server was also amazing! He was so attentive and funny and super helpful. I'm definitely returning in the future, epically with the amazing deals!
