Everything was clean and delicious. The chicken was moist and tender. Food came out fast. Place was very clean. Loved the design. Parking lot is a joke though. There's like 7 parking spots. And it's hard to pull in because the entrance is on a one way. Service was good. Very friendly and staff came around to check on guests and clear tables. Happy a canes is in Spokane!!

The workers there are super friendly with great hospitality. They are always doing something never standing around. Area is always cleaned quickly and efficiently. The food is great served hot and fresh toast is sooo good. Quick the orders and served to me at my table.

Pathetic and we won't be back. Sending this pic to everyone we know

Umm just ok. Skimpy fries. Seems like they could have put a few more in there. But we wanted to try them out.

Raising Cane's chicken was so delicious and first time going there I'll definitely come back and try something different on their menu!! And great customer service too!!

The drive-thru was crazy, but we parked and went to order inside and dine in. We were waited on right away. We ordered the "Caniac" to share and the wait was only a few minutes. It was plenty and was great! 6 chicken fingers (which are "real" chicken, as opposed to pressed/formed nuggets), fries, sauce, coleslaw, Texas Toast and a drink. The thing I love about Raising Cane's is that the chicken is always fresh and moist. I'm not a big "fry person," but Raising Cane's are really good crinkle-cut fries. Couple all that with their signature sauce, and it's definitely a winning combination! Even the iced tea is brewed and has great flavor! (And the Sweet Tea has just the right amount of cane sugar in it.) To top off our visit, we had an unexpected visit table-side visit by the manager, who asked us if there was anything that would make our experience better. Except for a bigger parking lot, we couldn't think of a thing! Really! The atmosphere is upbeat (and who doesn't love a disco ball (or two) (or three)? It was yummy!

The lady out front with the headset was extremely rude to us. The chicken was soggy and wet. Canes sauce was disgusting.

Went in tonight for a double burger, tater tots and a drink. The burger was a bit heavy on ketchup…read moreand mustard (for me, anything but the lightest dab of mustard is too much.) The pickles were softer than I expected. They didn't taste bad; I just wasn't used to the texture. Almost, spongy? The bun was thick and the patties didn't really extend to the edge. To get the meat/bread proportion right, I might have ordered a triple. The tater tots were good, the oil fresh. I ordered fry sauce and it was good _even though I was dipping tater tots in it, not fries_. The "house sauce" has barbecue sauce in it. If that's your thing, go for it. I wasn't a fan. I got an Orange Crush and didn't fill it up all the way because I didn't want too much sugar before bed. But now I'm drinking eggnog?! The service was good, not what I would call friendly. I didn't love the loud noise the pager made and I was surprised they gave me one. It's a small space. Maybe during the day they have trouble with people popping into La-Z-Boy to go furniture shopping while they're waiting for their Zip's order.

The prices have skyrocketed. The food shrunk in size. Typical practice of fast food these days…read more They got a new owner but the food is not as good as it was. Less sauce, less condiments, and lukewarm food. My mom was seriously disappointed in the myshroom burger that has been brought back. It has no sauce and is tasteless and it used to be her favorite menu item. The milkshakes are good. The food? Used to be better and better priced. Maybe focus more on food and less on the tacky blowup things outside and tacky special "rude setver" days. And tacky merch.
