Since we have kids, we did pickup. We drove about 25 minutes, then waited another 25 minutes because the line was packed which I didn't mind because the food was that good the first time. But this time? Completely different experience. I ordered a bean burrito with cheese... and it had no beans. Just rice and cheese in a tortilla. Then the nachos, honestly, for $27, this was unacceptable. Dry chips, unmelted cheese, some tomatoes thrown on top, no meat, no beans just thrown together with no care. It looked and tasted like an afterthought. What made it worse is the lack of accountability. I tried calling multiple times last night and again this morning no answer. Calls just ring or don't go through. I even tried calling from different numbers. Nothing. At this point, it's not even about the money it's the principle. Mistakes happen, but not being able to reach anyone or have them make it right is frustrating. I really wanted to keep supporting this place because the first experience was great, but this completely missed the mark. If you go, just be aware the quality and consistency might not be what you expect.
