I don't ever leave bad reviews but holy s*#%. What's the point of being 24/7 if you can't serve 24/7. Working at night and it's the only place "open" in town. Roll in at 3:45am and they said "till is closed and computer resetting takes 20 minutes" go back to work come back at 4:45am (a whole hour just in case)... Worst service every. Arrived at 640 pm, ordered food, and sat in the drive-through line until 700. Went inside to figure out what the delay was. After I spoke up, the supervisor didn't know that the truck was still sitting at the drive-through for now 20 minutes. She asked why, the looking at the monitor, nobody but their Tomas in, and I watched here put the tacos in myself. I went back to my car and according to my receipt I got my food at 711pm. We have been to this restaurant a few times in the last couple weeks and it has been a bad experience each time. They claim to only have one cook so they offered for us to wait in the drive through for 15 minutes while he smoked his cigarette in front of everyone's cars. I was the only one in line at the drive-through and there was no one in your dining area as I clearly had a line of vision. They say it takes 15 minutes for the order to come through ,even though it has already been 15 minutes since the order placed and the mobile App stated order would be ready in 5-7 minutes. Then they tell me they can't make breakfast even though you can order it and the menu states "All day Breakfast". Staff was very rude.
