I only went there because McDonalds was crazy busy. The burger was quite awful, greasy, doughy bun and the onions had no flavor. They did get the food to me quick because they had no customers at 12:15 on a Friday....I should of known better. read more

I don't ever leave bad reviews but holy s*#%. What's the point of being 24/7 if you can't serve 24/7. Working at night and it's the only place "open" in town. Roll in at 3:45am and they said "till is closed and computer resetting takes 20 minutes" go back to work come back at 4:45am (a whole hour just in case)... Worst service every. Arrived at 640 pm, ordered food, and sat in the drive-through line until 700. Went inside to figure out what the delay was. After I spoke up, the supervisor didn't know that the truck was still sitting at the drive-through for now 20 minutes. She asked why, the looking at the monitor, nobody but their Tomas in, and I watched here put the tacos in myself. I went back to my car and according to my receipt I got my food at 711pm. We have been to this restaurant a few times in the last couple weeks and it has been a bad experience each time. They claim to only have one cook so they offered for us to wait in the drive through for 15 minutes while he smoked his cigarette in front of everyone's cars. I was the only one in line at the drive-through and there was no one in your dining area as I clearly had a line of vision. Worst service I have ever received!!!Placed an order on the mobile app without any problems. Get to the restaurant drive thru and they state they don't have my order. They say it takes 15 minutes for the order to come through ,even though it has already been 15 minutes since the order placed and the mobile App stated order would be ready in 5-7 minutes. Then they tell me they can't make breakfast even though you can order it and the menu states "All day Breakfast". Staff was very rude. Once received order got home and found they forgot our two orders of fries, we only got 5 out of 7 jalapeño poppers, the sourdough jack had no cheese or ketchup and we didn't get the breakfast sandwich to boot! Very poor attention to the details of the customers order. Once again tonight we got home with large drinks that were supposed to be Diet Coke, but had the flavor of lemon lime. Drove back to the store, They corrected the order but offered no compensation. I frequently drink ice tea, and all to often they throw a coffee bag in the tea pot. If you go through the drive thru, Always, I repeat always, check your order, including the drinks and change before you move from the window.
