While I still feel they are a little overpriced, it isn't as bad compared to most places lately, and they do have lots of deals both in store and in their app. Arby's is definitely a different sammich or whatever you want to call it. I will also say their gyro is pretty good and so happy they have an Italian sammich again. I expected to stop for a quick late night bite at Arby's and I was greeted by Marvin and Marcus when I got there. I have to say that I had the absolute best experience with these gentlemen. They were both so positive. friendly, and outgoing. I would never write about an experience at a fast food restaurant, but those two guys turn a basic fast food place into a place with personality and kindness. I ordered the Big Cheesy Bacon Burger and it was delicious. It was so flavorful and well seasoned. It had a great bun with fresh vegetables and the meat tasted great. My biggest complaint about this location is the lobby is always dirty and it's near impossible to find a table that doesn't have food stuck to it. But on a positive note, if you want to get your food and go the line moves very quickly. As a note, Arby's does not offer a military discount. read more

Grabbed lunch today for the family at this location. We've wanted to try the "steak bites" which is a huge stretch to call whatever this is a "meat". Went to this location on Sunday it was above 85 degrees outside when I entered the business it was somewhat cool in the order area but after I got my food and went to eat , the dining area was hot. The store had no signs or warnings that their A.C. was broke. I asked one of the workers what was up with the A. C. She said it was broke and they couldn't get anyone to fix it correctly. Saw a TV ad for Arby's Hushpuppy breaded fish. Looked really good so we purchased three 3-piece orders of the fish and fries. I was totally disappointed in the size of the fish pieces. You can't tell in the TV ad that the fish pieces are quite small. I imagine the 3 pieces would be considered a serving size by the FDA. But I was still hungry after eating the fish and all my fries. Also, I was not aware that Hushpuppy breading has a "kick" to it. It's not too spicy but my mouth knew it was not plain breading. Glad I didn't try the Cajun fish! If I order this fish again I will definitely get the 5-piece size. read more

Went through drive thru and got pulled forward. No big deal Food was brought out and they didnt wait for us to check our order. They forgot our au jus for our french dip. Tried to go into dining room. Again, no not deal. Dining room closed Had to go back through drive be thru. The car ahead of us was actually in drive thru a second time as well We hand them back the food and asked them to recook the hot food. Were told we had to pull around again. I said nope. I would wait or they would refund. So they refunded. Not worth the time wasted. Will NOT go back to this location. read more

They seem to have a really good training program for their employees, its not your typical fast food experience with lackluster employees who don't bother to look you in the eye. we don't have a lot of Arby's down in Texas-- I was pining for it-- I skipped the airline food on Delta ( though it did not look too bad) and saved my appetite (and the calories ) for splurge at ARBY's - we hit the Indiana location fresh from the airport just as they were closing. They had already pulled the cash drawer. -- We were waited on by a lovely lady-- Natasha -- and her mgr.. they made the exception stayed open and completed our order -- even throwing in a few extras-- the beef and cheddars and potatoes cakes were very close to my memory of years past and was exactly the right antidote for a tough day of flying. Service is great at night between the times of 8:30-closing it is not busy and everything gets dropped fresh and sandwiches are fast and manager Kellie is a great help to get the work place fun to work in and keeps the place really clean! Cassandra did great on repeating my order to make sure it was correct through the drive through and Alicia was very nice at the window checking my bag to make sure it was correct and always has a smile. Marcus and Desi do a great job at making the sandwiches look just how they do In the pictures and not sloppy! Love Arby's definitely coming back again. The only down side is the prices, they are so high for a fast food place if it were a restaurant the price would be reasonable. read more

I have been to Arby's many times in my life. I usually receive good service and food that I enjoy. At this location, I have been disappointed one too many times. Once I sat in line for 30 mins after ordering without moving forward. How can "fast food" be slower than a sit-down restaurant? This week I went there and was the only one in the drive thru. I ordered in a timely manner, and then pulled up to the window and waited a min of 5 minutes, but probably closer to 10 mins and wasn't even greeted at the window! I get if someone is new or struggling etc, but you should ALWAYS greet your customer to let them know you see them and will be right with them. Eventually I pulled out of the drive thru and went inside because I was tired of being ignored. They gave me the food gratis, but only after I made it perfectly clear that their customer service was without exception the worst I had experienced in recent history. read more
