Wendy's can increase their level of customer service satisfaction. It starts with metaphysical cleanliness and physical health care of the staff. Upon my visit, the restaurant's indoor dining area, check-out area, and bathroom appeared as if they were clean. The fountain soda area could have used some upkeep as it was a bit sticky. The indoor dining area has a TV, fireplace, comfortable seating, and outlets for charging. While visiting, the concept is appropriate. The staff more or less was present in providing customer service in a semi-timely manner. I started with attempting to use the kiosk, but due to the inability to customize my meal, I opted to order upfront instead. My order consisted of a breakfast burrito with potato wedge-like fries and a drink. The food was hot, and it felt fresh when I received it. Unfortunately, I received food poisoning from this meal. It took approximately four days to get the management team of Eric and Chris to professionally resolve the issue. Thank you, I believe it was Kayla or McKayla who made it a point to communicate the matter to Eric in a timely manner. I truly appreciate you handling the matter in the best way available to you. Out of self-care, I cannot say that receiving a forced half-hearted apology, $8, and a complimentary meal card does not satisfy a day at work that I spent in physical pain while at work from eating unclean food prepared by Wendy's. read more

Added self-ordering kiosks and no service employees. Stood at the counter and had a gal completely ignore us as she walked by several times. Technology is not an excuse for poor service. read more

Requested lunch early through the drive thru, and the lady was very snappy, rolling her eyes and rude towards our request. She was unnecessarily impolite. If you are looking for acceptable customer service don't come here. Had to come back in to ask for extra ranch ( which I had asked for) the man who gave it to me was much nicer. read more

Don't go to fast food places often because the taste of a hamburger from a warming tray is horrible. I have gone to Wendy's by target twice and the meat has been freshly cooked and great fries. Keep it up guys! Great customer service also. read more

Used drive through today and was satisfied with a great experience. Short lines, clear microphone, order was correct on screen and she was able to answer my questions about sauce selections and drink options. I paid at the first window and the employee was friendly with a smile on their face, he reached out the window to accept my cash and gave me change while wishing me a good day. i'm am just so tired of this store. all i ordered was a bowl of chili and a big ol cup of water and the cup was cracked when they gave it to me and i spilled it all over my lap after picking it up and now im just mad and don't want to come here anymore. could've just given me a better cup. read more

I used to love Wendy's it was quick and the food was goodish, but the last two times we have been there the burgers were awful, sloppy, bad tasting and just over all gross. My salad was okay but they are pretty simple so I am sure they are hard to screw up. The chicken portions for the sandwich's are way smaller and barely cover the bun, actually a lot of the time they don't. If you get fried chicken it is greasy, if you get grilled it is dry and charred. Their frosty's have changed and we don't even like them anymore. Only thing we still love is the fry's which is pretty much all we ate last time we were there and that is saying a lot since I don't like fry's at all. Service is okay. The older ladies are always sweet but the younger kids are not very nice especially if they have messed up your order, and then of course it is your fault. Not kidding at all they will blame it on you, you didn't tell them or you ordered something different. Pretty disappointing. The dinning room is nice and big and has two Tv's and they always have whatever sports is playing that night on, and for the most part is always clean. Bathrooms however are rarely cleaned properly and are gross I wait till we are done and go use Target's if I have to. Overall we are so disappointed and will not be back. read more

Just sat in line for a half an hour and got no order at the intercom and then got told at the window they were closed after three vehicles in line behind us ordered over the intercom if the place is short on employees shit the doors to this dump multiple times in the past few weeks have I went to another location either after the lobby doors being shut and the line being out of control burn it down and make it parking lot for a better business next to it read more

My husband and I took our son and niece here for lunch yesterday and was pleasantly surprised with the kind and friendly service. The man who took our order at the counter looked like a manager (wearing a grey pollo) he had a goatee... he was sooo nice, and friendly! Which was a nice change of pace for most fast food restaurants. The place was clean, food was fast, hot and good. Kuddos to this crew! I used to love Wendy Baconator Junior I would get one every time I went to Coeur d'Alene but I don't know what has changed there's no flavor the fries are too salty but all right but the burgers I don't know what happened there is absolutely no flavor whatsoever I don't know what you guys changed but if you want to make your customers happy go back to the recipe you used to have cuz I won't be coming by again I'm not going to waste my money on something that has no flavor read more

I come to this location quite often and I'm always met with the same blank stares from the kid who run the front. Seems like they need to show a little emotion or at least have a smile when greeting their customers. This last visit was one of the worst. Waited ten min before I was even greeted by one of the 7 employees who were standing behind the counter/fryer area. Many of them looked at me but none came and said anything and even the manager came to trade cash tills and he as well said nothing. Very annoying. read more

The food is really good at this location. The issue I have is condiments and the drive thru. When you pull up your order is typically already there. Its feels like they are practically throwing your order at you. You have to ask for ketchup or other condiments. When you do they seem inconvenienced. And when you do get ketchup it's typically 3-4 packets which is not enough for a large fry. read more

I visit this place about once or twice a month. Overall food is always good and service friendly. Only minor gripe is that they seem to like to fill drink cups like 3/4 the way full of ice, so I try to remember to ask for only a little ice. read more
