I ordered the chicken & steak entree so that I could try 2 meats. First, they gave my order to another customer. He immediately noticed it wasn't his, handed it back, then they handed it to me after a brief discussion with the kitchen. Second, the entree is supposed to come with a salad -- it was missing, and the cashier was very confused about why I came back to ask for it. I noticed other customers going up to the counter multiple times to get something corrected, so apparently good service is not something that happens here. Third, the food is so-so. There is about 1-2 teaspoons of "teriyaki" in a separate plastic cup that you have to pour over the meat yourself. Most of it rolls off the meat and soaks into the rice underneath, and it was way too sweet. The chicken was nicely trimmed and the vegetables were hot, but the steak had a mealy texture -- I stopped eating it after a couple of bites. I also did not eat the salad because it too came with only a teaspoon of dressing in a plastic cup. Fourth, the tables were clean, and so were the bathrooms, however the bathroom was not stocked with paper products.
