9.14.26: First time at this location and was in need of a snack. I don't remember the peanuts at other locations but definitely down with it! I ordered some fries and a grilled cheese and surprised when she asked if I wanted anything on it. I was happy to oblige and went with grilled onions. The grilled cheese with grilled onions was fantastic! Given it was American cheese, it was plenty and very melty and the grilled onions were delicious. Definitely will get it again and want one right now just thinking about it lol. They gave a huge amount of fries that were fresh and hot and really good. I noticed they're open late until 10pm, which is a huge plus. I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit here and service was friendly too. read more

We tried twice hoping it would get better since it was new, but the burgers were very sloppy and dripping wet along with skimpy French Fry amounts in comparison to all the other Five Guys franchises we have eaten at. We thought because they were new that maybe the service would improve, unfortunately that was not the case. Lastly the music was so loud that to have a conversation we had to yell at each other. It's very unfortunate because we really like Five Guys, but not at this location. I really hope they can dial in their problems and make this Five Guys a great restaurant like all the rest we have eaten at. read more

$50 for 3 burgers drinks and 1 fry to share. noon on a wed any most tables full. employees on break raking up a 4 too and a 6 top. fries were limp and under cooked or old. bacon on burgers chopped up very small and burnt. tried to get unsweet ice tea and the machine was out. let someone behind the counter know and they said they'd take care of it right away. 10 minutes later, my food is ready still no drink. I talked to the same counter person and asked him if there was any progress with a Tea and he told me "you can check it yourself" I told him I already had and it still wasn't ringing. He then went and fixed it. All in all a waste of time and money. better off going to rodgers or paul bunyans. read more

I heard about this burger place so I wanted to try it and found that it did not meet my expectations. The burgers were fairly big. The regular comes with two patties and the small burger comes with a single patty and you can get whatever toppings you want, but the burger seem to be greasy. The french fries come fairly large. We ordered the large french fries and it was more than enough for three people, but they are too salty. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs work. Dirty floors and tables weren't wiped. All in all I will have to say I probably would not visit this restaurant again. read more

I haven't been to five guys in several years having had a bad experience in Spokane. I always considered them to be a step up and was sorely disappointed by my experience at the other store. I was coming home from work a few nights ago late and didn't wanna go home and cook so I decided to try the CDA. Wow day November! First time customer and was happy for the most part. The food was very good my wife and I got the same basic burger but the toppings were a little different. Mine was done right but my wife's was missing 2 toppings the mushrooms and the BBQ sauce. She still enjoyed the burger just wish they would have gotten it correct for a better first impression. The service was top of the line people very nice and were very speedy with the order. The place was roomy and very clean. The peanuts were a nice touch and the Cajun fries were great. My son has celiac and has often eaten a burger patty with cheese and fries at many Five Guys. The guy at this location doing fries straight up lied to me about touching a bun before he wrapped a burger and then touching my son's fries from the top with his same pair of gloves. I called him out and he told me he had only been at the fries, but that was a lie cause I watched him. I should've asked for a manager but was in a hurry since my order took so long because he put it on a top shelf and never put fries in it until I inquired about my order. Staff never cared to ensure that my son's order was made free of any cross contamination. Also, the same guy used his same pair of gloves to wipe food off the counter before wrapping the burger and touching my son's fries. read more

Prices are a bit high but the fries were very generous and the burger was delicious. It was fairly busy and likely because it just opened recently. The line wasn't too long but maybe I'll come next time when it's not as busy. As a cheeseburger guy it's about what I expected. read more

My burger is almost char coal (way over cooked), my fries were cold and soggy, my shake melted because it was done within minutes of ordering, and nothing was done at the same time. The food is not as good as they think it is! McDonalds does better and I dislike them immensely! Not sure I will eat here again! Well, I can't really rate them at all because my daughter-in-law took me in there for my first time to have lunch and we had to turn around and leave because I looked at their menu and they cook their french fries in peanut oil. Newly opened, I understand that there is going to be some growing pains. So here is some constructive criticism. The burger was good but the fries not so much. Very greasy, limp, and way way too salty. I love salty fries but damn! Typically Five Guys fries are awesome but the grease is not hot enough or something. Soggy cold fries and burnt bacon really bring down the meal. It's sad the best part of the meal was the drink. the service was at a bare minimum, and some were rude. I ate there a few Sundays ago, beating the church crowd. There was a dark curly hair crowning my fries when pulled out of the bag. I pulled it off and looked at the multiple staff people and noticed the fry guy with an uncovered beard. My brother took the hair fries so He would not be embarrassed about me returning food. I was surprised at the two meat patties, but they were both internally pink/raw. My brother treated me for lunch, but cost $30+ for two meals. Takes forever, I waited 25 minutes for a cheese burger. Everything tastes like peanuts and it's crazy overpriced. Wasn't crazy clean either.

We were very disappointed by the service and quality of the food. First it took over 40 minutes to receive our order via kiosk. Our order consisted of a double burger without a bun and another burger with fries. When we finally received them, the burgers were cold. When we arrived we noticed that there were only 2 staff and they were not wearing any protective hair nets servicing about 20 people. The shake orders seemed to be the one thing that was being produced quickly. After about 25 minutes more staff started showing up, but by then the damage was done. We witnessed a disgruntled customer return her order several times to get it right and after a few attempts requested a refund. We placed our order at 3:26p, and received it at 4:10p. We decided to eat part of our cold burgers and hot fries, luckily, because we were starving, and we did not bother to ask them to reheat our food since it was evident they were overwhelmed. I was so excited for this location to open as five guys has always been one of my favorites. I waited in line the first week really excited that I didn't have to go into Spokane for a five guys burger or back over to the west side when we were visiting. All that excitement, and after the third bite of my burger, I found a nice long hair that doesn't come with the meal. It's really unfortunate that that happened, because I never went back after that and don't plan to. In keeping with the traffic that they expected there were a lot of staff, and too many heads in the kitchen... A lot of hair. I trashed my sandwich, walked to the front counter, told the really strange girl at the front counter calling names that I didn't think Hair came with the menu. She just looked at me with a blank stare and turned around and mentioned it to a couple of her coworkers. No one stood out as a leader, and I'm not even sure there was one on staff that must've been 20 people back there. "too many cooks in the kitchen" is a quote for a reason. The first week, you'd expect things to take a minute to run smoothly, what you don't expect is a long scraggly black hair in your sandwich. So disgusting. read more
