I ordered a breakfast burrito without chorizo and my roommate got the regular breakfast burrito that comes with chorizo. We also ordered a side of 4 grilled jalapenos. My burrito was pretty good and really liked how I could taste each ingredient with every bite. The potatoes were cooked just right, not too mushy nor hard. As a personal preference, I wished the potatoes were seasoned just a bit more. My roommate thought his breakfast burrito was great and made mention that the chorizo wasn't overly greasy and had good flavor. The jalapenos were grilled to perfection and had some heat to them, in a good way. Service was friendly, the food didn't take too long to be made, and the quality was really good for the value. They had plenty of outdoor seating and parking, which is unusual for a food truck--that just means they're doing something right!
