Things have also gotten a lot quicker, and I have not had a mistake with an order in some time. The food is pretty good, although I feel like they have gotten really stingy with sundae toppings and Blizzard additions. I get prices are going up all over, but that should not also mean I get less food quantity for more money. Overall, much improved and I hope the trend continues, because DQ has been a source of comfort for almost 50 years for me. I would hate for that to end. There was no chocolate sauce, no peanut butter sauce, and absolutely nothing "extra" about it despite paying extra. What made it even worse was the customer service. The Cashier (Ainslee E.? Shorter brunette highschooler) I tried to politely mentioned that the toppings were missing, and when i asked if there were peanut butter cups in it, she said (you ordered the Reese's peanut butter cup so I would hope so?) the employee was rude instead of trying to fix it. The attitude was completely unnecessary and honestly shocking over a simple issue that could've been corrected in 30 seconds. I understand mistakes happen, but this was beyond bad. Terrible quality, terrible service, and a complete waste of money. I left more frustrated than I've ever been after a fast food order.
