Sounds more like 5 guys canceled my order because I expressed displeasure with the situation. So I went to the app and complained again because it's 2 hours after I ordered and now I have to figure out dinner, and noone from 5 guys has even bothered to reach out. Also, I'm out $30 for 1-3 business days until they refund my card. I don't care if the food is good if this is the customer service they provide. Two thumbs down.

It was purchased at closing so I put it in the freezer and brought it back the next day to return it, and told staff they could have it back. When I explained to the shift manager why, and that it was a constantly occurring problem she said "Well one thing you can do is tell them to mix it better." Mixing it doesn't magically add more ingredients to come up to the amounts in the recipes my friend. If you decide to patronize this store avoid the blizzards, because they are quite stubbornly refusing to make them correctly. The other menu items are fine.
