Wish I could put no stars. Came in with my fiancé after having a really rough morning to use our free pancake rewards to lighten the day. After eating and going to pay we were informed that we couldn't use more than one discount. We should have been told about this when we first mentioned it. I have worked in the food industry for over 5 years in different places. I know that you can simply split checks and make it right but they absolutely refused to do so and were quite rude about it. I went on Sunday morning my pancake was raw it took 15min o4 more to get another then I did not get a item I said I did not get it she would not refund me and put it in a box. This was not my fault. Ive been going to I hop for 40 plus years. This is my last time. My other time the hashbrowns were raw. Im done they should had given me off for a raw pancake and given me my money back for missing a item. Such poor service very saddened its so horrible. read more

Probably the best IHOP food I've ever had, eggs were cooked perfectly. Service was great. Table was clean. If I had to pick at something it would the time to get our food for a Monday around noon, but it wasn't bad. Oh, and the price for Eggs Benedict is not bad. read more

Needed a place for breakfast near the mall while wife was shopping. It was a busy Sunday morning but we didn't have to wait to long. I felt the staff was really hustling to get people seated, orders taken and food prepared. I forgot how massive the menu was- plenty of options for different tastes. Wife had the steak omelette that came with three pancakes. She was very happy with taste of the steak. The servings were very generous and looked appealing when served. I had a difficult time making a decision but settled on the Strawberry biscuit. The biscuit was so good and the fresh strawberries were excellent. Unfortunately it must have sat under the heat lights a bit as the whipped cream had melted down. The biscuit could have been my meal though, it was a good size. I ordered the combo and made my way through a couple of scrambled eggs, two link sausages, and a serving of hash browns. The eggs were fluffy, sausage seasoned well, and hash browns were grated cooked crunchy outside and tender in middle. Very large meal for the price. Our server Faith, was busy but she got our order in, served it nicely, checked on us, and got our check prepared timely. She and other staff were hopping but maintained a smile and took care of customer needs. I was impressed with the way the staff supported each other doing their job and helping others as needed. I overheard a conversation between server and cooks when part of an order had been left out. Rather than yelling at each other the the two simply acknowledged a mistake had been made and went about solving problem quickly. I am confident they worked at helping customer know how sorry they were for mistake. It happens but hopefully we can all take a breath and know it was an unintentional. Normally we enjoy non chain restaurants but I have to admit it has been a long time since we both felt so good about the quality of our food and the service. I hop, well.... All I can say is I was pleasantly surprised everybody always talks down on IHOP but I tried it for the first time and it was actually good. I liked it a lot. This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been in. We were sat hastily at a dirty table with no silverware and sticky menus. Our server was kind enough and the food was served fine, although the overall dining experience felt rushed, and like we as customers were not a priority to the restaurant. The chicken fried steak was a frozen slab of "something" - no eggs, gravy, hashbrowns, nothing but a gray slab. 4 breakfast orders - none contained the hashbrowns that were to be included. I like this particular IHOP, because it is clean and the staff are friendly and very attentive to your needs. I come here several times a year mainly for breakfast. Food is consistent, good flavor and temperature. I do like their pancakes and pecan syrup. Would definitely recommend this location. read more

I have always liked IHOP as a breakfast place. The food is decent at a fair price. Except today. I arrived at 10:15 and they were fairly busy but was seated right away. The server came over within a few minutes and took my drink order. I ordered the 55+ 2+2+2 which is 2 eggs 2 bacon and 2 pancakes. I did not want pancakes so asked for french toast instead. She said okay but there would be an upcharge. Ok that was fine. Waited a bit longer than anticipated but I was not in a hurry. When I received my plate there was only 1 french toast slice. Since this was a 2+2+2 meal I asked where the other slice of toast was. She said it only came with one. But it is a 2+2+2 meal? She told me that it only came with 1 because it was a bigger slice. So I get one less piece of toast AND an upcharge of 1.99. I did not think this was right but was not going to argue it. read more

I love IHOP and it's always a treat since there isn't one in my town. But I think today's meal was the best I've ever had at an IHOP. The hash browns were wonderfully crisp, just as I requested. The eggs were done perfectly. The bacon could have been a little crisper but was fine. What was especially delightful was the lemon ricotta crepe with mixed berries. And our waitress was nothing short of spectacular. She managed several tables with ease and didn't even get frazzled when a bus of about 40 young people arrived enmasse.
