The inside had a classic Italian restaurant feel without feeling overcrowded even though it was very busy. I tried everything ordered to our table! My entree started with a minestrone soup. I loved it! (Soup served with outstanding garlic bread) This soup even though a basic dish, transported me back to sitting with my grandma in her kitchen, with her minestrone she would make. With every single bite this happened. Magical. I enjoyed two different appetizers. One cheese ravioli appetizer with sauce to dip in and the second a delicious asparagus dish. We had two different pizzas. One a margarita and the other cheese. Both were great and we all loved the sauce & crust. I had the chicken and vegetable entree. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The only thing I would have liked for this, perhaps as an option. Maybe a light sauce to drizzle on the vegetables. (Butter garlic or something similar to a Marsala sauce). We ordered cannolis to go. Mine didn't make it out of the parking lot. lol. Yes!! I will order again. We enjoyed all our food and we look forward to going back again. Very friendly service all around.

We tried several dishes and went with the recommendation of the pappardelle. It wasn't my personal favorite, so I wouldn't mark the restaurant down simply because it didn't suit my taste. I will say, though, that both my date and I felt the braised ribs had a flavor and texture that reminded us more of canned tuna. I know that sounds wild, but I just couldn't convince my brain that I was actually eating beef! That said, the calamari was delicious, as were the roasted artichoke hearts. We also really enjoyed the seafood linguine, which had great flavor. Add a couple of adult beverages and some good conversation, and it made for a great date night away from the kids. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back to try some more of the menu. If you're in Folsom and looking for a nice place for dinner, I'd definitely recommend giving Fioris a try!

Food, ambiance, and customer service are phenomenal just as they were my first two dining experiences. I definitely was late to the party. Skipolini's was not on my radar until Carmichael friends ask me to meet them here. It is their numero uno pizza spot for sure. Impressed then and equally impressed now after once again consuming salad, pizza, and a glass of wine. I must attest to the freshest and crispiest romaine salad ever! It is now my gold standard for how a salad should taste. Plus, it was huge. Unless you have not eaten in a week, this salad can be and should be shared or for next day's yummy leftovers. We were in group of 10 people including kids! Skipolinis is family friendly and casual. So our little group fit in perfectly. Unfortunately, very little photo taking happening (You may check out my previous visit photos.). But lots of eating, talking and just having a great time over delicious food! The kids were all loving their pizzas! I saw a few lasagna dishes which looked amazing. And a sangria or two also. I may have to try that sangria next time! Speaking of kids... Skipolini's has a super nice outside playground which gets a lot of use in warmer weather. Our waitperson handled the table like a pro! So customer service remains fantastic. Everyone there is most welcoming. Oh, if you are a single or a couple wanting a more low lights, subdued experience... head for the big, beautiful bar. It is set up perfectly to relax and enjoy the vibes. I definitely need to get back to Skipolini's more in 2026! Carve out a little time to enjoy some great food and service "Skipolini" style. Verdict: Two thumbs up!

A gentleman greeted me and mentioned that I was a little early and that they were just finishing up my order, which would be ready at 12. No problem at all, so I waited. However, I started noticing orders coming out for people who had walked in and ordered after me. By 12:10, I still didn't have my order and around 12:20, the gentleman came over and apologized, saying he wasn't sure how they had missed my order but that they were still working on it. That was frustrating because when I first walked in, I was told they were already finishing up my order. I specifically scheduled my pickup a day ahead, so I expected it to be ready around the scheduled time. I didn't end up receiving my order until 12:26 PM almost 30 minutes after my pickup time. At the very least, I feel like they could have offered some type of compensation for the wait, especially since the order had somehow been missed. Unfortunately, nothing was offered and the whole situation left me pretty disappointed. Now, I will give credit where it's due.. the pizza was SUPER delicious! The slices are huge and definitely give you that New York style pizza feel. The ranch was also creamy and really good. I genuinely enjoyed the food, which is why I'm torn about my experience. The food itself was great, but because of how poorly the scheduled pickup was handled, I'm not sure how I feel about coming back or placing another scheduled order.
