We had a brief conversation while everything was being boxed up, and he was apologetic, and attentive. He explained that he regularly checks all ingredients for freshness and wasn't sure what went wrong, but was more than happy to make it right. The restaurant is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the food is consistently good. This level of care and accountability is what truly matters--and why I will continue to be a loyal customer.

During my most recent visit, the manager appeared disheveled, with his shirt buttoned incorrectly, and another employee seemed completely lost while working. While appearance alone isn't everything, it reflected the overall feeling that the location lacked pride and attention to detail. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for a brand I've genuinely liked for years. I'm sharing this in the hope that management takes it as constructive feedback.
