Purple butter PB smoothie. Didn't dig it. I tasted no PB.

Who say healthy eating has to taste boring and blah? It doesn't! Check out Vibe Healthy Eats. They have sandwiches, wraps, organic cold pressed juices, protein bowls, protein smoothies, acai bowls, and more. Pricing matches that to fast food (FF). But why have FF when you can have eats from Vibe. The pitaya bowl is fantastic. It's delicious and who would have thought this was good for ya as well. The base is a nice consistency, not slushie icee and not watery. Just right. All so delicious. They have a large selection of toppings. My faves are goji berries, cacao nibs, strawberries, and blueberries. The strawberries and blueberries were fresh when I ordered last month. The bbq chicken protein bowl is darn good. The chicken is chopped in bite sized cubes. Tender bites. The fixings were all fresh and gorgeous looking. The brown rice was perfect consistency, soft chew. The dressings are housemade, no HFCS. Flavorful. I have also had the purple butter PB smoothie. Still getting use to the taste of protein drinks. To be honest, protein drinks are relatively new to me. The PB smoothie was very mild in flavors. I didn't taste any distinguishing flavors, not even the almond butter, strawberry, blueberry or banana. But take this with a grain of salt because I'm a protein smoothie novice. The smoothie consistency was thick which I prefer, but adds to a bit more of effort to drinking it through a straw. They are located on Riley Street in Folsom, CA. I mention that because they use to be on East Bidwell. Now they are right next to 24 Hour Fitness gym. Nice.

Stopped by yesterday for lunch to feed the husband and our toddler. To start out with he got the healthy Liquidology About Last Night Detox and our toddler had a delicious Apple Juice Box. For lunch he ordered her a Kid's Chicken, Bean and Rice Bowl with Avocado and a Steak Shawarma Protein Bowl for himself. My husband let me try his drool-worthy Shawarma bowl before he devoured it! So good I wanted to steal it! Our toddler split both bowls and enjoyed! Glad to finally get the opportunity to check out the new space, I've always loved the sister company Vibe Health Bar! My go-tos are the filling Cacao Town Smoothie, PB Dream Smoothie and Acai Pitaya Bowl! Looking forward to returning to try more! SYOY! :-) *Song Credit: You & Me by @iksonmusic

Bite of my blue spirulina smoothie

I met my friend here on a Thursday afternoon because I attend a monthly vegan crafting fundraiser in Fair Oaks on Thursdays, and this place was sort of on the way. We shared a blue magic smoothie and a bean and rice bowl. My friend isn't vegan, but she loved everything we ordered, as did I. Much to my surprise, almost everything on the menu is vegan. I think the only smoothie toppings that are not vegan are honey and bee pollen. Both the smoothies and the bowls are super cool for picky eaters because it's like building your own. So you choose the smoothie you want, and then you choose the toppings. Or you choose the base for the bowl that you want, and then you choose the protein and then you choose the toppings. I think almost all of the dressings or sauces for the bowl are vegan. I think there was just one that had honey in it. Since I'm vegan for the animals, I'll be honest. I'm not super into healthy food and smoothies. But I was blown away by how good the smoothie was. It tasted like dessert. And the dude who was working there was so nice even though we accidentally stayed up until closing. The gender-inclusive bathroom was quite clean, as is the whole place. There's a parking lot so parking is really easy. The air conditioning works great inside. There's a counter that you can sit at or there's a table for a group. I also recognized some of the music that was playing.

Tried protein bowl + acai bowl today. Hubby tried different versions of it. All delicious and healthy. Not super filling but would make a good breakfast or snack. My protein bowl had: Lentils, quinoa, sprouts, steak. Delicious and healthy. My acai bowl had: Coconut sherbet, Blueberries, strawberries, honey, banana. I wanted something I knew my toddler would eat. Coconut was plenty sweet, didn't need the honey. Hubby's spirulina base was delicious, would get that next time. Overall delicious but my baby stole most of it from me lol. Want to go back to try their sandwiches or wraps that have goat cheese on them! Yum. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food

Lots of healthy and hearty food/snack options! This place seems fairly new. Good sized menu with choices of meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. Got a dragon fruit bowl with strawberries, granola and gogi berries. Tasted good! Can't go wrong with a freaking smoothie bowl Also got a chicken protein bowl with chipotle aioli and the sauce was so good! It really made the meal better. Chicken was also very tender! Service was nice and lots of parking in the lot. Some seating inside and a few small tables outside.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The quality of the food was so fresh and delicious. Often times healthy food can be bland, but not here; everything was so flavorful. The staff members were quick and friendly. It only took about 10 minutes for our food to be ready. Most people came in and picked up food to go, but there were open seats available for dine in. There are a few outside seating options. The restroom is gender neutral (one stall). The store was very clean and calm. The food ranges from $8-$15 depending on what you order. They have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. The parking lot had plenty of open spots, with 2 handicap spots right in front of the store.

First time trying this place, the store has a good vibe. Jeff helping us was very friendly and patient with us as we were deciding what to order. The interior design is pretty nice and they also have some bottled drinks such as the famous poppi in their fridge right by the cash register. We ordered a Steak Wrap which had the Steak, Avocado, Black beans, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and BBQ and Tzatziki sauce on the side, my fiance really liked his wrap and gave it a 9.5/10, he said it tastes really fresh and delicious, struggled but ate the whole thing and was satisfied. I got the Steak Protein Bowl which had the Steak, quinoa, tomatoes, baby greens, pinto beans and topped with chipotle sauce, the ingredients in my bowl really complimented each other, and I do have to agree with how delicious and fresh it tasted, super heavy and filling. Next up we have the Blue Majik Açai bowl which has the Blue Majik sorbet, blueberry, goji berry, granola with almonds, and topped with honey drizzle. We had mixed opinions about this one. I found it healthy sweet and my bae who's not a fan of sweets found it too sweet so ig it depends on your tastebuds. First time trying goji berry and i honestly didn't like it which again is a personal thing so I cant blame the taste of the product, but ignoring the goji and rating the whole thing, I would rate it an 8/10. Overall our experience was really good and since its only 3min from us we will be coming back Also theres lots of parking and seats which were definitely a big plus.

The customer service was friendly and helpful by the cashier. However, the chicken tastes like it's fake because it's processed chicken from a bag. It was rubbery and just plain gross. Also, you only get 3 ounces of protein. It's not worth the price, hype if it's not minimally processed grilled chicken. My meal that included 1 protein ball and a tiny peanut butter cup was $21.00. I can make this at home and with flavor and not that chicken in a bag that you buy from Tyson or Foster Farms--I don't buy that type of chicken. The name of the restaurant is misleading with meat quality like that. The sweet potato tasted like it was boiled or steamed way too long because it was overly soft. And I had quinoa at the bottom of my bowl even though I asked for it on the side. They gave it to me in the side but also left it in my bowl. I don't eat quinoa. It was for a friend. If you like this place, you like bland food with no seasoning and packaged meat. You can make this yourself!

Service was friendly, and the staff member working was kind and helpful in answering questions. My biggest disappointment was that this location didn't offer the vanilla or chocolate soft serve flavors that I've come to expect at other Pressed Juicery spots. When I asked, I was told they don't serve those options and that the protein shakes are essentially the same flavors, just not frozen. Unfortunately, it just didn't hit the same way I was hoping for, and I left a bit disappointed. I didn't feel like venturing to another location afterward, so while it wasn't a bad experience overall, it definitely didn't deliver the treat I was looking forward to.

It looked and sounded so delicious! We were not disappointed! I ordered the vanilla soft serve with granola, almond butter, and blueberries and my husband got his with gummy bears, blueberries, and almond butter. The soft serve is so refreshing and light!--A little icy. For 140 calories it still tastes very indulgent, which was perfect for after Thanksgiving. Service was fast and helpful and our server was sweet enough to give our toddlers little cups of the goji berries. We will definitely be returning!

In the rare occasions when I'm not able to find something I wanted, it's because it's something so obscure I wind up having to either ordering it online or making a trip to some hidden specialty store in the Bay Area to get it. I've been shopping here for a couple of years. There's another grocery store that's five minutes from my house, but I drive the 20 minutes to shop here because the overall experience is so much better. Today's trip really stood out to me because of a couple things... while I was at the deli waiting for the clerk to work on my order, at least three other employees came up to me and asked if I was being helped. I've been to other stores where I've stood at a counter for literally 5 minutes, watching employees going out of their way to not acknowledge me. That never happens here. Then I was really taken aback by how the peppers and mushrooms were displayed. The fact that whoever stocked these mushrooms took the time to turn every mushroom cap side up and arranged all the portobellos the way they are speaks to a dedication to quality work. You can tell that in this store, nobody half-asses anything, and the employees take pride in what they do.

This particular Nugget has a fairly large upstairs patio area with tables, chairs, restrooms, water bottle refilling station, microwave, etc. Lots of grocery stores in this area have a downstairs lounge area, but being upstairs (but still accessible via a ramp and elevators) gives it an extra edge. Plus you can't beat that view of the Mercedes dealership. The salad selection is some of the best I've seen anywhere, although they are very pricey at about $10/8oz (which is why I haven't actually tried one). I came here in search of some tampons that I couldn't find at Target, and was thrilled that this store carried small boxes of single sizes, versus the huge multipacks they had at Target. Thank you Nugget for doing a better job at procuring feminine health items than Target. As a bonus this store (like many others) is within walking distance of the wetland preserve.
