I am so happy we have a Nekter Juice Bar by our house! We've been a few times now and it's always five star! The bar is in the same shopping center with Safeway and Peet's Coffee. Lots of private lot parking. They're open early and late so you can get breakfast or dinner. The employees are always super friendly and cheerful. The restaurant is clean and bright. I get the same pick up order every time, I went into this location today June 13, 2025 to pick up my online order ( açaí banana berry bowl, no boost or protein, extra granola on top, extra agave on top, extra banana on top, and no blueberries on top ) and I noticed there was blueberries on top I didn't mind it but I asked for my extra granola that I normally get in a small container on the side, she just said that the extra granola was on top and when I stated that I normally get the extra granola in a small container on the side, she just looked at me and said okay. I didn't make it an issue then because maybe they decided to put the extra granola in my bowl, but noticing my açaí bowl now there isn't as much granola that I normally get. I loved the juice from Nekter! I got the flamingo drink which had pineapple mango and strawberry. My husband got the beet one ( no matter how you get beets it taste like dirt ) but he loves it.but that's not their fault. I will say the reason for the 4 starts is there prices. We paid almost $30 for 2 large drinks and $8 for the magical butterfly drink in a bottle. Plus a 20% tip. The ladies that made our drinks were very sweet!! If you see Safeway you know you've made it. They had an offer today that 16 oz smoothies were a dollar. This deal is very hard to pass up. There are smoothies, juices, bowls, ice creams, and snacks to choose from. My favorite smoothie is the pink flamingo! It tastes amazing and looks so cool. I also highly recommend the toxin flush. It's the one green juice I actually like and it doesn't lack any flavor. They had a table set up for pickup orders on the side. No tables were set up inside but you could enjoy a drink outside as there is plenty of outdoor seating. Everyone kept at least 6 feet between one another. The Açaí Mango Bowl was also very good, I'm glad I splurged and opted to try the coconut yogurt layer with it, it complimented the coconut flakes that the bowl comes with and had me briefly daydreaming of Hawaiian beach escapes. With nervous excitement, I customized my order with Dora, and Ashley was the bowl genius. I ordered it extra chick and Ashley nailed it, I'm talking, "Stick a pitch fork in the middle and it won't move...kinda thick." Within minutes I was ready to enjoy a new experience and boy the Dragon Fruit Bowl did not disappoint! I told the girls I wish I could go to Hawaii right now, and they insisted the Dragon Fruit Bowl was a taste of the tropics; they were spot on! The cold creaminess of the base, coupled with sweet pineapple chunks, perfectly ripened, sliced banana, coconut shavings, juicy, vibrant, red strawberries, homemade granola (I swear I'd buy the stuff by the pound if I could!), and a drizzle of agave and it was over! Bury me on a beach! I'm so glad I trusted Dora and Ashley (Cody ended up endorsing the Dragon Fruit Bowl as well). It's definitely a dessert bowl due to the sweetness level, unless the other bowls (I am tried all except the Mango Bowl). This is not a first occurrence but definitely the last straw. There ended up being an issue with my order and both the store manager (Cody) and the regional manager (Julian) went above and beyond to respond to my frustration.
