We just had the strangest experience at this location. The only reason that I am writing this report is because it is so unusual to have service this bad. We tried to order ahead on the mobile app, but couldn't figure out why we couldn't add protein. So, we went inside and ordered at the tablet/kiosk. When we walked in, the employee that was behind the counter called out,"Welcome in" but did not look up or make eye contact. As we were ordering at the tablet, we figured out why the protein wasn't coming up as an option. It was out of stock. Ok, it happens, no big deal. I went to put in my rewards information and it said to scan the QR code so it took a minute to figure that part out because there were a whole bunch of machines next to the tablet. Eventually, we figured out there is a camera on the tablet you scan from. We scan the QR code and couple of offers come up but none of them apply to the order so we back out of that menu. We are then prompted to pay. We tried to tap the card on the credit card machine that was closest to us with no response from the tablet. We looked all around the area to see if we could find a place to scan/tap/insert the card. The entire time that this was happening, the employee is just standing in the kitchen area. I'm sure she was working and doing something, but after that initial greeting, she did not say a single word to us. We finally asked her, "Where do we pay?" She turns her head slightly, doesn't say a word and then turns around. We said, "Alright. We'll just try another place." She turns toward us and says, "Ok, have a good day!" This calls for an update! On Saturday the 26th my boyfriend and I stopped in to order some smoothies. I ordered the Watermelon Breeze + 3G Energy Shot and it was the BEST smoothie I've ever had from them! It's made with fresh watermelon, grape juice blend, sweet raspberry sherbet, fresh strawberries and fresh pineapples! To celebrate this seasonal smoothie they had the whole shop decked out and I was having it, seriously order this amazing seasonal smoothie and thank me later!! Friendly, accommodating staff at the location. I had been out shopping and wanted something sweet yet healthy so I headed to Jamba for my favorite...Peach Perfection (add banana!). Nice and cold, right amount of thickness, creamy element from the banana, and tangy sweet taste of the fruits and juices. I was in and out in less than five minutes. So my wife was looking for fruity refreshing delicious bowl. So I bought her the Vanilla blue sky bowl. She said it taste ok. I was highly disappointed it looked like a water down smoothly, topped with fruit that wasn't sweet, very little granola. She ended up slurping the bowl instead of using a spoon. I will give this review a star because the staff was nice and the service was fast. However never again will I get a bowl from here. Stick with smoothies Jamba Juice. read more

Seems kind of redundant to write a review on a Jamba Juice. Most I have visited have bouncy music and chirpy, fresh-looking youth blending up smoothies behind the counter. This one is no exception. I DID try their latest veggie smoothie thingo. Feeling run down and wanting to feel healthy, I got the green apple one. It came with a blend of veggies including lettuce, kale, etc. Taste-wise, it was okay. Considering the fact that it had all those veggie juices in there, it wasn't bad. We tried going again but ended up leaving without ordering. Before we walked in, we heard what we thought was a sound of a strange alarm in the distance, that was until we opened the door and realized that one of their blenders was making the worst sound you could imagine. The lady apologized to everyone and said that there was something wrong with it, but continued to use it again. The sound was abnormally overbearing, which we might have been able to handle if it wasn't for the fact that the whole place smelled like chemicals again. I don't know what they are cleaning with in there, but I've never smelled a Jamba Juice that smelled like bleach or other chemicals before. Furthermore, there was only 1 person working that I could see, so I didn't want to endure the sound and smell any more so we left. Came here got orange creamsicle drink and a strawberry dream drink I think it was called both were good, just wish they had one that was strictly strawberry and banana like they used to but of well. It's 80 degrees outside we had on a cropped sports bra with leggings and we were told we needed to wait outside because they have a no shirt no shoes policy. I have been coming to this Jamba juice location for over 6 years. I order the same drink every time and they almost always get it perfect. Not every time is perfect and it is not always in the most timely manner, BUT the imperfect and untimely is more rare than it coming out in a timely manner exactly how I order. It's around 8:10 AM. I arrived at this location to find 6 people waiting for their orders with one employee running around in the back making the drinks and one behind the cash register taking orders. I ordered my two drinks and waited. Waited. Waited. And waited some more. People before me waiting for their drinks looked very frustrated. They had been waiting for a long time for their orders. As I'm watching, the girl behind the cashier proceeds to make a drink. It looked like my drink but it couldn't be because I had asked for a straight up juice drink with no ice and the girl put so much ice in this drink. She put the container in another container that looked like a blender, turned it on and went to put something in the oven for the next order. I watched the blender overflow with all the juice and ice getting splashed out of the container and into the walls of the second container. But hey, "I'm sure she knows what she's doing," I thought to myself. Besides, that could not be my drink because I'd asked for no ice in mine - just a straight up juice! I watch the same girl show her mess up to the other employee and she told her, "it's ok!" The girl pours the drink in a large cup but because a lot of the juice had poured out of the blender it filled only 2/3 of the cup so 1/3 of the cup was empty! I was shocked when I realized that drink was actually mine! What?! A drink with tons of ice in it in a cup only 2/3 way full???!!! Now, there are more people in the store and that means more frustrated customers. I'm getting this drink and my sick child is burning with a 103 degree fever at home. I showed my cup to the employees telling them why my drink had tons of ice blended into it when I had asked for a straight up juice and why my cup was 1/3 empty. Mind you I had paid $8.99 plus tax, over $9 dollars, for my drink!!!!! I could not spend another second at this store. I left so angry and frustrated.
