I also had a few special requests, and the cake decorator actually called me personally to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She even suggested some decorating options I didn't know were available, which made the cake even more special. She was so kind and thoughtful, and the final cake turned out beautiful with an extra-special birthday touch that meant so much to us. The manager, cake maker, and entire staff provided amazing customer service and were genuinely friendly and caring. They really got me out of a pinch, and I'm so grateful.
