This is the only Yogurtland in the "Sacramento" area ): This location is clean, with a few tables to enjoy our yogurt inside. The staff were friendly. I always enjoyed Yogurtland's variety of yogurt flavors and quality of yogurt. I'm not sure if it's normally like this or maybe just when I went, but the yogurts were a little liquidy than I remember. They have a decent selection of toppings and their pricing is $0.85/oz. If you're looking for a froyo inspo, here's what I recommend: 1/2 euro tart, 1/2 pomegranate froyo, topped with cheesecake bites, mochi, fresh blueberries, and fresh strawberries. read more

First let me start by saying... FROYO!! I'm a big fan of frozen yogurt, and when the flavors and toppings are this stacked, I'm basically a kid in a candy store. Ambiance: 7/10 It's a yogurt shop, so don't expect much in terms of decor... but honestly, that's not what we're here for. The focus is the froyo. They've got some indoor seating along the wall and a small aarea in the back, enough to chill if you're not taking it togo. Service: 5/10 It's a self serve place, so interaction is minimal. Only reason I'm knocking it down is because it took a while for someone to come out from the back when I needed a sample cup. Once I had that, I was good to go. Food: 10/10 I sampled about 6 different flavors (zero shame), and settled on cheesecake and chocolate raspberry truffle....SO good. I went full dessert mode and topped it with cheesecake bites (a must for me), cookie dough bites, brownies, cherries, you get the picture. It was glorious, and I had leftovers for a second round later. Thanks, Yogurtland, for being loaded with options and not skimping on the good stuff. I'll definitely keep coming back for my froyo fix. read more

We went in there last night, excited to find that there was a froyo place nearby, & open late hours! The two employees were friendly & greeted us, but they were just standing there at the counter chatting away with each other when there was obvious cleaning to do. Most of the yogurt taps & area were very messy with spilled yogurt & drips everywhere. Why weren't the employees cleaning that up instead of not working? And, several flavors of yogurt weren't available, including the one I really wanted. But we were too turned off by the lack of cleanliness to want to try anything anyway. We felt like it was unsafe after seeing how messy the place was & the lack of concern. read more

Yogurtland is the place to be when for something sweet. The convenient hours are a plus: you can get a treat in the middle of a hot summer afternoon or after dinner in the evening. The flavors range from classic favorites to seasonal ones, which keeps things exciting. From tart and fruity to rich and creamy, there's truly something for everyone. The topping bar is just as amazing, with fresh fruits, candies, nuts, and syrups galore to help tailor your yogurt to your taste. Also, customer service is really great, staff members are friendly, willing to help immediately, and also keeping the place neat and pleasant to be around. It is a frozen yogurt spot and more--pleasurable taste and never wrong at any time of the day. Definitely recommend to any frozen yogurt lovers! read more

Yogurtland - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Fair Oaks, California

Yogurtland is hands down the best froyo place in my opinion. With a variety of flavors and new flavors rotating through, there is an option for everyone. I love the no sugar added low fat vanilla. They allow you to put the toppings on yourself. I love this place and it's the only place i'll go for froyo besides pressed. 10/10 recommend. read more

Stopped by with my little niece and sister for a quick dessert. The machines are clean, no drippy or dirty machines. The consistency is spot on and not over mixed or icy. The toppings looked organized and clean. Nothing was stale and the fresh topping were exactly that- fresh ! The bathroom was clean. The service was nice. No complaints! read more

I really enjoyed Yogurtland! The coolest thing here is that you get to choose the size of your cup, fill it up with your favorite flavor --as much as you like--and then add any toppings you want, from fresh fruit to chocolate pieces . Pure bliss! A huge plus is that you can grab little sample cups and try different kinds of yogurt before picking that perfect flavor. Super convenient The staff is very friendly! The atmosphere is very cozy and calm. P.S. My perfect combo turned out to be strawberry yogurt with walnuts and popping boba. read more

I can't believe I spent $20 for three small cups. The yogurt was OK, but absolutely not worth this price. It was really hot today and my young kids asked for a cup of water. I was told I had to buy a bottle for another $2. The worker said she got in trouble by her manager for providing just a cup of water in the past. Definitely not coming back. Awful service. read more

Who doesn't love a cool, refreshing dessert on a hot summers' day? And as many people know, Sacramento is notorious for multiple months (from June through September) of hot temperatures that at times, can go well above the century mark. This takes me to one of my favorite frozen yogurt shops in my neighborhood; this is none other than "Yogurtland". Located in the Fair Oaks area directly at Madison Ave. and Sunrise Blvd., this particular Yogurtland has been in operation dating back to 2013. I am no stranger to their frozen yogurts as they are a very popular destination in Southern California with dozens of locations. However, in Northern California, this is their only Sacramento-area location; they also have two other locations; one in Stockton and the other in Pleasant Hill/Concord. I've been at the Fair Oaks location at least a couple dozen times. Never have I had any issues with the parking as I've always found a spot directly in front of the business. The inside is also quite spacious with seating for at least 25 customers as well as two gender-neutral restrooms towards the back. The process here is quite simple as you grab your cup, make your way to all the selections (that go from left to right), top off your selection with a variety of toppings (fruit, nuts, candies, etc.), and proceed to set your cup on the small scale. This is where they weigh it by the ounce and after you're done paying, you are giving a plastic spoon. I've eaten quite a variety of flavors here; everything from the everyday favorites that includes Dutch Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Espresso Roast, Pistachio, and Mango just to name a few. I've even tried "specialty" flavors that are promotional; the most recent is Cinnamon Churro Cereal but also some unique flavors including Strawberry Rose, Taro, and Buttered Popcorn. They even do special flavors during the holiday season including "Pumpkin Pie" in the fall and "Egg Nog" around Christmas season. All in all, "Yogurtland" is my favorite spot for frozen yogurt. In my humble opinion, they lead the pack and are ahead of other fan favorites including "Pinkberry" and "Menchies". The customer service has always been above average while the prices are quite reasonable. A great place to bring the kids and an overall decent experience. My rating, an above average four stars. read more

It's ok, just a basic frozen yogurt place. What sets it apart is charging over $2 for water and refusing to serve a cup of tap water to little kids with their purchase on a hot day. read more

Treat "yo-self". Dropped in today because I received a flyer of coupons. Dang. Nearly $10 after $2 coupon for my cupful. Great to be able to sample flavors before committing. Chose plain tart, strawberry and dulce de leche. It's a double-edged sword being an adult. I can pile on the toppings (which I dutifully did) because no one is monitoring me. But, not only do I have to pay $$ for it, but my run today has been made null & void. Calories washed. Haha Anyway. It'll cost you a small fortune, but if you get toppings you don't normally have for dessert treats at home, it's worth it once in a while. Inflation, you suck. Yogurtland, you're costly but good for a once in a while treat! read more

I haven't been to yogurtland in years since they closed the Sacramento location but boy was it worth the trip to come back! The store is clean and nicely sized so you can enjoy the yogurt inside. They have the best plain tart!! Absolutely delicious and brings back so much nostalgia. They had some new flavors like Thai Tea or Boba Milk Tea and both were pretty good. I love the variety of toppings and I'm glad the service was great since they gave free sample cups so I could try out all the new flavors. I would definitely come back since Trader Joe's is right around the corner! read more

Over four flavors are unavailable. 85 cents an ounce now. We got two half cups and one full for over twenty dollars. Just a rip off. If paying that much should have the options. Mid day after school and they're busy so no reason not to have them. Won't be back. read more

I LOVEE THIS PLACE!! The variety of yougurts, and all those topics is absolutely incredible. Every time i visited the team members were nice and polite. The location is clean and has chill vibe. Around 7:15pm, April 30 2026. Location: Visalia Mall. I thought it would be a great idea to go to Yogurtland with my partner before going out. After filling my large cup with a variety of flavors and toppings, I took the cup to the counter. This woman who goes by Natalie is behind the counter, and she has me weigh my ice cream. As I am paying, I am shocked to see her shove a spoon into my ice cream without asking, whereas other employees have asked. I needed it to go, so I asked her if she may please remove the spoon because I needed it packed in a bag. Natalie, disrespectfully and blatantly rolled her eyes and took a big chunk of my toppings with the spoon (mind you, I already paid for the ice cream). After, I asked for a lid, and two spoons. She looked at her employee, scoffing. This is not a stretch, she literally was SO RUDE. Rather than handing me the lid, she took the freedom to SHOVE the lid down onto my cup squashing my icecream making it look messy. With every of my request, she somehow made my every experience terrible. Her service felt hateful, careless, and overall, less than 1 star behaviour. This has never happened to me before with any other employee. She handed me the bag, I said have a nice day still trying to be polite, and she ignored me. Worst experience ever, and I hope Yogurtland considers this review seriously and takes matters into their own hands as this is not alike their good policy. Thank you. read more

On Hump Day after dining in the center, my mother and I were craving something sweet, I personally love fro-yo so when I saw this shop I was excited! When you walk in you are instructed to wear their provided gloves, no samples are permitted and their friendly cashier is masked. I went with the Peanut Butter fro-yo with Mini Chocolate Chips, Snickers, Reese's Pieces, Nutter Butter, Peanuts, Peanut Butter Sauce, Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce and Whipped Cream. I may have been a bit overzealous and piled the toppings high ha ha! It was a good combination, but the Snickers didn't taste like they belonged in the mix of my peanut butter dream. I would recommend paying a visit to this fro-yo shop, we got our goodies to-go and our cashier was both friendly and helpful! I am looking forward to trying more of their flavors! What a great way to cool off on a hot summer's night! Since 2006 when Yogurtland made it's mark, they have been serving real ingredients with great quality you can trust! Support local, especially when they need our business most! read more

Strawberry, chocolate, mocha almond fudge, cheesecake, the flavors seem endless! Going to Yogurtland is like stepping into a candy store. Grab a cup, and fill it with whatever yogurt flavors call your name. Mix and match, or pick going with a single flavor. It's up to you. I like the plain tart flavor, because I can pair it with fresh fruit, and fun candy choices. The tart flavor is refreshing, and I always overfill my cup. There are tons of sauces to select from. Then you can add fresh fruit. I may have added a variety of chocolate candies :-) I love the candy options. This is that one opportunity, where I add Candy to my yogurt with zero abandonment. I can totally become a kid, and tossed in a couple of gummy peach rings, A variety of different chocolates... I love the little mini chocolate caramels. No, I don't care if the flavors "match ". Like I said, this place totally turns me into a kid, and I want all of the candy lol It's a cute little shop, and it's super clean. The staff was really nice, and it's a cool spot for a quick dessert with friends or family, or even a comfortable date spot. read more

Yogurtland - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Fair Oaks, California

I came on a Thursday evening. There were two employees at the checkout. Extremely poor and unhelpful service. First off they lack the basics of smiling or greeting customers, they just basically seemed like unprofessional teenagers who have no interest in being at work. However that fact is relatively minor considering it's a place you just self serve and pay, and generally not something we think is worth writing a negative review about compared to our most recent experience. Despite our family being patrons for a couple of years, my husband had just signed up for their Yogurtland rewards earlier in the week. My husband was excited when it was clearly advertised on their website that he would receive an annual free frozen yogurt for up to $5 oh his birthday for being a member. It is still advertised as such. His birthday was going to be the same week, and we thought it would be a great treat for him and our daughter to share for his birthday so we decided to drive over and stop by. The cashiers had some kind of technical error or glitch with their rewards system where they couldn't see the birthday reward on the account, but for some reason they didn't seem to believe us. My husband reacted very calmly with patience, not thinking it would be any issue that couldn't be easily resolved and offered to show them his Yogurtland app with his rewards account, which he did, and stated he could show them his driver's license with his birthdate very politely so they could verify. You could tell they had no interest in solving the problem however, and so they played the card of "well, we can't be sure so we can't change it". It was not as if they were particularly busy either. They just said no. I asked if they could override the issue or involve someone who could if they couldn't themselves, and they said they would not do that. They both continued to behave as if me and my husband were lying that it was his birthday even though he showed them his account and we were insisting to show them the proof of his birthday. The entire time my husband stayed very patient and my daughter was being very well behaved. I mentioned we came out to utilize the birthday reward and it was my husband's actual birthday that we could show. They proceeded to throw the yogurt away since we we came in unprepared to pay. What is the point of that? There's just no excuse for this type of service and an extremely poor business practice. We had visited this location multiple times since we moved here last year and it's pretty much been a run of the mill frozen yogurt spot of relatively mediocre quality and overpriced, but the location was convenient. But with service like this we will not be back. Thankfully there are still other options like Menchie's just down the street. It's highly shortsighted business tactics if this is the way they train their people or at the very least very poor hiring and staffing decisions to have two uninterested, rude, and unprofessional teenagers who have no idea how to do customer service running a place during prime business hours and season. Don't waste your money supporting businesses with service like this with also a mediocre overpriced product when there are many comparable and better establishments close by. It's worth the extra 2 minutes of driving. read more

Yogurtland yogurt is hands down the best yogurt I have ever eaten. The problem with this location was the employee working today. Zero personality, did not greet us and when asking for sample cups he was very smug and never spoke to us once the entire visit. Without this guy...the yogurt gets 5 stars. read more

We have been customers for several years, but went last summer and an employee was wiping down chairs and throwing them across the room when she was done, making quite an unpleasant clatter. Love this place... clean and welcoming, nice close parking. Handicapped parking is right outside the door. The counter people are always nice and you can have as many samples as you want. The flavors changes now and then and they introduce new flavors all the time. You build your own yogurt to your liking and pay by the weight. They have a variety of toppings as well as fresh fruit. Such a deal with this place compared to other yogurt shops. They have a monthly email and you get points every time you buy so you can earn free ounces... yummy..Also, they have a party room. Bathrooms are clean and they offer cucumber/ strawberry water.. read more

Wow! So many flavors to try, not an easy choice to make! We came here on a Saturday afternoon, after a hot day at the Fair Oaks park for the Kidstopia event. The kids and I wanted a sweet treat so we've stopped by here. The store was nice and clean. The gentlemen that was manning the cash register was nice and friendly. I settled on their Hibiscus Pear tart. It had a nice light flavor and a little tartness, I like that. It was cool and refreshing to the palette. I added mochi, some bursting bobas, and mini chocolate chips for a sweet bite. I don't come down Madison often, but if I am ever in the area and in need a fro yo fix, you bet I will be swinging by here! read more

I really like yogurtland except one time i ate a bug inside it then later i firgured out its because i was sitting outside

The ice cream yogurt is good but the place is a mess on the inside consistently. Two people working but they only come out from the back when you're ready to pay. Finally, they have the audacity to ask for tips at a dirty self service ice cream shop, wtf?... read more

I have been coming here for years and came twice in the last 2 months and was hoping I didn't feel the need to write this review, as I am contemplating where to go for froyo on this hot Friday night and it won't be here. Last two times were terrible. Half the machines didn't have any fro-yo, many toppings were missing and it seemed like at least one of the two people working didn't care at all about their job. It was truly a weird experience the last two times. I'll try them again in a few months, but I can't afford to have bad experiences when I am treating myself once or twice a month. I was truly shocked by the lack of care. I know it's hard to find good workers but the ones (or at least the ones I saw) don't seem to care about their jobs and it shows. read more
