My message I posted on messanger: I am seriously bummed!! I just went into your Citrus Heights location and paid for extra scoops of pineapple sherbet, ask them not to reduce anything, and put the extra on the side. As I watched her, make my drinks and she poured them into a large cup, she realized someone had made a drastic error. So she walked over, added more to my cup, and then re-blended it. But when I received my two drinks, neither one of them were correct and her excuse for me not getting extra was if I'm gonna be perfectly honest with you. It depends on who makes it? It depends on who makes it? Shouldn't your quality be your quality and shouldn't if you pay for more get more? when you ask for your extra to be put in a cup, shouldn't you get your extra in a cup? Seriously I would really like my drinks remade and I don't have time to do it right now! This was a terrible answer and really bad service. The service at this location is hit or miss, but so far the quality of my smoothie has been consistent/I have been satisfied. Inside it is super small, this is not a location I would suggest sitting down at with friends, unless you are comfortable with outdoor seating. Overall it is not my favorite location but its closest to my house so it has been convenient for that matter! read more

Not only do I feel safe in the store but they also have excellent service! You are then greeted by the worker who will take your order.You tell them what you want and they use fresh fruits and vegetables to make your order. This Jamba Juice is really convenient for people leaving school or work. Jamba Juice, there is a Starbucks, a popular coffee shop. I came in for a smoothie as my stomach had been upset and I wanted to read the menu, they Had maybe four people in the store that already ordered, so I approached the counter still very much so not ready to place my order, and a woman from the staff stormed up and told me to "back up" as they werent able to take my order until they had the rest done.. We love this Jumba Juice in Citrus Heights and I can't believe we overlooked so far to leave a review for this awesome place. This Jumba Juice is located pretty central and right across from Sunrise Mall. On a hot day this is a great place to cool off or taking a small break from the hot weather here in Cali. I've been here on many occasions and it's about time to give my take on this location. Our experience has been excellent and were never disappointed. The cashiers are always awesome and they suggest what's new and what to try. There's many many choices of smoothies to choose from and I can not even name one lol. I've been on a jamba craze (6mo prego) lately and usually go to the one closer to my house which has always been good. But tonight I was on my way home from somewhere else so decided to stop in to this one instead - I'm so happy I did. It was pretty dead in there which sometime can actually mean worse service. Have you ever noticed when it's slow at some places the employees are lazier, food takes longer, service isn't prompt, etc? Anyway, I walked in and there was a pretty young employee ready to help right away. I ordered my husband and I drinks and my 2yo -- Mr. independent -- was saying "Own Drink" like he didn't want me to just share mine, he wanted his own now (). So I asked the guy, Gary, what the most popular flavor was and to get a kids size one. He offered to just upgrade one of my reg size drinks to a large and put some into a small cup for my son. That's PERFECT seeing as though he's a 2yo baby and will only take 2 sips !! Thanks for the tip! But what really "Wowed" me was that when I got my drinks I realized I couldn't carry my son and all the drinks to the car so I told Gary "I'm just going to run these out to the car and I'll be back for the other drink" he said "okay" and I walked out. When I turned around to head back in the store to get the left behind drink GARY HAD WALKED MY DRINK TO MY CAR!! Where do you get that kind of service anymore? Just Nordstrom and that's a premium price! Gary went above and beyond. It would have been much easier for him to stay behind the counter and do nothing since it was slow but instead he made his one customer at the time feel extra special. This location is about 5 mins further than the one I normally go to but I'll be coming to this one from now on. Good work Management of this location, you've got someone great on your team! Sacramento, it seems, is a test market for lots of products including Jamba Juice's Whirl'ns - a frozen yogurt concoction with fruit blended in. At this location, located in the Birdcage Walk shopping complex, it's always buzzing here. You get traffic from nearby Ulta, Bath & Body and Barnes & Noble. I got a small frozen yogurt which set me back $3.25 and only 210 calories! You have a variety of flavors to choose from including: * Awesome Apple Cobbler * Berry Bananza * Blueberry Pomegranate Peaks * Chocolate Strawberry Bliss * Jazzy Chocolate Java * Magnificent Mango Passion * Strawberry Sublime * Swirly Strawberry Vanilla The Apple Cobbler came recommended with the Brown Sugar Crumble topping. You're allowed one topping and extra toppings cost $.50. I dunno. I don't think paying extra for toppings is worth it. It is barely a sprinkling, unlike Pinkberry's, which tend to be more generous for non-selfserve toppings. Taste-wise, yes, it was pretty good. Creamy, with a subtle apple tart kick. Today after our little trip to book heaven almost next door I had to stop in here because the sign outside (veggie smoothies) just made me want to get out of the car and start licking the poster.
