I usually order a medium and split into a kids cup for my toddler. It usually comes out in a small cup and a kids cup filled almost all the way. Today someone different than usual took my order and charged an extra 50 cents to split the cup. Then when it came out, it was in two kids cups. My toddler was shouting 'smoothie' at this point so I told her it was fine and took it. But then I looked up the cup sizes and see that a medium is 22 oz and a kids cup is 9.5 oz or rounded up to 10oz. So that means 2oz was missing and I paid 50 cents more than usual. Next time I'll have to clarify that I want them split into a small cup and a kids cup. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to other Jamba juices in the past but this one.. I always order orange juice with a shot of ginger and alittle carrot. It's the first time I ordered at this location. It was $18 for a medium drink. The other day I payed $10 across town. This was almost double and it was a medium. I usually pay $10 for a large. The girl at the counter responded by saying that maybe it's a different franchise or something when I asked her why. read more

Haven't tried that many items on their menu, however I've tried the wild strawberries smoothie, and pretzel bite. Food was 3 out of 5 Service was helpful and friendly 4 out of 5. Location was clean. Ambience 3 out of 5 read more

Service is good. My Razzamatazz tasted great. Convenient location. Floor could be swept more often as it seems many people can't hit the large waste bin right near the straws with there straw paper. Has one table inside with a few outside which are in shade right now. read more

My message I posted on messanger: I am seriously bummed!! I just went into your Citrus Heights location and paid for extra scoops of pineapple sherbet, ask them not to reduce anything, and put the extra on the side. As I watched her, make my drinks and she poured them into a large cup, she realized someone had made a drastic error. So she walked over, added more to my cup, and then re-blended it. But when I received my two drinks, neither one of them were correct and her excuse for me not getting extra was if I'm gonna be perfectly honest with you. It depends on who makes it? It depends on who makes it? Shouldn't your quality be your quality and shouldn't if you pay for more get more? when you ask for your extra to be put in a cup, shouldn't you get your extra in a cup? Seriously I would really like my drinks remade and I don't have time to do it right now! This was a terrible answer and really bad service. And just in case you're wondering, I go into this location at least twice a week and my drinks are never the same, even if I order the same drink! The AI response: Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out. My rebuttal: Well thanks for the AI answer? I went into the store and had it remade. I Still didn't get my extra that I paid for??? I'm not coming in anymore, I can make them at home for less! Your customer service needs work and you can save the AI responses for someone else! In a side note; the inside was clean. AI response?? It was exactly the same without any customer service contact..... read more

When you head inside a store you expect to be treated like a customer or at least be greeted with a "Hello." This was not the case and I don't expect to be treated any differently because I am a paying customer. Drink made tasted great! The ambiance was fair. read more

My daughter and I stopped in to purchase some smoothies after visiting Verizon next door since they had a deal on their app. What's your favorite drink to cool off this summer? I finally tried the smoothie that taste like my favorite gummy bear, the White Gummi Smoothie + 3G energy boost to wake me up! Also pictured: my fiancé's go-to the Watermelon Breeze + 3G energy boost and my daughter's Strawberry Kid's Smoothie! I would recommend this location, I'm only dropping a star since the table by the straws was a bit dirty, hair on my cup and the bathroom needed tending to. Other than that we'll be returning to try more of their vast menu! read more

Workers complaining about customers coming in the last 15 minutes in front of customers is just plain rude! I understand you want to close and go home but how long does it take to close down that tiny store with one register. And plus made my drink hella watered down. If it's $10+ for one drink it's needs to be right. Don't come here unless you want to be complained about to your face saying they are going to "crash out" if anyone else walks in. Seriously stop letting teenagers run this place. read more

The service at this location is hit or miss, but so far the quality of my smoothie has been consistent/I have been satisfied. Inside it is super small, this is not a location I would suggest sitting down at with friends, unless you are comfortable with outdoor seating. Overall it is not my favorite location but its closest to my house so it has been convenient for that matter! read more

They never answer the phone.. is that not part of the job??? Please close this store down or hire capable people of answering a phone.. they seem to always be on personal cell phones so I'm sure they know how to answer a call. This is unacceptable. You guys are losing tons of customers to lazy workers at this location. I also had to ask for the bathroom code several times. read more

Wonderful quick service! I came in here to get a smoothie before the gym and I've been to a lot of Jamba juice is but this one is by far one of the cleanest! Not only do I feel safe in the store but they also have excellent service! Katie helped me out today, she help me pick out a smoothie that would be great before the gym and even offered a booster which I didn't even know that Jamba Juice had before I came here! Definitely will be returning to the specific location again! read more

Great customer service. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. Called and spoke to Elyssa and explained what happened and asked if I could come in a later time to pick it up and she said that it wouldn't be a problem. Thank you for your understanding. Picked up our drinks without a problem and they tasted great!! read more

My smoothie was runny and tasted watered down. I saw other peoples smoothies and they were a whole inch underfilled. If I'm paying 7$ for a small smoothie it should not be watered down. read more

I highly recommend Jamba Juice because it's delicious and healthy. I highly recommend going to any other Jamba Juice in the area because the people at this one are slow, rude, rude, and always behind. I placed a mobile order through the app and arrived 15 minutes later. While there were no customers in the store, they still hadn't started my order, but they were having a great time flirting with each other. read more

In my years of living no smoothie/drink company has passed up my favorite; Jamba Juice. When you walk into the store you are met with a refreshing scent. You are then greeted by the worker who will take your order. You tell them what you want and they use fresh fruits and vegetables to make your order. This Jamba Juice is really convenient for people leaving school or work. Jamba Juice, there is a Starbucks, a popular coffee shop. Cosco, a well known food market would be second next to Jamba Juice, because it's less convenient and you would need a membership to make a purchase. read more

Walked in and ordered one smoothie. Had to order on a kiosk even though there was two staff members there. They were nice just took way too long for one drink. I was the only one there and it took a good 10-15 minutes after i placed my order to even start making my drink. Tables were dirty but other than that everything else was clean. read more

Jamba Juice smoothies are always delicious! The only reason I gave this place a three stars is because of the actual location itself. The place is pretty dirty and it smells! They could use a serious cleaning job on the inside. Friendly staff! read more

Very rude staff! I came in for a smoothie as my stomach had been upset and I wanted to read the menu, they Had maybe four people in the store that already ordered, so I approached the counter still very much so not ready to place my order, and a woman from the staff stormed up and told me to "back up" as they werent able to take my order until they had the rest done.. I was still several feet from the counter, it was rather demoralizing, I tried to explain what I was doing but she dramatically sighed and ran off, I'm not sure how this childish behavior is acceptable, no other employee acknowledged her behavior, theres another Jamba Juice on fair oaks! Give them business instead, this place is awful. read more

We love this Jumba Juice in Citrus Heights and I can't believe we overlooked so far to leave a review for this awesome place. This Jumba Juice is located pretty central and right across from Sunrise Mall. On a hot day this is a great place to cool off or taking a small break from the hot weather here in Cali. I've been here on many occasions and it's about time to give my take on this location. Our experience has been excellent and were never disappointed. The cashiers are always awesome and they suggest what's new and what to try. There's many many choices of smoothies to choose from and I can not even name one lol. They even have pretzels, twists and other goodies. I rate this Jamba Juice at 5 stars for awesome smoothies & excellent service ! Take a second to check my pics. Enjoy! =) read more

I've been on a jamba craze (6mo prego) lately and usually go to the one closer to my house which has always been good. But tonight I was on my way home from somewhere else so decided to stop in to this one instead - I'm so happy I did. It was pretty dead in there which sometime can actually mean worse service. Have you ever noticed when it's slow at some places the employees are lazier, food takes longer, service isn't prompt, etc? Anyway, I walked in and there was a pretty young employee ready to help right away. I ordered my husband and I drinks and my 2yo -- Mr. independent -- was saying "Own Drink" like he didn't want me to just share mine, he wanted his own now (). So I asked the guy, Gary, what the most popular flavor was and to get a kids size one. He offered to just upgrade one of my reg size drinks to a large and put some into a small cup for my son. That's PERFECT seeing as though he's a 2yo baby and will only take 2 sips !! Thanks for the tip! But what really "Wowed" me was that when I got my drinks I realized I couldn't carry my son and all the drinks to the car so I told Gary "I'm just going to run these out to the car and I'll be back for the other drink" he said "okay" and I walked out. When I turned around to head back in the store to get the left behind drink GARY HAD WALKED MY DRINK TO MY CAR!! Where do you get that kind of service anymore? Just Nordstrom and that's a premium price! Gary went above and beyond. It would have been much easier for him to stay behind the counter and do nothing since it was slow but instead he made his one customer at the time feel extra special. This location is about 5 mins further than the one I normally go to but I'll be coming to this one from now on. Good work Management of this location, you've got someone great on your team! And thank you, Gary! Us moms really need all the help we can get :) read more

We came in and were warmly greeted. Both young males greeted us with big smiles and eye contact! The fact they established rapport and carried on with the conversation exceeded any expectation I had before entering. Immediately offered recommendations and specials (plastic cup offer). Gave us the best impression. I will Surely come back because it was nearly a perfect customer experience! Management should be proud of their staff working 11/25/19 right before noon. Five stars all the way! Order was spot on and made well. Tasted great! read more

This review is dedicated to my YF (Yelp Friend) Lolia S. aka "Froyo Girl". She persuaded me to try out the Jamba Juice frozen yogurt, apparently it is not available in the Bay Area. Sacramento, it seems, is a test market for lots of products including Jamba Juice's Whirl'ns - a frozen yogurt concoction with fruit blended in. At this location, located in the Birdcage Walk shopping complex, it's always buzzing here. You get traffic from nearby Ulta, Bath & Body and Barnes & Noble. I got a small frozen yogurt which set me back $3.25 and only 210 calories! You have a variety of flavors to choose from including: * Awesome Apple Cobbler * Berry Bananza * Blueberry Pomegranate Peaks * Chocolate Strawberry Bliss * Jazzy Chocolate Java * Magnificent Mango Passion * Strawberry Sublime * Swirly Strawberry Vanilla The Apple Cobbler came recommended with the Brown Sugar Crumble topping. You're allowed one topping and extra toppings cost $.50. I dunno. I don't think paying extra for toppings is worth it. It is barely a sprinkling, unlike Pinkberry's, which tend to be more generous for non-selfserve toppings. Taste-wise, yes, it was pretty good. Creamy, with a subtle apple tart kick. I would have liked for it to be larger though. It seems that you get more for your buck at a self-serve spot. Personally, I prefer their smoothies. It's what they are good at, it's where they have cornered the market. Don't try to be everything JJ! Stick to your strengths and you will go far, my smoothie friend. However, I think if they offered the "shot of vodka option" for $2 more, they would make a killing. read more

Today after our little trip to book heaven almost next door I had to stop in here because the sign outside (veggie smoothies) just made me want to get out of the car and start licking the poster. Yeah I know, kind of gross but I swear it was an instant craving I needed to take care of. I asked about the apple and the raspberry and I was told it was not really how I thought it was. I was thinking they would both have that tart wonderful taste but turns out that since it's mostly veggies they don't taste tart at all. I still have to try them but today tart was the craving. I got Pomegranate Pick Me Up. MMMMM That was it! That was what I was looking for. It was delicious. My daughter got the Mango a go go and she loved it. The young woman behind the counter was super nice. The guy making the smoothies was just as nice. This is the first time I visit this Jamba Juice but I know it will not be the last time because although I visit Jamba every so often for my Peach Pleasure, I've never had anyone at any other be as courteous, polite and offer so many smiles. Woohoo for Jamba Juice!! Tart... ironic LOL! (inside joke) read more

Usually I love this Jamba Juice and the employees, but there's this one new employee (or who I think is new, I don't know for sure) who always has his mask below his nose and today he made my bowl and it was pretty soupy and had coconut flakes when I asked for none.
