My view from the back of the line.
Dave M.

Yelp helped me find a new donut shop. On my way to Reno and did a search on that route and found Sweet Dozen. Many great pictures and great reviews. No seating inside. Very clean, the donuts on display were very appealing. Quick and friendly service. I had a little trouble ordering. I requested a dozen regular and a dozen fancy, plus two chocolate cruellers. I was ordering the dozens for my son's work. Which is located nearby. Person behind the counter clarified by saying regular are just the cake donuts at the bottom level. And offered me a number of options which I found confusing. Maybe I just don't speak clearly enough. I ended up Having to ask for an additional chocolate crueller. She had only put one in the bag. And I ended up with just one dozen of a mix of donuts, including some fancy. So maybe sweet dozen refers to sort of a limitation? The chocolate cruellers were very fresh. The icing had a great texture and was generously applied. Unfortunately, the flavor wasn't very chocolatey. It almost had a berry flavor predominant. But I don't want to be too picky. These are 1 million times better than the cold, wet scones I got at Starbucks yesterday. Those were inedible - I discarded them. Sweet Dozen is doing a lot right and earning the good reviews.

Cinnamon roll donut!

What a lovely little donut shop! Welcomed immediately upon walking in despite a queue in the store. It was truly a work of art seeing the man at the store being so friendly and engaging with every person. Truly a customer focused place! I got a cinnamon roll donut and even a surprise of a few donut holes in my bag! The donuts are clearly made with love and I left feeling lighter in spirit and a happy tummy. If I ever find myself back in the area I know exactly where to go for some absolutely delectable donuts.

Service was great and very friendly. The store itself was relaxing and well kept. Just moved to the neighborhood and will be making this a regular! You should too donuts are amazing!

We have been here a few times and have found the donuts are very fresh. The service is also quick and friendly. The workers were so friendly! There are few small tables inside and serve yourself coffee station. There cronuts were so light and fluffy too!

Half dozen donuts! They threw in some extra bless

My family's favorite donut place! We always come here for the fresh, best donuts. They're always so nice to us too! We usually come in and pick the ones we want. We have done TooGoodToGo a few times too. Regardless of how we get them, our experience here is always great! I've hated cake donuts ever since I was young but holy, their blueberry cake changed my life fr. 10/10 would recommend this place for your donut needs :)

This business and establishment is nothing short of amazing. A quiet, warm, and inviting place. You walk in and it's very quiet and clean. They have a ton of selections upon arrival, with new donuts they like to rotate in and out. The shop seems to be a family shop, which I love! The service here is excellent, immediately greeted upon entry, the male employee was very nice, I always forget to get your name so if you read this thank you for always having such great customer service and care when doing your job. Always so sweet and inviting. All in all, this donut shop is top tier. Been going here for the last 6 months occasionally and have never had any issues here. It's all love, warmth and family vibes!

My eye was first drawn to the churro, I haven't been able to have one in years, I was so excited. It was everything I ever wanted in a churro. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, and coated with cinnamon sugar. I could have polished off a dozen of them! The apple fritter was also on my must try list. I grew up loving apple fritters and since having to go GF, it is my most missed donut-adjacent treat. This one was smaller than a normal one, but that was fine because I could actually enjoy it without it being too big. Perfectly fluffy with apple pieces and spiced just right, it was delicious. The cruellers were nice and crispy on the outside and just sweet enough. Glazed with chocolate or regular icing, they are a perfect donut. I have recommended this spot to others that are GF, they need to experience the joy of a prefect GF donut!

Both tasted very good but slightly different without dairy. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the flavor and textures. My friend ended up with the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie which was also great. I love a crunch or different texture mixed in. She did mention that the Rocky Road tasted a bit off because of the lack of dairy and the texture was a bit unusual. The staff were polite and patient and the place didn't seem that crowded for a Thursday around dinner time. I suppose with Ginger Elizabeth's and Rick's Dessert Diner all on the same strip, there is a lot of competition for dessert places here. We were happy to try something new. Everything was fairly clean and there was plenty of bar seating as well as a few tables. I believe there were also tables outside.

They also make a homemade sauce that's great, and there's always something new on the menu. Love this spot.

Their senorita bread is probably my favorite item at this bakery-my daughter introduced them to me one day and I've been hooked ever since-they r very enjoyable especially when eaten warm. They also feature a plethora of visually pleasing donuts-that I generally consider pretty good overall, with some much better than others-my favorite tend to be the cereal based donuts they have at this bakery. Their savory selection of bakery items,I generally skip but not due to them being any less yummy but usually only because when I visit here,I almost always go for the sweet stuff primarily-that being said their Jalapeño & Cheese "kolache" is off the hook-it's so good-the ham and cheese and pepperoni and cheese versions rock as well.We can't forget about their empanadas or lumpia-it's really great stuff they are serving at this bakery. This particular trip was unique in that I had been recommended this app called "TooGoodToGo" by fellow Yelp Elite All-Star Malikah H. & on this app I saw they were offering "surprise bags" for $5.99 to be picked up between 630p-7p-so I figured I'd try it out. When I arrived and showed the worker my order, she promptly walked to the back and then handed me a bag that was filled with unknown goodies.I opened the bag and inside were a random 6 of their best donut offerings-I was pretty thrilled considering these donuts usually run from $3-$4 each-so to get 6 of them for $5.99 felt like a solid deal. What I really liked about this "surprise bags" was it gave me the opportunity to try out flavors in their bakery I never would've tried on my own at a deeply discounted price-I loved the opportunity to do this and look forward to trying it again sometime. In closing-this bakery is pretty great and the surprise bag gives me another reason to love this bakery-not that I needed another reason-I consider myself a Bad Bakers loyalist and nothing has changed that for me-go ahead and try em out-they rock. PS-They do have a rewards program-so be sure to sign up for this when you go to Bad Bakers.

The spicy crab rice ball was delicious. It was hot when it came out and didn't have too much mayo. The tater tots were super hot and crunchy. Not too salty either. We especially excited to try the instant ramen maker. We walked in and ordered in the kiosk. The menu had different teas, mochi donuts, dumplings, corndogs, and other snacks. However, after ordering we noticed the ramen wasn't on there. We asked the staff and they said the ramen maker wasn't working so that was disappointing. They were also out of something I ordered and they were able to refund me. The drinks and food took a bit to come out. The wonton and dumplings were ok, but the soup it came in was pretty good. The taro drink and mochi dog we got were good. Inside was very picturesque with a good amount of seating. The ramen wall was impressive and had a good selection. It served more for a decoration that day than for eating. But we loved the cute tree and floral wall. They also had some games for you to play with while waiting. Overall everything was ok but maybe we'll be back to give it another try.

I hadn't even finished ordering the ice cream and the donuts were already on the counter ready for me. The workers were also trying to catch a flying bee, and they ended up catching it.
