I went and ordered a large banana berry smoothie. This is an old one and is no longer on the actual menu. The girl told me that they were not able to make it any longer. What appears was the manager was standing next to her kindly stated that they are able to make it. After making my smoothie which took maybe 13 minutes... which I felt was a long time. It was the wrong smoothie. I decided to tell them and felt that I shouldnt have said anything based off of the attitude I got from the first original girl. They remade it and it was correct the second time. I feel like I would rather go somewhere else if I am going to be paying 9.00$+ for a sugary smoothie with a side of attitude. I recently visited this Jamba Juice on blue ravine in Folsom, and although my peanut butter moo'd was as delicious as they always are, the visit was spoiled by the employee telling me that my service dog needed to wear a vest... She told me that my service dog and I would not be allowed in next time without her wearing a vest. No establishment can require a service dog to wear a vest to enter, as service dogs are not legally required to wear a vest, harness, or any other identification under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). While vests can help identify a dog as a service animal, they are optional and not a condition for entry. They are training new employees so things may take a little longer- fine- but then if items aren't made right why do I feel bad/guilty for simply asking for it to be added/made right? First order didn't have peanut butter. Went into today to redeem my promise of price adjustment, several months ago I went in and put in my order and the points showed I should get $3 off, so I tell the girl, she rings me up for my regular smoothie for $7 I asked her if she took the $3 off and she said yes, then I get my receipt and no deduction, I have never paid $7 ever for s smoothie. The wait time is never too long, probably a max of 5 minutes, but the con is that the parking sucks. It's jammed in with Wells Fargo and Dos Coyotes. I'm surprised some reviewers are complaining that their smoothies are full of sugar. I mean, they're made of fruit, which has loads of natural sugar, so, what do you expect? That's like going to Starbucks and complaining that their coffee has caffeine. I like that they have dairy-free options, since I don't do well with dairy. This Jamba Juice has always been sub par, but after I finished a 17mile run Tuesday I figured I'd run in for a water (seeing as I've seen runners ask for a glass of water when I've been inside purchasing a drink before) so I go in all sweaty, but hey who really cares what they look like after a run. I would like to make a very disturbing customer harassment complaint of your young male employee about 24 years old who is gay and his physical appearance is 5'10" about 160 lbs average built, white, brown hair, brownish eyes, and married. First of all, I am a regular customer at Jamba Juice Folsom and I love the chocolate mood smoothie! On Thursday around 12:45pm, I came in to the Folsom store on blue ravine Road location dressed in my black gym pants, shirt, black jacket, black baseball cap and gold sunglasses aviators. There wasn't a wait and I ordered my small chocolate mood smoothie with a gift card alongside with my name. While I was waiting for my smoothie being made, I'm also a attractive gay male in my 30ish and I was on this social gay men's app called Grindr which a Gay Mens Dating Social App to see to talk to other local gay men on the gps location while I wait for my smoothie. Your employee was online on the Grindr app which he was on there trying to find other gay men to have a hookup/sex that his profile states "Couple here looking for Friends & Fun along with his selfie photo who is looking for "Right Now for fun aka adult male hooking up" and says he was 34 feet on his Grindr gps location which make sense cuz I was standing in front of him behind the counter. That means he was on the Grindr app while he was working on the clock chatting with other fellow gay men for sexual encounters aka "fun" and trying to have a hookup with X-rated chat. After my smoothie was done and being handed to me while your staff called my name. I got offered to try your peanut butter fruit oatmeal shot samples and I said no thank you which I walked out to head towards my dr apt in Sacramento. When I got into my car, I heard an Grindr message app update and it was from your gay male employee that just served my smoothie. He messaged me this "You're the bald guy right? " and I said No. He replied back "Ah my bad" and I said back I was the guy in the glasses and black cap in black. He replied back "Still are" saying that I am bald or balding and I'm very confused that he still thinks that I'm the balding guy with hair that I was wearing a black cap which my Grindr profile shows me having great full head of hair. Then a second later while he was on the clock he replied back "Have any other pics" which he was asking me for some x-rated nudity pornographic photos of me aka Self Nudes. At this point, I'm very offended that he insulted me that I am still bald which I corrected him stating I wasn't the guy he thought bald/balding and he still thinks I am. He also asked me for some x-rated nudes pictures on the Grindr app chat message while he was on the clock working where people are in the store who I mentioned his fellow employees and the customers who were in there with men, women and children were in there while his phone was out on the Grindr chat app was open who people can see while he was working. It's very inappropriate, disturbing, and unprofessional representing Jamba Juice in a public setting work environment that your male employee was searching for sex & harrashing a paid customer who was me. I sent him "G-Rated" clean, normal and appropriate 6 photos of myself that shows me with my hair & the same black baseball cap photos of myself & my friends photos that I was wearing. After I sent him thoes proof photos of me defending myself and he replied back "Ah no you're definitely the balding guy". Now, he is harrashing me and bullying me esp being mean about myself that I corrected him & showed him proof Evidence that he was wrong about making very judgemental comments of my physical appearance! I wrote back with this message: ??? & I was wearing a cap. Your employee is not comprehending that I'm saying he is wrong about his aquractions towards me of the false claims I am bald/balding & my black baseball cap even though I'm showing him proof with clean version photos on the Grindr chat. He replied back "Bald bald bAld" and I didn't responded back to him after his last message. I didn't block him because I have proof and Eveidence of this Grindr harrashment chat from your male employee which I'll be giving it to my lawyer! At this point, I am addressing this to your attention with great severe & horrific traumatic experience I have encounter as a paying customer being harrashed from your on the clock employee. I do not feel comfortable walking back into your Jamba Juice store again & I am asking for the Jamba Juice company and the Folsom store to do appropriate matters with this situation and please terminate this employee or I will take my business to another Jamba Juice or Starbucks in the local area for my smoothies. The folks here are all smiles. My props to the management for assembling a staff that at least makes me feel like I'm not inconveniencing them by coming in and placing an order. Trust me, that's the attitude I've gotten at other Jamba shops. Here, they greet you and send you off with a smile, as well as an ice cold, well-blended treat that may or may not have the health benefits you think it would. I also like the fact that they are rarely as busy as other Jamba locations I've been to closer to downtown Sacramento. This means the five minutes I set aside out of my busy schedule to grab a drink and run are actually all I needed. Granted, you'll still have the occasional rush, but in my experience they do their best to move the line along quickly and efficiently. read more

I come here quite often to get my smoothies when I am too lazy to make my own at home (I am a former Jamba Juice employee) I love the apple cinnamon pretzel and the orange carrot juice. As far as smoothies goes, I think some of the smoothies are too sugary due to the juice concentrate and the sherbet part. I definitely recommend the all fruits smoothies for healthier eating... (duh) This Jamba has outdoor seating with some trees so in the afternon it's nice to come here to get some shade while you sip on your smoothie since it's quite noisy inside due to the blenders. Definitely do not come here at lunch time.. this parking lot is way too crowded, I can just envision lots of accidents.. because people don't look at their rearview when they backup and lots of people are trying to grab parking. The employess are trained pretty well and the wait for a smoothie is fairly short. The employees are pretty friendly too so that's a plus. read more
